Wellll......THIS is certainly going to be interesting :)

Other healing options based on Norse Mythology

Huldru-folk - The "hidden folk" are halfway in nature between trolls and landvaettir. They are peoples of the mound and forest, not slain by sunlight, but who often try to capture mortals by tricks and magic. They can be both helpful and harmful to humans. They are keepers of magical wisdom, generally related to the lore of plants and healing, though they also cause sickness at times.

Other mythologies
Unicorns
Phoenix
Dryads, but that's been taken

Just some options :) You wouldn't have to change TOO much, but there's options :P
So, five accepted characters. Do we have any others in the works? How many do you intend on having before we start the IC?
Edited. I changed the numbers earlier, which is why I thought I had it fixed. I changed the wording now.
BTW, has mine been fully accepted as well? Reason I ask is because it's not on the first post yet. Anything I need to add/change?

I'd say that Non-Shifted = 5% of your Shifted power. You're still notably stronger than a normal human, but you get much, much more powerful when you Shift.

Excellent, then I've dumbed down my non-shifted power enough :) Anything else you'd like to toss my way for me to flesh out a bit more?
I was under the assumption that there was some magical abilities while in human form. This is why he can lift about 400 pounds. Not too much, but more than most humans. If I'm mistaken, I'll toss that out, just what I understood.
As for the personality change, I meant to change that. I'll get right on it. :)
Sure, no problem. I've edited my CS under 'personality' to include who he may not like as well as how he acts around those he doesn't like. Feel free to toss more ideas so that I can flesh him out a bit more.

Also, I do like the Remedial Classes scenario, which would extend his time in the course.
If the average human IQ is 100-110, which is typical real time.....He'd have an 85-90, give or take. I would consider him a gentle giant. It can be changed, if that's needed. How's him being there for 4 years now?

There's only really two thing, and that is his levitation magic-thingie. Magic in your human forms aren't very powerful, if you have any at all. He would be strong as a human, yes, but he'll be stronger in his Giant form. So this levitation-like magic would only really be powerful in his Titan form, allowing him to lift several tons. Also, for a Giant Titan, I feel like 25 feet is a little small. Perhaps 30 feet? That would put his height at a few metres above a typical (shifter) dragon's shoulder. The second thing is really just a small mistake, and that's the fact that The Academy is a 3-year course, not 5 years. You start on the third year :)

I'll change the height. Thought that 25 feet would be a bit tall, but I was wrong ;) As for the magic thing, I'll dumb it down to about 400 pounds in human form. And I know that the Academy is a 3 year course. I was taking into consideration that my character is mentally challenged, so he'd take longer to finish the course than others. So, he'd be in his 3rd year of classes, which would be his 5th year there. Hope that'd be okay.
And on a side note for future reference.....A 'smaller faster' dragon could be the Eastern dragons, which resemble long thin lizards with 6 legs and no wings, but they fly through the air by magic. Oriental dragons.
