Appearance: Pericles is a blonde haired young man. He's fit and well built, but is by no means a muscle bound Titan. He has green eyes and a small scar, running from his forhead to just above his left eye.
Personality: Pericles is ambitious, brave and occasionally reckless. He mostly keeps to himself, but can open up to others if they gain his trust.
History: Pericles' family was once famous in Athens, but has since fallen on hard times. His grandfather, once an important politician, was accused of corruption by his political enemies, but his father served in the Athenian Marines, and taught his son a thing or two about using a sword. When the chance to go the Paideia Alpha opened up, he jumped at the chance.
Dream: The chance to live up to his ancestors and serve his city.
Fear: Being useless, not being good enough.

Weapons: Bow and Arrow, preferred, but can manage with a sword and spear
Appearance: Deimos has short, black hair. He’s fit, but appears a little bit lanky due to his above average height at 6’0”. He has steel gray eyes that are always observant.
Personality: Deimos is a very vocal person. But no one can deny his intellectual abilities. He tries to get to know people since knowledge is power.
History: He grew up with a strict and challenging education due to all the scholars that would visit Crete. His mother raised him to rely on intellect more so than violence, but made sure that he would be skilled in multiple forms of weaponry. But growing up, Deimos always took his religion seriously. That was the only way he could validate learning over fighting--that he was to learn to speak and think in a way to please the gods better than others have. When given the opportunity to learn more knowledge at Paideia Alpha, he wasn't exactly given a choice in the matter of whether or not to attend. But it probably wouldn't have mattered either way.
Dream: To become a religious leader in Crete
Fear: To be left in solitude for a long period of time

Accepted and welcome. A couple things to note.

1. I am currently re writing my first IC post. I'm gonna leave it open ended for anyone else to join in afterwards.
2. Expect a longer/better CS for Pericles. One of the best things about working 10 hour days is that I have time to think.
3. I was flirting with the idea of adding another city/nation to the roster, but we will wait and see.

I'm still on it. Sorry I haven't posted anything in the meanwhile. I've been very busy with exams, and will be the next week, but I'll probably have some time today or tomorrow to work on a post.

Name: Hestothacles
Gender: Male

Favored God: Hephaestus, the god patron of smiths and craftsmen. Worshiped because before coming to the academy Hestothacles was working in his fathers smithy, Hephaestus had become the patron god protector of his family as well.
Weapons:His bare hands, Javelin and Mace, prefers to fight on horseback and dominate his opponents with speed and mobility
Personality: Hestothacles is a stout and stalwart individual with a firm set of moral codes and ethics and beliefs. Patient and tolerant he mostly keeps to his own work and studies as much as possible but is known to socialize frequently with like minded people, he holds a secret disdain for Spartans and their endless hubris towards their fellow greeks. Although not known for fits of rage, if provoked, he will use his big stature and large hands to try and pummel the agitator into the ground until he stops moving. He is a bit rough around the edges but ultimately equally fair towards all of his peers lest they become his enemy for any reason.
History: Hestothacles was born to a family of four, being the eldest brother in his family he had taken up most of the responsibilities around the household and around his younger siblings. From a young age He was interested in the art of crafting weapons and armor, fortunately his father owned a smithy which allowed him to study and pursue the art of Blacksmithing. In addition to this he did go to a school from a young age where he learned the basics of Politics, Philosophy, Geometry, Mathematics, Astronomy and several skills such as Wrestling and Horseback Riding as well as Javelin throwing and a bit of Athletics. When he turned of age his father decided that his bright son who was an excellent student had a brighter future at Paideia Alpha rather than at home and so he was sent from home.
Dream: To become a master Blacksmith
Fear: To become imprisoned and/or Crippled
