I hope I can jump in here with a few suggestions.

Since we have sports covered, I think a fun arts & crafts related activity would be building a popsicle structure with telekinesis. Simple, fast, and likely to be at least a little humorous. Also boating/kayaking. Can't have a summer camp without going out on the water.

Canoeing is planned I like the art idea but not everyone has telekinesis

It works fine. I'll update that. School work first. Ok I'm moving Kyle but not Ivy. Try to keep post slow. We still have campers sleeping

Hm, I thought a few others had telekinesis--just regular building would be fine too.

I never did fix that. Just say Kyle tossed you out like he did Connor and Celia went to a regular bed.

Darn, I missed night time. Oh well, next time.
As for art projects, it might be interesting to do a painting or sculpting project. Or maybe something to do with lanterns, like making floating lanterns at one point to release later on during a festival of some sort or something. (Heh, it's hard to think of something power based that they could all do with art, but give me a few hours and maybe I'll come up with something.)
Um... Yeah... I'm all for capture the flag.

I like the festival idea

Oh yeah, a festival is great! Put Rosie in a kimono.
And a sports festival that dedicates the whole day to athletics. That'd be fun, too.
