So there are 12 of you. Including Venger and I that would be 14. That's enough for 2 teams. o.o
However, I do think side characters could work.
I also said I was debating the villainess. And the villains. Whether I would keep them NPCs, some revamped Canons, or some OCs. So if I did make them OC said player who controls the villainess or villains would need ot keep me in the loop on most plans and follow the story for the most part. Of course, I'd keep you in the loops if things may be subject to change. Keep in mind I gave basic idea of what would happen so you don't need ot follow some character outline. You can make them as you wish them to be. Look however you want. Just follow the plans through. You know they gotta be evil, but there's different kinds of evil lol XD
Still not sure about this and the side characters. Will discuss with Venger on what to do. Keep that in mind though. Okay? If anyone thinks this might be a good idea let me know.

I think it`d be a good idea to have villains. In the past I`ve seen that rps like this tend to do better if the evil side also is played by multiple users.

So, using a first-come-first-serve sort of basis, Demon and I decided who gets what characters. The rest of you can either opt to be villains or drop out if you have no interest in being villains. Hydra bitch and three of her dudes will be the bad guys, I guess? I don't know if I should leave that among the people (you guys) or just... have demon decide. XD

The good guys will be;
Oskar - Mutant
Chello - Marksman (woman?)
Reminie - Pilot
Jeray - Muscle
Nallore - Stealth
Plus Demon wants to add an extra good guy for Rumi. That leaves the rest of you for the bad guys.

Initially there was meant to be another character lol but I dropped that roll(forgot to put it) So I figured since I was gonna have another anyway why not.
I also don't want 2 of the same role. Also Mutant should have some sort of elemental/psionic/other ability not making them just better physically. Or something like that.

Me and Venger decided that whoever still wishes to join with the protagonist team chosen can opt to be an antagonist. It'll essentially be Hydra bitch at the helm, her two congress Hydra buddies, and the rest can be affiliated with Hydra but not in congress or something.

If the mutant has psychic abilities then they should probably be relatively weak at the moment and then enhanced by the serum later, no?

well it could probably be the same for just about any power. Also you can choose not to be enhanced later in the RP Or choose exactly how you are enhanced.

Depends. I need you to be trustworthy, keep me in the loop on what you do and I'll do the same. As will venger and you need to follow the basic flow of the story.

I assure you that I`ll keep you updated if I have something I might plan and ask you.about it. As for the flow of the story I`ll do the best of my ability.

I mean honestly it's not like I want you to make it a linear thing that just flows exactly as written. I understand a few things might need ot change or be moved around. Just gotta keep me updated. I want it to be fun for all of us. Now. Just as I'm leader for the Protagonists and I hope we work well together you will be leader for the Antagonists. I hope you work well together too.

Well I tend to given Characters insulting nicknames when I know they are bad or bad-ish. And non-insulting names when they are good lol
One dude I made had multiple personality disorder. He had 3 and I called him Tri-Bastard. Not too insulting cause he wasn't bad, but he wasn't necessarily good either lol

I have a question, with Antagonist oc's would we be limited to only natural abilities enhanced or could their be some other powers of sort? Are we keeping to what the hero team has or having our own?

They could probably get a hold on the serum later somehow to get enhanced. I don't know if they'd have birth powers or anything, I don't remember anyone from hydra being non-human, besides red skull, but you know. Maybe. I'm sure Hydra bitch's right hand man (or her herself) might have powers or something, who knows. It's Demon's call.

Yeah Warping Reality seems like a bit OP so... shy away from it lol XD
Creating Illusions should be fine, but in case you change your mind keep in mind that it should not be a power which would make another member seem redundant. A power which would give reason to work well, for the most part, on a team.

I'd like to keep HYDRA on a level close to if not equal with the protagonists for a while until enhancements are added in later. Again enhancements aren't limited to certain things. But for the most part with the exception of the one mutant for now supers should be held off on to a degree. Even the mutant on the protagonist side shouldn't be too strong.

EDIT: I plan to have an OOC up sometime tonight.
