Katherin throw it into one of the destroyed buildings nearby. She made the fireball grow until it was about as tall as she was, then she extinguished the flame.

As Jacque continued to flee the scene of his crimes, the sirens started getting a bit close for his comfort, leaving him with fewer and fewer options. He couldn't exactly slow to walk and act normal, with a breaking and entering having just taken place the police would no doubt question his duffel bag, and although Jacque was a semi-decent crook, he wasn't the best of liars. The boy saw an alley way up ahead and smirked, "It would seem fate hasn't fully abandoned me after all." he said with a chuckle before making the sharp turn into the alley. Once out of sight, Jacque extended the arm he'd made from water up as far as it would reached, grasping firmly onto the edge of the roof before pulling himself up. He was safe, at least for the time being, all that he needed to do now was wait until it got darker or the police cleared the area, 'Might as well get comfy' Jacque internally mused before willing the water back into his camel pack, capping it, the lying on the roof and staring at the clouds with the bag as a makeshift pillow.

Roxy didn't know what was going on but she was enjoy in watching the choas. She sat on the roof of the highest building she coulld find on the edge of sector three. She heard vthe echo's of two explosions. Which sent the little humans running this way and that. She wondered who had set off the explosions. She had to admire the person's style.

Looking back over her shoulder again as the illusion of a little boy and his mother, MindWarp caught a glimpse of someone familiar. Miss Spunky? Was she following her? But why, she couldn’t see through her illusion, could she? No, she didn’t look too sure that I am me and not just an average little boy. Maybe she had a particularly good level of concentration and could sense something was strange? If that was the case then MindWarp would have fun breaking that concentration.

Back above a building where Miss Spunky was walking along, MindWarp casted the illusion of a falling grand piano. It wouldn’t hurt Miss Spunky for it wasn’t real, but it should definitely get the job done of breaking her concentration. A scream would alert Miss Spunky to the falling piano above her and during the distraction MindWarp would create a copy of her current illusion, a little boy and mother, and slip away down an alley at a fast sprint and hopefully lose her in the labyrinth of alleyways.

Niesha looked about at a scream, couldn't see anything that would cause the scream, and then remembered that the last thing anyone did was look up. She did so, seeing the falling grand piano.

She dove out the way, but she was grinning. She knew it was an illusion, and that meant that the woman must be worried, so she was indeed on the right track. However, when she looked back towards ghe boy and his mother, the aura was gone, or rather, fading, so. She had done more tricks then. Niesha decided to take to the sky, forming the light that would enable her to do so, she was soon flying, or her version of it in any case.

The fight was spectacular, the hero was obliterated by the person from earlier, he was mercilessly ripped apart. He's never seen anyone kill like that before, it was a fun sight for Lass 'That guy... Who is he?' From his actions, he seemed like a hero, but no hero would kill unless he's not in his right mind. The hero Hawk appeared soon after and went to the guy that killed the other super. He wondered if Hawk is now going to fight the tendril guy, he's interested to see what's happening. He went down from the bank and hid in the shadows 'More and more people are starting to gather here...' He saw more police now than before. A thought of playing a prank on them came to him. He warped to a police car's shadow and made a dagger appear beside him 'Here goes... Hehe.' then he stabbed the policeman in front of him "GAH?!" he screamed. Lass fought the urge to laugh as he watched the clueless police, he had moved to another spot at this point. "Well, better not get sidetracked." he continued on his tracks.

He almost screamed in surprise, but he held it in and evaded the fireball instead and fell to the ground. However, he lost focus and dropped his invisibility unconsciously. He looked behind him and there was a fire getting bigger and bigger 'I could have died...!' he thought, he still values his own life after all. Then he went back to his original purpose and faced his front, not even noticing that he can now be seen by others.

Jacque frowned a bit as he heard the sirens fading into the distance. Normally this would have simply sounded the 'all clear' in his head, but the sirens were moving in the opposite direction of the way he'd run, and there were far too many to just be a response to home invasion. Whats more, they seemed to be heading towards sector three, meaning whatever was going on was a bit too close to his apartment on the border of sector four for comfort, "Might as well see what the hell is going on. I really hope my home ain't caught in the cross fire." Jacque sighed as he rolled back into a standing position and shouldered the bag. Like a flash he was off, willing the water back to its limb state and using it as a grappling hook to swing from roof tops and street lights, following the police cruisers just fast enough to keep sight of them, but slow enough not to arouse suspicion. Whatever was going on, Jacque was sure it was bound to either amuse him or piss him off.

Eddy watched as the girl tossed a fireball, he marked her in his head. He looked at the other 2 near her, both marked. One was Abaddon the other was Hawk, 2 metas he had done extensive background checks on beforehand. It was easy to identify that this Hawk was not the one he had researched, high probability of an apprentice or relative who had taken on the name, meaning the original Hawk was dead. This Hawk had the same powers meaning it was even more possible he was a relative to the original. Turning his attention back to the girl he analyzed her. She seems to be unaware she is revealing herself as a meta to the world, interesting. He took a mental screenshot of her face, while the other 2 hid their identity, her's was clear. Perhaps she could lead them to the other 2. While this appeared to be their first meeting, it was probable that they would for some kind of relation to her after she so brazenly showed off her abilities. Connections like those could be explored.

The flames made Abaddon grow wary. He hated fire. Sure, the symbiote had built up resistance to its natural weakness of heat over the centuries of its life as well as its time with him, but heat still hurt nonetheless.

Abaddon's attention was then drawn to a young teen that had suddenly appeared. How long had this kid even been there?

"Hmph, I doubt you'd have been able to evade attention or even be right here in the middle of all this chaos without being a meta."

Lass's scent and presence seemed familiar. It seemed quite similar to that found at several murder scenes Abaddon had been to. Most of the victims had been scum, so he didn't particularly care of anything but who the perpetrator was. Some other murders were aimed at just regular citizens after all...
Now, the presence... it seemed attuned to something. A darkness seemed to loom over this kid..

They had seen Lass, he wasn't invisible anymore. Lass checked and his ability had been deactivated 'Agh..! I lost my concentration...!' he thought. He doesn't want anyone to know that he had powers, it will be troublesome. Hopefully, they didn't notice his sudden appearance "A-Ah... Sorry!" he acted "I just heard voices and got curious! Ahaha..." then he stood up, but he had no plan on leaving "What are you guys?" he asked right away, still playing innocent. "I saw you attack the person that was destroying things earlier! That was awesome!" he exclaimed then look around him "Though I don't see him anywhere." then he faced them again as he waited for the answer to his innocent question.

"That's because he's dead," Abaddon answered Lass. "Quit the ruse, it's already working against you considering I at least have already seen you appear from nowhere. Most other people would be long gone from this place too."

The police had set up a perimeter about a kilometer away from the scene of the disturbance. Jacque paused to question the distance to himself, but his question was quickly answered when he caught did bits mentioning 'supers' in the area. "Figures. God forbid they make it easy to get by." Jacque scoffed as he eyed the uniformed men with annoyance. The hydromancer had run out of buildings within reach, and with no water nearby to make use of and no way to sneak past without going a ridiculous distance, Jacque saw only one option to get through. With an exaggerated sigh, Jacque leapt down from the building and began walking towards the lined up cruisers, a scowl forming on his face as he walked. "Hold on there sir, this area is currently off limi-", the officer trying to intercept Jacque was quickly silenced by a rather large fist made of liquid slamming into his face and sending him to the ground. A fun fact about water, if you move towards or it moves towards you fast enough, you might as well hit something solid. A fact that Jacque, and now a Arcus police officer was all to aware of. While lacking any formal training in close quarters combat, Jacque's unpredictable street savvy fighting style combined with his powers and willingness to fight dirty made short work of the squad that had arrived. and although he'd left them all alive, a good portion of them were going to need stitches and casts for quite a while.

The boy continued along his merry way as if he'd never flattened a group of people just to get to his destination quicker, stopping only when he saw people ahead. Jacque walked over to a small pile of rubble and crouched down slightly in a half hearted attempt at concealing himself. Whatever was going on didn't concern him, so while he intended to watch the spectacle, Jacque would make no move to get involved unless something happened to throw him into the mix.

Then she turned her attention to the other gentleman. He seemed alittle unnerved by her fire. That could be handy to know. "My fire is under complete control."

Eddy watched as the meta barreled through the policemen. Obviously, people were extremely aggressive for some reason. Whether they were aware of it or not there was crowd of spectators watching them, so revealing their identities or assaulting policemen merely cast more doubt on the rest of the superhuman population. Eddy left the crowd, he had a weapon to acquire.

Roxy got tired of watching the ordinaries run around. Everyone else was stirring up trouble. Shewanted to enhance the choas. As she made her way to the street Roxy considered her choices. She could use the poison in her nails. Walk along touching. Strangers as she went. Her nails were sharp enough to break the skin easily. Still that lack the chaos she wanted to create. Maybe she would go play in her lab. See if she could come up with something special.

He should have ran instead of acting like some amazed kid "I-I was about to leave this place when I heard you guys..." he tried to convince them still, but he knew it was useless. "... No dice?" Now that they know his existence, it'll be bad for him. He had conducted serial murders and there might be evidences there. If a super tried to investigate it and knows the existence of Lass, he'll just be found out sooner or later. Besides, he was getting tired of the act. "Fine!" Then he slammed the ground and dark hands with swords appeared on the three's shadows "Please don't tell anyone about this." the hands had their swords on point blank, they could stab the supers if commanded. Would this work he wondered? Of course not. It's unnecessary, but he might want to let them know what he can do. Though, he might have done it out of fear as well.

So that's why the kid seemed attuned to something dark, he had the ability of umbrakinesis. That was a rare ability on its own, though at one point Abaddon had met a heroine who actually had umbra and photokinesis. Unfortunately, she was dead, killed for fighting in defense of some crazed black magic user Abaddon that Abaddon had relentlessly tortured and killed with his claws and own series of magic. Back to the topic at hand though...

Abaddon thought back to some murder scenes he had been to on his own. A similar trace of this shadow essence was constantly found there, and though the murders were grisly, most of them were criminals. Key word being most there though...

"You'd do best to put those down," Abaddon growled as one tendril from his back lashed out and caught one of the blades.
