[IC] Secret Mission (Magarafoxfire and Drakon)

[Drakon rilt]

The blade was pointed at Kylar's throat he swallowed, but not moving otherwise. "Megumi your fine your not captured or anything your safe" he said slowly. He hadn't moved from where he was staying by her side, he let out a slow breath still the blade by his throat the tip touching his skin.

Megumi blinked and moved the blade back, holding her head. "I'm sorry kylar...what happened? How did you find me?"

Kylar smiled that old trouble maker smile, he hadn't smiled like this for years. "Water clones had some ninja approach me trying to surround me it didn't work. Had water clones search for you only one had reported back the others destroyed, I grabbed you then came here." He tucked a strand of her hair behind her ear, then sat back.

She nodded, breathing hard. "I thought I had lost those guys this morning..." She wiped her forehead and laid back down. "I'll have to be more careful...next time..."

Kylar nodded, luckily he got his gear and hers before he left. He was relaxed even though he could attack anything at a moments notice, "it's not easy to lose ninja after you no matter how hard you try" he learned that from experice he had go through it every week or so .

Megumi nodded, still feeling light headed from the drug. "Where are we? Still in the village?"

Kylar shook his head, "were at an old friends place managed to grab our gear before we left you also need some rest go ahead and sleep I can keep watch."

Megumi nodded and laid back down fully, holding her head. "Thanks...for getting me out of there...those were the guys who are after me..." She rubbed her eyes, sighing.

Kylar put his hand over hers, "nothing's going to happen to you while I'm around that's a promise I'll keep," he leaned against the couch his hand still over hers. He could get sleep once she was able to get on her feet again.

Megumi smiled at him then closed her eyes to recover her energy. Soon she was fast asleep, her breathing normal. Her shadow moved and pulled the blanket over her

Kylar sat back in the chair, he put his hands behind his head he wasn't really that tired. He did some hand signs a water dog forms he starts petting it glad for the old company, the dog looked around being Kylar's eyes.

The next morning early in the dawn Megumi woke up, rubbing her eyes as she moved her head around. By then the drug after affects had worn off and she was back to normal. She sat up slowly, looking around for kylar

Kylar stretched out, his muscles were stiff. That's what he got for sleeping in a chair, he didn't normally do it, but this time he did. He just got out of the shower, he had a white t-shirt, some pants, and his boots on. He was drying his hair when he saw Megumi awake, "glad to see your up."

She got up slowly and said "Its good to be awake...did you get any sleep last night? I hope you weren't up just for me..."

[Drakon rilt]

"I got some sleep dosed off for a few hours," he put the towel around his neck. Water still dripping from his hair. He grabbed his gear, they could rest for a few more hours before they left. He slowly tied the band onto his arm again careful of the bandages there.

She nodded and got up fully, looking around. "We need to get moving. I'm sorry we got delayed because of me..." She looked at him and smiled slightly. "We have a longway to go"

He put his gear on, careful of the bandages on his arm. He got the rest of his gear on "it's not your fault anyway got a wound on my arm so either way we would have to stopped."

MEgumi went over to him, looking at his wound. "What happened?" She checked the bandages, studying the wound.

[Drakon rilt]

Kylar winced when she put to much pressure on it "dagger was pointed at my throat put my arm up the dagger went into my arm."

She unwrapped it carefully and studied it, then looked at him. "Don't freak out" she made a small hand sign and flicked her fingers up. A piece of shadow came up and wrapped around the wound, the shadow being as light as a feather. She looked at him again and asked "is that better?"
