The night was starting to get darker the canopy of the trees. The target was in the position that the father had for saw. The monsters crept behind the girl know she was a daughter of Artemis they had to keep their distance then they pounced both creatures stormed in not giving the girl chance to react.one restrained her whilst the other hit her in the head and knocked her out.

The girl was brought into a ware house unfortunately they did not have time to bring her far so the exchange must happen before half-bloods are aware. the girl started to awake she saw the the Two bears Agrius and Oreius. Oreuis walked up to her
"oh look she's awake, Agrguis what should we do"
"what, You idiot you just said our names! let me deal with her, Hello girly you better not cause trouble or your going to hurt"

Alicia stood silently in the dark woods. The tree branches covered overhead so she couldn’t see the moon and it unnerved her. She felt a presence behind her and knocked an arrow on to her bow, but turned too late. Something grabbed her arms and she felt a pain in her head. Everything started spinning and her ears were ringing, then everything went black.

“Ughhh” groaned Alicia groggily, pain shooting through her skull as she woke. Through blurry eyes she could barely make out her captors- definitely not human. The monsters had heard her and one said “oh, look! She’s awake! Agrius, what should we do?” The pain subsided to a dull ache and her vision began to clear. Bears. These bears were her captors. She was pissed off that she hadn’t even put up any resistance whatsoever and spat at Agrius when he suggested that she shouldn’t cause trouble.

Argius said "bad choose girl, he wants you dead or alive I don't mind which. "
He started swinging at her chest

I was at camp when nymphs came in running saying a daughter of atremis had been captured I took of from the forge picking up my daggers abs headed to the Location of her capture weren't very stealthy by the looks of things.

I came in just in time it seems. I ran up to argius and tackled him to the ground giving time for the wounded girl to get a distance away but then it was two on one I needed the rest to hurry up."Hey oreius, come get me" gotta stall

The great bear swung at her. The first blow made her cry out in pain, the second winded her. As it continued she struggled for even the slightest breath and the world started to spin once again. What had she done to deserve this torture?

Suddenly a figure burst into the room- her saviour. He tackled the bear who had hit her to the ground as Alicia flung herself far in the opposite direction. Battered, bruised and exhausted, she attempted to stand. Her attempt was successful although she wobbled a lot and didn’t think she could be of much help to the boy who had come to her rescue. She spotted her bow and quiver at the other side of the room and limped towards them, hoping not to be spotted.

Iria was out of breath following the warrior type of Demi that had shot out of camp like he was on fire. "Whew, I got do more running," she gasped out, her voice croaking from all the heavy breathing that had scratched it. She finally was able to get inside of the place the Daughter of Artemis had been taken. Sneaking the best she could she came up behind the other girl, putting an arm around her to support her. She looked a bit roughed up by Iria's account and there was a brief thought that the kidnaping might not of been so honorably done. But then again it had been a kidnaping. Iria's smiled apologetically and handed the other girl her bow and arrow.

"If we're quiet enough we can get out unnoticed," she whispered, glancing back at the Demi boy who was keeping the monsters busy, "Better hurry while we can."

Michael had been strolling along the lakeside when he heard a commotion in the distance. Cautious, he approached the situation and saw the massive form of Leo running off like he's got a purpose. Very shortly thereafter, he sees the lithe form of Iria struggling to keep up. This peaked Mike's curiosity enough, he decided to follow along. Thankfully, the last few years learning how to fight and hunt at Camp Halfblood allowed him the quietness of a hunter.
Once Iria had shouldered Alicia and handed the bow and arrows to her, a golden shafted arrow whizzes by them and buries itself between the giant bears and Leo. Michael strides up to the ladies, closes his eyes, and touches Alicia on her head. A momentary glow surrounds his hand and the wound disappears. "We're going to need everyone on their feet for this one, ladies," he says in a whisper.

Iria pressed her lips into a line, a look of rather open worry on her face. She was not a fighter and most knew that. In fact she had more probability of hurting herself than her target. Her skin started to glow with changing rainbow auras of light. Oh no. Not now. Oh please not now. She fumbled with taking off her fan from her hilt. There a kind of panic in her eyes, but she kept her face a kind of readyment, steeling herself. Goddess, Mother of Every Changing Light, protect her. Flipping up the blades on her blue fan, she bit the inside of her cheek.

"Let's go get'em," she gave the other two a forced smile, her body shimmering like a soft rainbow light show. She turned her attention to the two monsters and charged forwards.

Being in several combats, himself, this is only a little bit new to him. He's used to fighting against other Half-Bloods, not giant, hairy, talking bears. Michael will stay back and try to find a bit of higher ground, preferably out of the reach of the bears. He then will start raining down golden shafted arrows, attempting to distract or redirect the attacks of the bears, giving his compatriots better survivability. Perhaps firing into feet or claws, or into a barrel to spray whatever's in it all over the bears. Michael will try to use the environment against the bears.
At this point, he is not one of those Tolkien Elves and their shooting while moving kind of archers. He will attempt to stay in one place. If he has to move to get a better position, he will, but he won't fire while moving.

Nicholas stepped into to the scene. It was supposed to be a quest of three but seeing as other demigods suddenly appear out of nowhere, he decided he has to do something. "Three is a sacred number for nothing." He mumbled to himself looking around nervously, as if something bad might happen. First things first. Nicholas willed himself to focus, stretching his arms towards the sky. One of the gifts he got from his mother is the ability to control the Mist. Though the task would require great concentration and creativity in order for it to work. He felt his stomach churn slightly. Soon enough, pearly white smoke began to converge around the ware house, covering the structure entirely, with a bit more persuasion, Nicholas willed the smoke inside the ware house as well, filling it up until everyone gets zero vision.

From a mortal's eye view, it will look like a pretty normal ware house, with a couple of people throwing in a very normal party inside. "A cover is always your best ally." Chiron once said, and that's what he's doing. From not so far he saw Michael Crowsoft. Nicholas can easily see through the Mist and can make anyone see through it as well. So he went over to Michael, and when he's near enough to hear him whisper he said, "Hey, Michael, its me Nicholas." He paused, "Just dont do anything okay, I'm just going to tap you." He can feel his bow tensed, Nicholas anticipated an attack, but none came, so he moved a little closer and then tapped Michael on the shoulder, a green light shimmered faintly to where he has touched him. "That should make you see through the Mist. Take down the bears, I'll get the others."

When the Mist starts to seep around him, Michael will begin to hold his breath, not knowing the nature of the Mist. His ears perk up as Nicholas begins to approach, pointing his drawn bow in the direction of the intruder. Once Nicholas begins to whisper, Michael relaxes. When Nicholas is finished whispering, Michael nods and whispers back, "Go get'em." He holds his arrow and blinks his eyes until the Mist clears for him. He then starts directing his golden shafted arrows for more meaningful targets, such as eyes, hearts, groins, or other soft and less armored locations on the bears.
If and when the bears have been taken care of, he will keep an overwatch of the area, making sure that they are not further ambushed. Once everyone seems ready to vacate the building, he will bring up the rear after slinging his bow across his shoulders. The bow will disappear from sight once this happens.

Iria was standing right behind one of the bears when mist enveloped the warehouse. She couldn't see anything, how was she suppose to try to fight? She stood rigidly, too afraid to acciendently hit someone from Camp if she tried to attack. But apparently the bears hadn't shared her qualm. A piercing pain quickly drew across her right shoulder cutting deep in and glancing off her chest. Being clawed was like what they showed in the movies. You didn't scream first. That came after the shock. After you look at you shoulder and chest and see dangling shreds of meat and gushing blood. After your stomach drops and you feel the world spin. Then comes the scream. And it's like everything is underwater, because all you see blood and all you feel are pain.

A high pitched shriek, fast like a bullet, and echoing, bouncing off walls.

Only when your own scream catches up to you do you see the world as it once was. Since when was she against a wall? And when had she sat down? Panic and pain were like blinders. Gotta' get out. That's the first thought you have afterwards. Gotta' get away. That's the second. Scrambling up on her feet, Iria stumbled towards where she thought a door might be. It hurt to move, but adrenaline pushed to try to leave the place she might be hurt again in. Her skin was glowing brighter and brighter, like the flashing lights of a rave, and it only frightened her move. It was like having a target on your back and you don't know where the hunters were. Iria stumbled about trying to find the door with all her might, her body lighting up like a million of tiny flashing stars in rainbow colors. Stop it, stop it! Turn off, turn off!

Nicholas frozed as he heard the screams. It reminded him very much of that horrible metallic roar he'd heard during the car accident with his father many years ago. He was suddenly immobilized. Stuck somewhere in the sea of white Mist. And then, the scene began to form: the car, a heap of crumpled metal amidst the wheat field. White smoke curling up towards the sky. And then a tall figure looming over the smashed thing. You have to move, Nicholas. A voice told him inside his head. The Mist is playing its tricks on you. This is not real. The voice told him urgently. Move! As soon as the voice faded, a tomahawk came hurling down on him at high speed and he only had a second to duck to save his head from being split into two.

"Get a grip Nicholas!" He told himself. He saw that the other bear's on rampage, throwing things at random, anything it can get his hands on, which a lot since he has an entire chest of weapons beside him. Wherever it got that chest, Nicholas must get it away from him first. This guy can throw. Nicholas thought, as he crept up behind the bear. He can feel the air pressure in each throw even from this distance, may be could throw several times his weight if he's up to it. "Hey big guy!" Nicholas shouted so everyone in the ware house could hear him, he added a little magic so it sounded like he's in several places at the same time. "Try throwing that at me. Yes, hit me with your best shot if you're so tough!" He can see that his plan's working. The bear's started to throw in several places where he wanted it to. The maces and hammers struck one after another, taking down one lookout from the ware house entrance, two guards to the east wing, and a few other more who happens to be at right places.

The chest is nearly half empty, and the guards are all taken down. Theres only the two bears left, and taking out the chest. Nicholas signaled at Michael, and inched towards the throwing bear. He looks so tired now, cursing and panting in frustration, "I'll have you filthy demigod! And if I do, I'll rip your flesh to pieces and eat you!" Nicholas picked up the golden paper clip inside his jean's pocket, he tossed it in the air, it extended several feet (7ft to be exact) and formed a handsome golden staff. He calls it Merlin, he got it from his mother a few days after he wakes up to Camp Half-Blood. It was a gift, and now it was his most lethal weapon. He swung Merlin sideways towards the chest, it struck the box where he wanted it to be, the chest skidded a few feet away from te bear. It roared angrily and began to claw aimlessly around himself. Nicholas barely dodge a few swipes. But he was on his feet again. The scream! He needs to find Iria.

Sure it was easy finding her, she was glowing and shining so bright that the other bear's crouching in her general direction, ready to pounce. And then, Nicholas saw the blood. He cursed under his breath. He was running towards Iria when the second bear (the one throwing things) side tackled him. It knocked the wind out of him, and it also felt like a rib was broken or two. Merlin skidded off in a corner and disappeared. This is what happens when a quest of three is broken. Nicholas thought in frustration as they both crashed in a heap of flesh, the huge bear on top of him. Pinning him down with all its weigh.

Iria couldn't see and that scared her, making her shine brighter and brighter, every color under the rainbow flashing and dancing faster and faster, brighter and brighter. So much blood... I can't see! So much pain... I can't see! Her panic rekindled a subconscious desire to fight back. Fumbling she gripped her fan and pushed out the blade. She turned, just as a flying mass came at her.

Scccrrreeeenk

The weight and release from cutting a throat. The gurgling as the creature died slowly from not being able to breathe. Panting mixed with her sobs, but she spun again, sending her fan spinning through the air.

Shunk

Such a sickening sound. Stumbling forwards, she was standing over a Demi boy and the dead creature, that had fallen to the side. Her blue fan lodge in the side of its head as its dead eyes stared straight ahead. She limped around the Demi to the dead creature, looking away and back again, horrified and still sobbing in pain and terror. She tried to pull her fan out. It was harder than it looked on movies. And with a shredded side, she felt herself surrcoming to the pain and blood loss. With a horrified sob and cry she managed to pull her fan out of the creatures head before falling to her knees, sobbing and holding her arm. The dancing lights around her, under skin were starting to flicker out, slowing in their frantic pace and fading away as her adrenaline and panic faded.

All that was left was pain and horror. Horror at what she had done. At what she managed to do. They always talked of glorious battles and wonderous wars, but if killing monsters, even bears like this, if this is what it felt like? She'd rather be a Demi hidden away in camp than feel like this. Iria's sobs lessened, the world around her becoming spotted with black. Then she felt the cool ground under her tear stained, blood speckled face. The world was pain. Everything was pain. Even the horror and self disgust had become pain. Everything was pain. She closed her eyes, wishing it would stop. And that was when she passed out.

Sebastian wandered the Strawberry Fields of Camp Half Blood, lost to the clear night and his own thoughts. He was dressed for bed, but those who knew him also knew that he rarely adhered to curfew, with his ability to disappear into shadow to escape consequences. A grimace turned his mouth downwards, and the shadows around him were much darker than anywhere else in camp. They whispered to him, which wasn't anything new, but the insidious mass of darkness did not often hold a purpose as it did now; There is commotion in the forest. Outsiders. Beasts. He did not know why they chose to warn him, but he followed the tip earnestly - they had never been wrong before.

The forest was dark, and he could not see, at least with his eyes. Sensing shadow was like extra sensory perception for him. He could feel the shadow as keenly and intimately as he could his own hands, after working with it for so long and knew what it draped over, or crawled under, or otherwise intercepted. He made his way through the darkness without error of direction or tragic misstep. But by the time he reached the spot of confrontation, all that was left was blood and linear marks on the ground from dragging footsteps. He made off for the direction they led, and was not disappointed with the effectiveness of half bloods. He was neither the first nor second person there, and a bit of pride in his fellow campers and their dedication made itself known in the back of his head. He pushed the errant though aside, and made his way toward an unseemly warehouse.

Seb paused, at first seeing nothing disastrous inside, but as he looked closer, and reached out with shadow, he felt the danger. Two hulking creatures, half man and half bear, lumbered through a small group of half-bloods. The Mist was strong around the encounter, but he did not rely on sight once he got inside. A shrill wailing sounded, and he cursed under his breath at it's human sound. Seb reached into the shadow which, despite the slight light that emanated from the mist, was still prevalent, especially in the reality which a mortal would see. It answered without hesitation or question, rising with malicious efficiency into dark twisting tendrils that whipped angrily back and forth at the tip.

From the shadow, he could feel the location of the monsters and their prey. One figure, a camper, was half pinned to the ground by a bear that appear to be dead, and would no doubt soon disintegrate into a cloud of dust. Another crouched nearby, and without thought Sebastian struck out, the devilish tendrils finding their target quickly and digging into its unnatural flesh of mixed ursine and sapien. It roared in agony as they clawed through muscle and sinew, ripping asunder its tortured flesh, and thrashed madly as it swung its massive claw-like hands, trying to target its attacker but not knowing the source. The monstrosity only managed to inflict minor wounds on itself as it ripped at a substance that was only half there. At times, a lucky shot would tear at the tendril, leaving it in tatters, but they would always reconnect. There was a mind behind the shadow, instructing it with deadly precision. But after another moment, another cry of outrage at its unending pain, the bear berserked. Not wanting either of the two grounded figures to feel the brunt of it, Sebastian withdrew the tendrils, and instead called the shadow together into a humanoid form that caught the bear's attention, with the aid of the mind-altering mist. The bear, bleeding and slowly dying, tacked the form.

Sebastian edged around the outskirts of the warehouse, trying to sneak up on his enemy and also find the two campers. He found one, along the wall, and almost retched at the amount of blood around her and running in rivulets down her body. Her skin was alive with swirling color that made him nauseous, and he looked away from the dizzying sight. He reached for her. He couldn't heal, and the darkness would certainly feel cold and unwanted, but he could help. He pulled from the mass tangling with the bear, and focusing heavily, pulled a small bit of shadow toward him (he could only control so much). He left the shadow with the bear animate, but detached his immediate will. It was only 'alive' with his influence, but it acted on its own. It was dangerous, but he needed to focus on the task at hand. Shadow covering his hand, he placed it on her neck just above where her flesh was torn to pieces. The shadow delved into her skin, but did not harm it. Sebastian had little idea about what he was doing, but with the shadow he stitched the worse of the torn flesh together. The wound was in no way healed, but the bridging darkness kept her from losing anymore blood. He looked around frantically, but couldn't see much of anything through the Mist. He knew there were more than just these two campers inside, but after taking back conscious control of the shadow's fight with the bear, he couldn't do much.

Just when she was about to collapse from exhaustion Alicia felt an arm around her, holding her up. It was Iria, daughter of Iris. Iria handed Alicia her weapon and she quickly threw the strap of her quiver over her shoulder, readying her bow with an arrow just in case the bears noticed them. She realised the one distracting the bears was Leo, son of Hephaestus.

“If we’re quiet enough we can get out unnoticed, better hurry while we can” Iria whispered to her as they started to move towards the exit. Suddenly, a golden arrow whizzed past, followed by Michael, son of Apollo. He touched her head and Alicia closed her eyes, feeling the coolness of his touch spread throughout her body. She reached up to touch the wound that had once been there but was now gone, realising he had healed her. She was still exhausted, but felt far better than she had and was now able to be useful to the fight.

“We’re going to need everyone on their feet for this one, ladies” Michael whispered as Iria readied herself with her bladed fan.

.”Let’s go get ‘em” Iria replied with a smile. Alicia was amazed to see Iria’s body glow. She’d seen it before but it still surprised her every time. Iria charged forward while Michael hung back, moving to higher ground. Alicia had started to run, planning to circle the bears shooting arrows as she ran when the warehouse started to fill with mist. “Damn you, Nicholas” she muttered when she realised another demi god had hit the scene. The mist was all fine and good, the bears couldn’t see them, but the problem was they couldn’t see the bears either! It made using a bow and arrow completely useless. She stopped dead still in her tracks, listening careful for anyone approaching her.

Alicia could here Michael still shooting arrows and it confused her, how the hell could he see where he was shooting? She hoped he wasn’t blindly aiming, in the hope of hitting a target because he might find he hits one of the demi gods! Alicia heard a thump and then scream and ran to the source, arms stretched out in front of her grasping nothing in the damn mist. She could hear Iria breathing heavily and thanked the God’s for her hunter’s hearing. Suddenly there were lights in the fog- Iria!

“Hey big guy!” came Nicholas’s voice through the mist. “Try throwing that a me. Yes, hit me with your best shot if you’re so tough!” She could hear clattering and the occasional groan as she assumed the bear started throwing everything it could get it’s hands on. She hoped no one was hurt. Alicia realised she needed to ignore the commotion, she couldn’t help anyway being practically blind, and made her way over to Iria.

Suddenly the light moved, as if Iria were walking and Alicia heard noises but couldn’t make out what they were. She heard Iria’s sob and the thud as she fell to the ground. Still ignoring the sounds of the fight she finally reached Iria, her lights had gone out and there was another figure with her. “Who is that?” she questioned, bow at the ready to shoot where she thought the second person or thing was. This whole fight had been a disaster!

Adrian had been working the Forge like he does every night, He liked to make sure everyones gear was ready for tomorrows training, He enjoyed the roar of the fire on a hot forge almost as he enjoys a woman's company, As the night drew on Adrian hammered away bending shaping and heating metal to his will. Though he could not make fire or control it, he could for some reason make it hotter than most men and half bloods, this often lead to the metal work being higher quality less brittle and more reliable.

As you would expect over the crackling of the forge and his hammering Adrian couldn't hear much, But he happened to look up to see That Boy who often broke curfew to wander at night, well not exactly he just saw a spot that seemed to be darker than everything else in the forest...a void. Without warning this void of darkness scarpered into the forest in the direction of the Forest beyond the camp. He picked up his blacksmith hammer, that required two hands to hold and swing with and ran after the void.

Though he wasn't much in the way of a fighter Adrian knew how to use his hammer so once He reached the warehouse he charged into a large room full of mist and darkness..this made him uncomfortable, he hated not seeing things and the sobs and cries of pain that echoed through the building sent a chill up his spine, tightening his grip on his hammer Adrian ventured in and ended up tripping up on something, due to the mist and darkness he couldn't see what, "Oh bloody hell what was that?" he yelled

The weight was lifted off him moments later as the beast disintegrates completely into gold dust. Nicholas coughed and groaned, he was just glad he can finally breathe again. Standing over him was Iria, she is a bloody mess. She flops down next to him. Nicholas tried to stand but his broken ribs wont let him move from the floor. Deciding it was safe to remove the Mist, Nicholas waved his hand in a sweeping motion, and the Mist inside the ware house started to disappear. "Did we get her?" He asked Iria. He was sure he'd seen a shadow crept pass the bear before it fell, and he can hear a few more voices now from a far. Nicholas sighed. He knew he has to explain all this to Chiron once they all get back to Camp. Luckily, they have an Apollo kid around. At least he wouldnt have to explain all about the broken bones and gnashes and blood. "You need to be treated asap." He said to Iria a little worried, she was in a bad form, she's lost too much blood already.

Before she heard a reply, the mist faded. She hadn’t even realised Nicholas was on the ground next to Iria. The figure she’d questioned was Sebastian and it seemed he was using some sort of shadow power to stem Iria’s bleeding. As she looked around the room, even Adrian had arrived!

“You need to be treated asap” said Nicholas to Iria. There was dust all over him and Alicia shook her head, realising the bear had been on top of him when it was slain. She went over to Nicholas and lifted his shirt before he could resist and examined the bruising.

“Broken ribs” she stated plainly, knowing Iria was in good hands so she could watch over Nicholas. “Hey, Michael!” she yelled over to the son of Apollo. “Want to come and give us a hand? They can’t walk back in this state.” She shook her head again, what a mess! “Not meaning to be rude Nicholas, but the mist caused a little too much chaos for my liking” she mentioned before adding “I appreciate the effort though”.

Nicholas saw Alicia approached them, he was glad she's fine. He smiled feeling a little foolish about himself, "I was in for a little fun is all. It's good to see you in one piece though." He said, gritting his teeth at the last word. After all, she's the main objective for this quest. A few broken bones is nothing if they lose her here. "So who came to crash the party?" He asked, hearing Adrian's voice. He hopes everyone's fine.

Seeing that the coast was relatively clear, Michael hopped down from his vantage point and rushed over to Iria, Nicholas, Sebastian, and Alicia. "You guys don't look well. Need any assistance?" He looks at Sebastian's handywork with the shadow stuff and shudders. "I hope that stuff doesn't scar, might make the rainbows a bit off." After quickly assessing, Michael shoulders his bow (disappears), and kneels down next to Iria. To Sebastian, "While I work, I need you to slowly remove that stuff," motioning to the shadows, "and not too much before. She's lost enough blood. I can't replace that stuff, just the tissue damage."

Michael then leans over to Iria's head. In a soft, warm voice, "Iria, I know you can hear me. I am a friend, so please don't go all nuclear on me, babe." That being said, his long, dextrous fingers begin to slowly and gently pull at the ribbons of flesh that the bear's claws created, tugging them into position as the shadows begin to recede from the tract of the wounds. As the shadows pull away, Michael half-closes his eyes, concentrating on the flow of energies created by all living things. In his head, he sees varying degrees of golden light infusing everything around the wounds. These degrees of light show him what's damaged and what's not.

Iria's claw wound begins to mend as a soft golden glow pulses from his hands as they work their way around the damaged areas. Slowly but surely, bit by bit, her flesh knits back together, leaving behind baby soft new skin. Throughout the process, beads of sweat form on his brow while he concentrates. After the process is finished, Michael smiles to himself and opens his eyes. With a nod, he wipes his forehead from the sweat and says, "There, done." He looks up at Sebastian and Alicia, "Get her back to camp and put her in the hospital. The third bunk from the end on the left should be open."

Not waiting for the two to answer, Michael then shifts on his knees around to where Nicholas is. He vaguely recalls that Alicia said something about broken ribs. He nods to himself as he looks over the crushed area of Nicholas' trunk. "LEO! Get over here," he doesn't look up as his deft fingers remove Nicholas' shirt up to the neck and he begins again to half-close his eyes and concentrate. A slightly brighter golden glow permeates his hands as Michael begins to work on the broken ribs. As the bones begin to knit and reform back together, there is an itching, crawling sensation inside Nicholas' chest. Kinda like pins and needles mixed with ants crawling around. More beads of sweat form on Michael's brow, which is furrowed in further concentration. During the next minute or two, the ribs regrow back together.

Once his work is complete, sweat running down his face in sheets, Michael finally opens his eyes. He brushes his hands off on his knees and then pulls Nicholas' shirt back down. He closes his eyes and shakes his head from the exhaustion that's creeping up on him. He then opens his eyes, "We gotta get going." He shakily gets up and offers his hand to Nicholas. Once they're both on their feet, Michael will look at Nicholas and Leo, "Let's move."
