Colony 257

With the loss of about half of the 1000-numbered Seeder Fleet, the rest of them became very angry. They were destructive when they were passive, and known for wiping out entire civilizations and nations; this is the first time in history that they were all, collectively, truly, pissed off. This was also the first time in history that they ever lost a ship. However, they weren't intimidated. Quite the opposite, in fact.

2 more ships descended to the planet to terraform; within hours, the entire planet began erupting into a giant storm. The atmosphere wasn't yet unbreathable by oxygen-breathing or carbon-dioxide-breathing creatures, though it would soon be that way.

The rest of the ships folded away, like they were done. Half of the remaining ships followed their brothers, and folded to the locations of their brethren attacking EA, now AIF, worlds, already breaking through weak defenses to launch seeds at unsuspecting worlds.

The other half of the ships folded in right on the edge of the AIF fleet, and used a method of turning on the fold systems, then turning off halfway before folding out to speed up to great speeds.

This way, there would be about 250 giant ships flying superfast through a nice, packed-in fleet.

More Renaming
The AIF has switched their former EAS designation to the new IFV [Name], standing for Interstellar Federation Vessel.

Seeder Threat (Space
"WHAT?! They're ramming us at FTL speeds? Try a combination of formation Cog and formation Arrow! Formation Cog always works!"
Fergus was just a slight bit desperate at this point, he hadn't lost a battle yet and he was determined to make sure this was not the first time. The ships, already in the Arrow formation, began to transfer shield strength to the ships closer to the point of the fleet, and the shields of all ships aligned to form a sharp wall, strongest at the IFV McClain. The Seeder ships hit that wall at full speed, and the one headed straight for the McClain was split directly in half. The shields near the back of the formation were completely ripped apart, along with the ships creating them. The wall as a whole was weakened, but it seemed like most of the Seeder ships had been taken out by ramming the barrier. It was fighting fire with fire, actually, more like fighting insanity with insanity. The IFV McClain then sent a transmission to the Triarian flagship, it was a personal one from Fergus himself.
"Oh well, I'll be available right after we finish moping up these insane idiots."

Seeder Threat (Ground)
Seeing the Triarian tactic, the Federation forces began to help by doing the same to parts of the ocean not being used as bases. The dropships began to vaporize the oceans using their laser weapons, squadrons cutting huge swaths in the water. Meanwhile, on land, the shielded cities began launching newly arrived antimatter missiles at particularly large spore "boils", as they had been named, along with the landing enemy ships. Of course, there had to be a backup plan. In the event that the planet is taken by the Seeders, an entire civilization will be built underwater, and a single dark matter explosive will be manufactured. Using deep core mining technology, it will then be inserted into the planet. Evac ships will be constructed and launched towards far-off colonies, and then the explosive will be detonated, destroying the planet.

Seeder Threat (Homefront)
When the Seeder ships arrived in AIF systems, the forces in those systems were ready. They began brutal attacks on the ships, using desperate tactics to ensure the survival of the planets they were defending. It then became apparent that the Seeders had made a mistake in trying to attack AIF planets. Their planets had undergone constant fortification efforts for ten years straight, and every single one had extensive orbital weaponry platforms, along with missile batteries containing millions of mobile antimatter mines. These defenses came online the moment the Seeder ships entered the system, and began firing every weapon they had to take them out.

Makudan Leak
The AIF has sent a message to the Makudan on the subject of the document that was leaked, the message was specifically designed to be viewed by other empires as well.
"Your people have shown incredible restraint and mercy in your history, only 12,000 individuals? That's incredible! Oh, wait, you meant species! How foolish of me! Well, in that case, let me congratulate you on your upcoming state of war with the Equiis Pact! Have fun being dead!"

Yuanon Incident
Director Ck-Tsanu, Antimatter production facility Beta-22 on Europa.
"An accident has occurred at our facility. One of the particle accelerators has produced a neutrino with a helicity of -1. All known neutrinos have a positive helicity. As suspected by physicists, this particle seems to contain nearly unlimited energy. Further scans have shown a phase variance of this particle, which our Abh scientist has named a 'Yuanon'. We have chartered a starship to bring this particle to the Central Research Facility on Mars. While we're not entirely sure, we think that the extreme energy of this particle is caused by a connection to another universe."

Orc Commendation
Dmitri Saveli stepped forward, moving to stand directly in front of the Orc leader. Hundreds of other diplomats moved to stand before the rest of the soldiers, each one holding an incredibly detailed sculpture of Earth. The sculpture was suspended above a plate but a negative energy coating on the bottom. It was held close to that plate by four tractor beams, glowing blue as the light reflected off the air. Engraved on the plates were the words "May the memory never die".
Every diplomat said the same thing, along with Dmitri.
"Like the memory of the birthword Terra, the memory of your deeds shall never be forgotten. You have defended the citizens of the Allied Interstellar Federation without even being asked to, in fact, you defended them despite our own objections. Such nobility is rare in the cosmos, and you are a shining beacon of it."

"Surface temperature rising... If we continue to vent heat into the atmosphere, we could end up destroying the majority of life on the planet..."
"What does it require to terminate these exogens?!" The overseer exclaimed as he tapped in a section on his control panel. It seemed space battle had been worked out by the humans, but ground was very much a problem...
Equiis pact war fleets, AIF fleet, Makudan war fleets... And here he was, leading only a handful of vessels against the threat. He did feel some pride in the fact that said handful was matching up well, but the fire power here was not enough. He needed Dark Energy weaponry, but his ships didn't... The cores... He paused, considering... If he did, they would definitely knock out some of the exogens. But was the cost worth it? The AIF were quite literally getting steam rolled, if he took down a few of the ships the humans might have some breathing room... Besides, he couldn't take enough out with these vessels... But he could try something pretty insane
"Open conduit 013." He ordered and a hatch from the roof fell down, he tapped a set of commands into the terminal "Bring up a view screen, move us closer. I am going to attempt to utilize my Psionics
"The energy required to attempt anything meaningful would be astronomical, there is no way we could channel it..."
"I shall complete the circuit. You saw what happened when the seeders hit the shield wall. Another hit, or some mines, and there are going to be many, many casualties... I can Chanel more power to the human shields if we are close enough."
"Your cord would be cut..." One of the bridge officers said, as she turned to regard him
"Affirmed..." He whispered, quietly

The flagship jumped into the middle of the human formation, behind the Mclain, using the human ships for cover. It began to forward energy from its powerful reactors to the AIF shields. On the bridge the overseer floated from the ground placing his hand just off the conduit... His eyes started to glow bright orange and all the lights on the ship dimmed, many systems operating at much lower power as the overseer redirected it to the human shields... He yelled out in agony as every nerve in his body began to overload... It was like passing too much energy through a fuse, it was simply a matter of how long until he blew... The bridge crew watched in shock, and the usually stoic synth soldier security detail seemed slightly shaken as he continued his dreadful chorus of screams, his body heating as the energy passed through him, frying him...

Equiis Pact
Not wanting to wait for Sazkarjhia the Pact Miltiary has begun full mobilazation and plans to attack the Makudan with extreme force. A stealth fleet has been sent to estiblish gates in Andromeda, to prepare for the coming of the Pact Fleets. Most nations of the Equiis Pact have also vowed to use there own militaries to attack the Makudan.
Mars
Spies have secretly sent the data on the Yuanon particle to the Pact mains research facilities. They have also begun deleting any data the AIF has on Dark Energy, including backups of said data.
Diplomacy
While the Equiis Pact in general still does not trust the AIF they have sent offical Equiis Pact diplomats and diplomats from all nations, including President David of the Kepler Alliance. They are hoping to rekindle the good relations they had for so long, and possibly reboot the alliance.

AIF Consultation
Sent from world nearest to AIF territories
"Ow, fuck. AIF, you are a confirmed contacted party, right? In that case, please give us some knowledge on the Equiis Pact's technology, specifically their most dangerous and notorious ones. I know that judging from your nature, you won't be involved in this fight, but at least give us some light on such upcoming enemies. If they're your ally, be wary of any treason in your halls."

Colony 257
All the ships from inside the Forbidden Harbinger rapidly came out like a flowing river, revealing an entire fleet that was stationed there. The ship itself, now temporarily captained by Aeternals Deroe and Gvasty, is set to calculate and activate wormholes in less than a second of initializing the process, and is being made to tear apart any enemy ships from the inside out with whatever missile is there in its arsenal. Fleet 120 has been set course to begin dropping the hypercarcinogenic bioweapon on the planet, setting it to turn off if the targets have been successfully exterminated. All foreign forces stationed on the ground has been warned to leave the planet or become a giant, grotesque, rapidly growing horrid mass of flesh.

Seeder Threat (Ground)
The AIF forces simply bring everyone inside the shields, strengthening them using the shields on the tanks.A biological weapon would not be able to go through them, due to them being specifically tuned to keep the atmosphere out, for obvious reasons.

Research Sabotage
With the mysterious disappearance of Dark Energy research data, the AIF has tightened it's computer security. Of course, knowing how completely worthless their computing systems are compared to that of the other nations, they have ordered that all research data be printed out and put into good old filing cabinets. Because you can't hack into filing cabinets. You can get laughed at for having them though. Strangely enough, the AIF has kept the original files still on the computer system, apparently because they just don't care who finds out about the new particle.

Consultation
"Oh, there's probably an Equiis Pact spy looking over my shoulder right now. Ever since Kepler 22 and the surrounding systems declared independence tensions have been high. We don't actually care about the whole thing anymore, but we think they still hate us over some things we said earlier. Anyways, due to our policies I can;t actually reveal weaknesses in their technology, but I can tell you some of their capabilities. Their weaponry is presumably updated with Draconian tech-you should have seen that stuff at work-and their ship drives are considerably faster than ours. They control quite a bit of former Draconian space, and could very well have the advantage of numbers. I should note that your actions are found morally repulsive by our people, but what I have told you can't do much harm. Of course, I am obligated to request that you bring this war to an end as soon as possible. We don't want to get involved and if the war goes on for too long either you or the Equiis Pact will force us to assist int he war effort or be conquered. Before I end this transmission, I need to apologize to all the Equiis Pact spies listening in on us. The Allied Interstellar Federation wishes no harm to your nation and would like to be left alone. Please don't kill us all, thanks."

diplomacy
The AIF has welcomed the Equiis Pact diplomats with open arms, and none of the people met by the diplomats appear to harbor any hard feelings against the Pact at all. It seems the AIF has gotten over it all, and all the AIF diplomats want to pursue better relations. Whether they actually like the Equiis Pact or if they just know that without them they'll all be dead soon is unclear.

Closed Meeting

"Not recorded, no mics, no nothing, yeah?"

"Yes, President"

"Good" said the Domi President.

"Gentlemen" said the Comu President "We are going to face something of the likes we have never faced. The Sarkazjhit armies were powerful, but now we face two new nations, far, far more powerful than we can have ever imagined." A hologram of the two species-the seeder species and Makudan- appeared. "Does everyone understand what this means" he asked. One of the representatives, a Bunta, raised his hand, signifying that he was clueless of the situation. The Comu President said in a frustrated tone "It means that our survival is at the greatest risk we have ever experienced. We will not survive the Winter, gentlemen-not here; not now."

"What are you suggesting, Mr. President?" someone asked.

"This means...Operation 0-2"

"But Presid-"

"ARE YOU DEFYING OUR ORDERS!?" screamed the Domi President.

"No, sir! It's ju-"

"Execution! We cannot handle any subordinates at this stage of time!" said the Domi President. A pair of guards hustled over towards the representative and reluctantly dragged him towards another room. As he was dragged away, the representative was struggling to make a speech.

"We have the supplies, we have the technology, finally. Let's make it happen" said the Domi President. In another room a loud bang could be heard; it sounded like a gunshot.

Operation 0-2: Classified files

Operation 0-2: To colonize new reaches of space-another galaxy- a fleet of extremely large settler ships shall be produced. Their destination is a new galaxy that has not be colonized by all known species. Purposes can be for the following reasons:

a) Expand the Empire
b) Discover the next Hach race
c) (The most unlikely) Escape this galaxy

Science Expo

The continuation of the expo began today, and in more classified rooms, the next series of Gult missiles were displayed. However, the extremity of these missiles were unknown and classified.
Newer/updated Drughan weapons were also shown in classified rooms: Better damage power and far more accurate. Clips could now seemingly "latch" onto the weapon, and could easily be thrown off by a click of a button.
A new explosive launcher was also introduced in another classified room. The launcher worked with the black hole synthesizer, with the projectile being the black hole and only acting for 1-3 seconds before disappearing.

Inside the AIF ship-family

The father gave a thanks and then took him and his kids to their designated room. As the two young lings stayed inside, the older boy went about roaming the ship. He took note of the marine mammals, and admired them. However, he was still a tad scared. Not knowing what to do next, he just continued to roam the ship for some time.

Raids

Colonial ships began raiding planetary states in an effort to steal technologies, supplies, and warships. They were successful, however dangerously harming most of their outdated Fanny-A ships. Acquisitions: Several ships that control galactic drives (Allimone ships), automated farming/mining machines, millions of supplies. Factories in the CPZ have began to create their own versions of Allimone, Kambune, Gunther, etc.

The ZE has responded by coordinating mass executions on colonies 100+ that were still in ZE control. Though the ZE has been set back, they still have far superior firepower...for the time being.

Aeternal Emergency Personal Meeting
Absences: Retsukuu Yomo, Deroe Nodus, Gvasty Edr
All reasons due to direct combat involvement
Immortal Caliber Dining Hall

The mouthwatering scent of grilled meat wafted around the dim room. Significant political figures within the Makudan's governance sat beside each around the round table, which included the Aeternals, selected admiral and governors of important territories, especially the galactic border regions. In front of them was a 3D true-color hologram visual of the Triangulum home galaxy, where brilliant lights litter across its swirling gases and dust.

A loud bang from a gavel was heard, signaling the beginning of the meeting.

"Alright. Emergency meeting #14, begin. Topic: Potential Level VII race threatening war against the Makudan." Kotonus spoke out.

"Let's discuss first their technological overview." Kozir, the famed admiral notable for heading the mission that led to the Zoradean emperor's capture, said calmly and orderly. "As the Allied Interstellar Federation said, they have been able to retrieve the extinct Draconian technology. Since we also have retrieved and modified such technology, that wouldn't be much of a problem. They also say they have the advantage in numbers, but they didn't specify. Regardless of these facts, do not let down your guard. Now for the strategical discussions-"

"From where will they come?" Odometus raised a question.

"That, we don't know. However, we will place some space stations on galactic borders in all occupied galaxies, with a 350-lightyear distance between each. They will serve as bait for the hostile forces and will emit a signature of a military transmission regularly. If we see one is destroyed, then it is certain that they come from the side from where the station used to be. As for the formations, 5 large fleets in a cone formation with 120,000 ships each, separated two astronomical units from each other, will be the initial starting positions for combat. Reinforcements of the average fleet size will be staying within the planets nearest to the battle. The rest is up to me when the actual combat comes."

"Didn't the AIF say to end the war as quickly and with as low casualties as possible?" Governor Scoras inquired.

"That, we are also attempting. Flagships will perpetually send ceasefire requests while the battle is ongoing. That being said, only questions remain."

"Check for spies!"

"Uh, actually, we already have such a device for that set up. And because this meeting is located right at the heart of the Makudan, there are no possible issues here. So, any questions?"

Others shook their heads horizontally in a no.

"Meeting dismissed. Glad this went without arguments."

Everyone stood up and left.

Mars

The agents that had been gathering cultural data had never left the AIF, even after all this time. They still, however, sent reports to the Argutus, who had continued to inform the AIF that the agents were still operating in a non-military role, and that had been true.
That was until today. One of the agents had infiltrated Mars under orders from the Argutus. He found the whole thing very queer. Nonetheless, he complied with his orders and infiltrated mars under the guise of a scientist. What he found and reported troubled him. Someone was deleting the human data, and from what he had gathered they were some external spies. He had requested reinforcements from the appropriate agencies, and copied as much of the Humans Dark Energy information as he could onto a small, human data device, called a 'USB drive', which he then stub into his own skin, the wound sealing up and keeping the device inside it...
He proceeded across the facility, and located one of the new human filing cabinets. Ingenious. Non-digital records may be primitive, but such adaption to infiltration, the humans were quick. He checked nobody was watching, before opening it and cutting open part of his flesh, pulling out the portable human data device and slipping it into one of the files, quickly closing the filing cabinet
He stood, and quickly proceeded across it again, moving to meet up with the two incoming agents that had been sent to meet with him

Message to the Equiis Pact
A message has been sent to the Equiis Pact from the IFV Unity, Emily's flagship.
"Peace and harmony. That is what you claim to want, it is what I want, and it is most certainly what Faust wants. But it is not what you are promoting. You are promoting revenge, yes, it is well-deserved revenge, but it is not peaceful nor harmonious. It is possible to stop their genocides through diplomacy, but instead you have chosen to kill them all, even the innocent civilians! That's the kind of thinking that brought us the Common Sense War and Doctrinal Conflict, it's the kind of thinking that killed one hundred billion through planetary annihilation, it's the reason revenge is carried out without a second thought. There can be a peaceful resolution to this, just refrain from destroying species for now and we can work this out."

Hach Evacuation
As the boy wandered around the ship, floating weightless due to the complete lack of a gravity ring, the Dolphins took note of him as well. They had extensive experience with "landswimmers" as they called land creatures, but they still wondered what it was like to walk on the land without a robotic avatar. For all the envy land creatures had for them, they had an equal amount of envy for land creatures. Some of them stopped to look at the boy, as none of them had ever seen a Hach before. However, they all left after a while towards the clicks and whistles of their commanding officers telling them to get back to work. They boy also saw the unique instrumentation of the ship, and he could see the Dolphins gracefully manipulating the craft using echolocation to ripple the water in just the right place so as to be picked up by scanners connected to control circuits. Yes, they could have used AI, but Dolphins seemed to love doing things on their own. Eventually, the boy came upon a translation interface used to communicate with the Dolphins. Seeing the opportunity, one of the Dolphins quickly looked around the tank to make sure nobody was there, and swam up to the interface.
"Sorry, but are you a Domu Hach?"

Council Meeting
Interestingly enough, a new candidate for the Council has been elected prematurely due to their extreme popularity! It seems like his policies were very popular, and they were so persuasive that even those who didn't agree with the policies voted for him! A meeting has just begun as well, the first for the new council member.
"Alright everyone! Let's welcome our new member... Adam Agata!
Dmitri's statement caused everyone in the room to welcome Adam, shaking his hand and then greeting him in the traditional way for their religion and species. Two or three greeted him in the traditional way for a CoF member.
"Now, there is another reason for this meeting, of course. The Equiis Pact is just about ready to wipe out the Makudan. It is our duty to prevent as much loss of life as possible. That's why in the last meeting we decided to begin a diplomatic campaign to heat up the relationship between the two empires. However, things have only gotten worse. Both of them have placed units across their borders, and it seems like the only choice we have is to mobilize our own forces should a war break out. It is regrettable that we have to fight our brothers and sisters in the stars. Of course, this will be held to a vote. 2/3 of the council need to vote yes for it to pass."
The council was quite divided on the issue, and eventually it all came down to Adam, who had not spoken since the discussion began. If he voted yes, mobilization would begin. If we voted no, then bureaucracy would ensue as other politicians debated the issue.
"Well, what do you think, Adam?"

Mars:

Directly after the successfully executed Terran Orb ceremony, the main force of the Orcs departed using the Gulroks, or drop ships, which took them to the Orcish fleet above Mars. All of them left the surface of Mars with the exception of the 90 Orcs who had been apart of the diplomatic mission. Overlord Mogor along with his soldiers headed back to the command post where they awaited orders from the AIF. "Overlord Mogor to the Muzmeg, I need communications to be established with the Chieftain, and once they are established I want a status report sent his way. Overlord Thakva shall oversee this matter. Now, over and out." Overlord Mogor said.

Message to Brukkash:

This is the Muzmeg, we have successfully found a new galaxy with several intelligent species. Until recently we have not been able to transmit or receive intergalactic messages. Currently we are utilizing foreign communication devices to transmit this message. Overlord Mogor will be available once two way communications are established. Instructions to contact us will be sent in a separate message following the arrival of this one.

Brukkash, the Home Planet of the Zurosh Empire:

The monitors within the communications room began to light up upon the message from the Muzmeg arriving. "Rongash, we have a message from the Muzmeg!" the Grunt said. Rongash, the senior communications operator, ran in and grabbed a tablet-like device which contained the message. He then ran out into the throne room of the Chieftain where he handed the device over. "Message from the Muzmeg, Chieftain." Rongash said. The Chieftain read over the message fairly quickly. "Set up the communications. I'll be speaking to Overlord Mogor soon." said the Chieftain.

AIF ship

"Domi Hach" the boy corrected "We came from Domu". The boy waited for a while, staring around a little before asking his own question "Dolpin, yeah? I've heard of creatures bigger than you guys on my home planet, never seen them though."

Operation 0-2

Progress has gone well, and production for one of the three ships has already been completed. The other two ships are around half way done.

CPZ/ZE Conflict

The CPZ has successfully pushed the ZE out of Colonies 101+. With a major momentum, the CPZ has begun another assault on colonies 97-100. However, they are meeting a stern resistance. The average fleet size for the ZE in the further colonies was maybe at the most over 60000, but now the size is nearly five times that it was before at the smallest. The ZE has initiated glassing protocol onto incoming fleets, not caring who they are hitting. Though this protocol is supposed to be illegal and is not regulated, the ZE Trinity has allowed such acts to continue.

The CPZ has also instated its own Trinity, composed of one person from each race. This Trinity is severely limited in power, with the congress given some more power in return.

By Pact code, we are obligated to provide support. We wish to not experience heavy losses. However, any attack the Equestrians carry out we are to provide support for, for the betterment of Sazkarjhia. We understand your reluctance to fight with us. We've seen that you are powerful shipmasters, maybe even better than our own. We would wish to remain neutral, but under the terms dictating that all Equiis Pact members are to support one another, despite the Equestrians' lack of rationale. We will try to remain as spectators of any sort of altercation. However, if our allied fleets call upon us for help, we have no other option than to comply.

Message to the Sazkarjhit

Your commitment to honour your vows is noted. Is there no way your pact can prevent open conflict? Both sides would be devastated by the end, no matter the victor, and we would all be affected. It appears the victory over the Draconians has fed the Equestrian ego. How quick they are to forget the roles played by others, from the great to the small, all across the universe... how quick they are to jump to the idea of war. And we are the immoral ones?

Triarian forces have continued their containment of Hach space, while other fleets are committed to defence. Tensions are high, and the Primicerii will not risk someone trying a preemptive strike on them... Not after the last time, not after nearly losing the masters.

"Really? I never knew that." Said the Dolphin, the translation software creating a surprisingly natural voice for him. "I really should try to get some more info on your people, but translated texts are hard to find due to us living in water and not having a written language. You know, it's strange. For quite a while all we heard of the humans was from either Dolphins released from their care or those who got snagged by fishing nets. Needless to say, we got a lot of very different stories. But for some reason, we always wanted to get the humans on our side. Probably because they had a whole lot of food that we wanted. When that first submarine came and released five Dolphins who told us that the humans had figured out how to translate our language, we were all so happy that we wouldn't need to hunt anymore. Then the first of our 'tribes' as the humans called them was taken into space, and we realized that the humans had just taken us from being hunters to being an interstellar species overnight. It was a wonderful feeling, I hope you'll get to feel it someday. You feel so powerful and so free, like nothing could hold you down."

Council Meeting
Dmitri sighed in relief, and closed up the vote with a less than standard statement.
"Couldn't have said it better myself, Adam." He then turned to the Abh Empress and the Dolphin 'Leading one'. "You should get ready for a diplomatic meeting, us figureheads of the Federation will need to show for this one. Fergus, Emily, you'll be transporting the diplomatic party."
Fergus and Emily took a confused look at eachother, then Emily looked at Dmitri.
"Uhh, he's in the Star Forces. I'm in the Peace Corps. Oh yeah, the Peace Corps are dedicated to spreading peace throughout the stars, because you definitely forgot that. You know why? Because NOBODY EVER CARES ABOUT THE PEACE CORPS!"
"Well now we do. Fergus is tagging along because he's talked to Faust and seems to be friends with her."

Unexplored Space, Former Colonization Candidate World
An Abh warship jettisoned its distinctive block of negative matter into space, slowly approaching the former colony candidate. The planet was originally marked for human colonization, but had been overlooked in favor of Gliese 581g due to it being NOT a thousand light years away. As the great behemoth drifted through the vast void of space, it began to pick up radio signals from the nearby planet. While it had been dispatched to check for any sort of intel relay, it certainly wasn't expect as many radio signals as it picked up. Its crew scanned the planet quickly, and discovered it was inhabited and developed already. The species that was on it was uncertain from the location the warship was at, but it sent a message to the planet anyways, along with a translation matrix and hoping for the best.
"This is Manowas Lameima of the IFV Atsuuken. I am speaking for the entire Allied Interstellar Federation, a nation that spans multiple galaxies including a sizable chunk of this one, where it was founded. It is currently made up of three species, the Dolphins, the humans, and my own species, the Abh. This vessel has stumbled across your planet on a mission to check for any spy outposts, so don't worry about an invasion." Her voices fades out for a moment, but can still be heard, but quieter. "What's that? Oh come on, can we not do that this time? Oh, all right. But you have to deliver the message."
A human could then be heard, his voice shaking a tiny bit from excitement. "I greet you on behalf of the inferior ones, humanity. I hope we can coexist in peace."
