Favorite weather and seasonNow, this is a question which requires deep thought and unbreakable concentration. Never in my life a simple character sheet question drove me with such desire for a correct answer than this one, I spent days staring at the blank space which comes after it, thinking, rethinking, trying to build an appropriate answer. It sounds so simple and obvious, but it is obviously inquiring something deeper; deeper than what the eyes can see... or read. It's part of the character's personality, it makes the character less vague, and there must be a charade somewhere. But the closer I look, the less I see. Perhaps it's just me, perhaps it's nothing as important as it seems, but after trying, thinking and going through a loop of self-realization and confrontation, I will answer that Tora's favorite weather is sunny and his favorite season of the year is spring.

PS: First, there are no horns. Everything else is there, the goggles, the odd looking hat and the earrings. Those are symmetric, which means his other ear looks exactly the same. His hair is a pale white, and he's got somewhat delicate features. This doesn't automatically makes him attractive, but certainly less manly (which does not please him, by the way).
His body, well; he's small. Frail looking. Weak, even; but it's not as if he looks unhealthy, just smaller than your average kid (which is already small, after all). Currently, his

"I believe that if you have the power to help someone, then it's settled by your morals that you
should do so. Otherwise, your life is nothing but a vague existence."
Living by this, Tora is an individual who gives quite some importance when it comes to helping others. Not only in situations of danger which inspires him to save someone's life, but simple actions that, in his conception, works towards making the shinobi world a better one. He's not extremely focused on his own ideals, but he dreams that one day, peace will overtake war and there will be no reason to fight or to be stronger than someone. But this doesn't means that he's not interested in becoming powerful, himself. While he doesn't sees it as an absolute need, the boy does believes that by becoming stronger, he will be capable of helping more and more people.
He holds a distaste for arrogant people, or people who believe themselves superior. To him, everyone is equal independent of what clan they come from or what power they hold, whenever it is literal power or a position of power.
Tora isn't a silly young kid filled with innocence, though. He understands that the world isn't a nice place and doesn't trust people easily, even his own friends. He likes to believe that he must be prepared for everything, all the time. Some particular events led him to become like this.
History:
Tora's history is being unfold now, with the recent graduation of the academy. It is expected that the future will be the history which he needs to write, ne? But that doesn't means that his life before this point lacked interesting tales, which I shall tell now.
The boy was born in Amegakure, the name "Tora", meaning tiger, was a decision of his father, a man known by the alias of: The Tiger Sage. Not considered a Sage of Amegakure, officially, but he certainly could be one. The Fumetsu clan wasn't regarded as a great one, but it wasn't unknown either, in fact, Amegakure did hold certain respect for those individuals. They had honor, loyalty and weren't weak, at all.They clan just wasn't at it's best condition. Their origin was also a mystery, no one knew where they came from, exactly. They also only had two things in common; the members all had similar delicate features and a pale white hair, and in combat aspects, every member seemed to have an unusual aptitude for ninutsu opposed to taijutsu or genjutsu. In truth, though, the Fumetsu clan was a glorious one, emerging from the land of earth; their members were powerful and said to be masters of elemental ninjutsu, since every member had an aptitude to learn a new chakra nature with ease. That wasn't a trait, it was dedication and effort which they learned from birth unless a particular member was born with the clan's kekkei genkai, which was a rare occurance. However, Tora's birth was just after the end of the First Shinobi Ninja War, which took apart the clan. Many members died fighting, and they later settled on Amegakure, far away. No remaining member wanted to hear about the past which the clan had involving the war and lost of the dear ones.
In his early childhood, Tora learned the basic theory of chakra, what is a shinobi and important things. By the time he was seven years old, he had already begun to practice with his father; at this time, rumors about a clan destroying itself in a internal war were being spread on the streets of Amegakure. Shinchi had been favored at the same time. Tora was showing problems with Taijutsu, it seemed that his lack of physical strength didn't help him, but at the other side of the coin, he was an amazing learner. He learned two simple techniques in two days: The Clone Technique and the Body Replacement Technique. With this, he enrolled in the academy with the age of 9 and graduated at the age of 11. At this time, returning members of the Fumetsu clan made their way to Amegakure. His father never explained him what exactly was the Fumetsu clan, no one did. Though, his father started to speak about Senjutsu and a secret place where powerful tiger-like creatures would teach techniques which could take a shinobi to another level of power. But Tora didn't hear enough about this to grow an interest.
And he could not hear any longer about nothing from his father, because the man was assassinated in his own house at the Fumetsu clan's area, something swift and silent. No one knew why, since Gozan Fumetsu was a man with many enemies, and the enemies he had had all been killed in the first shinobi war. His mother also disappeared, no corpse was found and no one truly knows what happened. The fact that the returning clan members disappeared led everyone to believe that in fact, those clan members had killed not only Gozan, but every member of the Fumetsu clan settled in Amegakure. Except for Tora. This event crushed Tora's emotions, he became closed and had no interest in his life, he simply couldn't understand the loss of the two things he loved the most at the same time. He spent about three days searching in his father's room for a memory, for something to remember him of the man who had always been present in his life. Instead, he found anwers. A journal with some strange seal sealing it, but with just a touch, the seal dissipated. Inside, the handwriting in the journal was strange, but understandable. In it, he read about the clan Fumetsu kekkei genkai, but there was barely any important information about it, there was information about Senjutsu, about Gozan's initiation as a sage and about tigers, in general. There were intricate seals which Tora could not understand and lastly, some information which his father wrote down about the Fumetsu clan.
The only part which impressed Tora was... "They hunt down anyone without the gift." Could this be the reason...? The answers just brought more questions.
A year passed and the Metsuke invaded Amegakure. Tora felt useless and incapable, and terribly angered because he couldn't even practice.
The next year, it was freed thanks to Ryoku Samidare's efforts, whom later was named Amegake.
Tora Fumetsu finishes the academy at this year, thus being graduated as a genin. His story should start to get exciting right now.

tenketsu of their body, for example (and while Tora is indeed aware of his chakra points, he's not aware that it's due to this kekkei genkai). This kekkei genkai makes it extremely easy to mould and manipulate chakra, which makes shape manipulation done with ease. Basically, those with this kekkei genkai consists of much spiritual energy and little physical energy.
Seishein Ito's expanded control of one's own chakra allows them to release chakra from every point of their chakra points at will, even in a particular area and they can go as far as materializing their chakra into powerful projectiles, barriers, blasts and weapons made purely of their chakra.
This does comes with a price. The balance of physical and spiritual energy is broken, and the user relies much more on his chakra; their body is simply incapable of evolving. They're not sickly, neither unhealthy. But they simply can't execute powerful taijutsu techniques, neither can them become unstoppable masses of muscle, no matter how much effort they put into training. In fact, gaining muscles or weight is already a problem.
Since Tora isn't aware of this ability nor has had any training in it, it's practically unusable as of now.
