Silver would smile feeling her sister clinging to her, then she felt the cool ocean water lapping over the tops of her feet and over her ankles. "It's not that cold once you get used to the water." Silver said gently rubbing her sister's back, turning to look over at Zale and laughed softly.

"Well we are identical twins, we were born that way but we have different personalities." Silver pointed out, as Callan spoke she heard her sister scream causing her to jump as well. When she looked down it was just a harmless crab, Silver gently reached down and picked it up to look at the small little creature moving around in her hand.

"Like Zale said these little guys are completely harmless, the worse thing is just a small little pinch." She then lets the small crab go and watched it crawling its way back into the surf and burry itself into the sand.

"Pinching is not harmless," Cal said as she watched the crab bury itself into the sand. She looked over the Zale and caught his green eyes as he stared past Callan at her sister. "I'm going to go back to the house, I'm not feeling the ocean right now."

Callan released her sister's hand and headed back up the sand towards Victor's Village. Her footsteps trailed in the sand up to Silver's house.

Sitting there in the sand, Zale looked over to Silver and smirked, "Nice to have you back, Silver. I was worried you weren't going to come back... The way they were hunting you down like that." He said looking out to the waves, "if you want, you're all invited to my house for dinner. Introduce your sister to proper district four food."

Silver felt Callan releasing her hand and frowned slightly as she watched her sister getting up to leave the beach. "I'll see you back at my house in a few minutes sis." Letting out a sigh she brought her knees up to her chest and looked out at the ocean as Zale sat down next to her.

"It's good to be home" Silver said and blushed slightly causing her to smile at him. "I had help.. if it wasn't for Jasper neither of us would be here right now." Lightly she would look down and ran her hand over the scar on her stomach remembering the injury from the arena to get the medicine for Callan.

"Thank you for the offer by the way, i'm sure my sister would really like the food here as well. How have you been since I came back?" Silver asked.

"A bit happier," Zale said with a smile. "It's nice to have another Victor in Four. But I really missed you." He said picking up a small rock and tossing it into the water. "And you? Having nightmares?" He asked curiously, "I know they haunted me for some time. They get easier, don't worry."

Zale stood up and brushed himself off, "I'll walk you back up to your house, I know you like to spend a lot of time with your sister. It's all over Capital News. They sure seem to like to play you two up." He said putting a hand on Silver's shoulder, "Not that it's a bad thing... Not now, well at least it wasn't. We all saw what they did in Ten. Outraged."

[Nallore]

"I missed you to Zale" Silver said with a soft smile and blushed slightly, she then shrugged slightly looking over at him as he picked up a rock and heard it landing into the water. "I've been alright aside from the nightmares, it seems like they just keep on coming constantly.." Silver said softly. "I to not use the meds that the Capital has been giving me to help with the sleep, I just don't know whats in that stuff." She stood up as well and brushed the sand off of her legs.

"I just really am grateful that you have been there for me since I've gotten home. Cal and I still have a lot of catching up since we never knew the other existed for the past few years." Silver leaned herself up against Zale and looked up at him as he brought up what had happened back at Ten. "Seeing what the peacekeepers did to Callan's brother while we were just simply out horseback riding, they killed him for no reason right in front of us, and after we gave away our winnings to Jasper's family to. Everything has just been really crazy the past few months."

"I know. I know." Zale said softly stroking Silver's hair. "I don't blame you; I never took mine." He explained and took Silver's hand lightly in his and began to walk to her back to her house, he paused just at the foot of the stairs. "Hey," he said turning Silver so he could look down into her eyes, his own green ones glistening with what could have been tears.

"I here if you need anything, even in the middle of the night." He explained, before leaning down and pressing his lips to hers.

From the nearby window Callan's mouth dropped open, she reached for the latch and opened the window and whistled loudly, "Woo get it Silver!"

Silver smiled softly letting Zale run his hand through her soft long blonde hair, she held onto his hand as well gently giving it a squeeze as the two walked back to her house. When they stopped just at the bottom of the stairs to her house Silver turned to face Zale, her deep blue eyes looking into Zale's own glistening green eyes. "I'll be sure t-" Getting cut off just as Zale pressed his lips up against hers.

Silver gently then wrapped her arms around Zale's waist as she started to return the kiss, that's when she heard the window opening and heard Callan whistling to her and Zale. Causing Silver's cheeks to turn a deep red getting completely embarrassed, Silver then leaned forward once more and gave him another kiss. "The same offer goes to you as well Zale, i'll see you tonight.." Silver said with a playful wink and gave his hand one last squeeze before walking back up towards the deck.

Cadence pulled Callan away from the window and shut it before looking grumpily at his mentee. "Callan, no body did that with you and Carver. It's not appropriate to do it with your sister."

"You guys knew about.." Callan trailed off.

A victorious look wafted over Cadence's expression, "Damn right we do. All of us knew." He said gesturing around to everyone in the house. "When Silver gets in here I'm not going to stop her from terrorising you. I don't think your mother will either."

Cal merely waved the idea off, "She wouldn't. She knows I can take her."

[Nallore]

Astrea couldn't help but smile seeing Callan messing with her sister and simply just leaned back in the recliner that was in the living room. "Just let her mess around with Silver a bit, it is her first crush I think." She said looking over at Cadence and waved him over just to give the girl some space.

Letting out a soft sigh as she watched Zale turning around and headed back over to his house, once he had gone inside Silver came in a few minutes later looking right at Callan. "If I recall you and Carver kissed each other." Silver said teasingly as she closed the door behind her, looking over towards Cadence, Astrea and the others in the room.

"So... We weren't out in public either." Callan said nudging her sister before grabbing her arm and pulling Silver into her bedroom. "Tell me how it was. Was he nice? I kept seeing the way he liked at you, that's mainly why I left... Well, that and those stupid crabs. I hate those things." Callan said as she sat down on the bed and stared at the ceiling.

"Do you like Zale? I mean he seems nice enough. I don't know him well enough but if he's going to be kissing on you I'm going be getting to know him, just in case I have to kill him."

[Nallore]

"Still I saw the two of you kissing each other." Silver said and laughed when Callan nudged her, looking over at the rest of the people who were in the living room and waved goodbye as Callan dragged her back up stairs to her bedroom. Once they were back in her room Silver pulled out a chair and sat down letting out a soft sigh and ran a hand through her hair.

"It was.. nice, I've known him since before his games two years before ours were even had a few classes together back when I was in school." Silver said blushing slightly and nodded slowly. "I do like him, we are going to go to his place tonight for dinner." Silver fell silent for a moment and then got up from her seat and moved closer towards Callan. "We did our dues we aren't going back into that arena again." Silver said looking over to her sister. "We aren't going to kill anyone not anymore."

"If he hurts you I'll kill him..." Callan muttered before she sat up abruptly. "Since when did I get asked if I wanted to go to his house for dinner? You go." Callan said rubbing her forehead, "Silver don't be dragging me along to things I don't want to go to." She said bitterly.

The girl ran her hand through her hair, before getting up and moving to the window looking out towards the rest of the Victor's houses. "How many of them are occupied? How many living victors does Four have? Surely less than One and Two but more than the rest of the districts right?"

[Nallore]

"Hes not going to hurt me." Silver said as she quickly sat up watching Callan rubbing her forehead, letting out a sigh. "Please Cal I really want you to go, it's not like we are going to have sex in front of you or anything.." She got up and headed over towards the window and stood next to Callan leaning forward over the window.

"Besides Zale.. theres around six of us, but they all have gotten pretty old now since their games. Zale and I are the youngest here. Theres at least ten more houses that aren't occupied by anyone. Why?" Silver asked looking over at Callan staring into her sister's eyes.

"You aren't going to have..." Callan started repeating what her sister had said but turned quickly to look at her, "You aren't considering having sex with him already, are you?" She asked a bit haughtily instantly becoming overprotective.

"Just trying to figure out how many victors there are all together." She mumbled. "I don't trust the capital. If they burned Ten to the ground they aren't going to stop there. Why burn the district that feeds the capital?" She asked curiously. "They don't like the victors... At least you and I."

[Nallore]

"No! Well not yet.. just wait and see what happens next didn't you and Carver do it while we were in Seven?" Silver asked, as she turned around and pulled herself onto the ledge and sat there and opened up the window to let the fresh air through feeling the warm ocean hair going through her hair.

"I don't know why the Capital would even do that to its own people, we provide everything to them while they let the rest of us suffer. I think Snow and the rest of the Capital hate us because of what we did during the games and having them choose the both of us instead of just one victor which has never happened before.."

"I uh...well yeah. I mean we did... But no one was supposed to know about that." Callan said her face flushing severely as she looked away from her sister. "I just want you to know what you're getting into that's all. You know... Sister to sister." She said softly even though she wasn't quite sure if Silver could hear her.

"I mean I understand that. And I was just as much of an underdog as any of the lower districts or the twelve year olds. I shouldn't have made it out alive. Jasper shouldn't have made it as far as he did, regardless." She said turning to finally face her sister. "I don't want you to get caught up with Zale if something like what happened in ten happens here."

[Nallore]

"You did, and you didn't tell me?" Silver said noticing Callan's face started to flush and smiled softly for a moment, and got off of the ledge she was sitting. "I'll be careful, besides I have you to look after me and you are the older twin after all." Silver sad softly hearing what Callan was saying and pulled her into a hug.

"I wasn't even sure if I was going to make it out either, I know Four is thinking of rebelling but nothing big has happened yet after what happened back at Ten." Silver said looking into Callan's eyes. "You don't trust him or something Cal?" Silver asked.

"I guess I was just too embarrassed to tell you." Callan stated, "I mean, I had only been talking to him since we got out of the arena and then slept with him when we got to seven." The blonde looked out at the sandy dunes leading to the ocean. "I just didn't want you thinking I was... Easy or something. I guess having been there after it was all said and done and feeling awkward I don't want that happening to you."

Callan rubbed the back of her arm, "No, it's not that I don't trust Zale. I don't want you hurting even more if something happened to him. Especially if you did have sex with him. It's a horrible feeling to think what happens if they get to him and you can't help. I worry about Carver daily. I mean just experiencing that with him with someone I have real feelings for... Something I never had before." She stopped, "I, I just want you to be safe. I'm not going to judge you either way, just make sure I don't end up with a niece or nephew please."

[Nallore]

"Cal you know you can tell me just about anything, you don't have to be embarrassed to tell me anything, and I wont judge you because you are my sister." Silver said and smiled softly gently wrapping her arm over her sister's shoulder as she looked out into the sand dunes over by the beach. "And don't worry I wont go to fast with Zale, I'm not ready to be a mother yet and not sure that i'll ever be I don't want to go through what mom went through with us. So I wont have any little Zale's or little Silver's running around anytime soon."

Silver said with a laugh and turned to face Callan once more. Just come with me to dinner at Zale's it would be awkward anyway without my sister around without me."

"I know, I'm just kind of new to the whole thing. I can't talk to Carver everyday and I'm afraid when I don't hear from him." Callan said wrapping her arm around Silver's waist. "I would have waited if I had known then what I knew now... To be fair."

She paused and scratched her nose with her free hand, "Fine I'll go tonight but I'm eating first. Seafood looks gross and after that crab today I'm not looking forward to even trying anything."

There was a silence between them, "Did Zale have fresh breath at least?"
