I like the idea of using Jashin but your technique is very powerful for a genin, you should list it as a future jutsu

I don't get why people use the "hasn't learned yet" or "will learn later" crap. If they learn it later, add it later. If they don't know it, it doesn't really belong on a current CS. But then that's just my opinion. Who am I to tell people how to make characters.

For once we agree fully on something Beta! My genin will actually be seen practicing a new jutsu that hasn't been perfected yet in one of my first posts most likely. And will probably get it up and running just before or during the Chuunin exams.

The whole purpose is to keep track of techniques that haven't been learned yet. Also I do it so the GM knows what my character plans to learn and agrees with it.

So just remember shit and ask the GM if it's ok to learn down the road. How hard is that, really?

True, but still. As long as you don't try and be completely ridiculous with what you make there shouldn't be any problems. And if you're not sure then there is a magical thing called PM that you can ask the GM about personally. Or put it in here if you want for him to review before you officially add it or start working on it. I'm not too worried about the technique I'm working on though. It's just going to be a simple lightning technique meant for taijutsu users.

Also very true! As long as the GM doesn't have any problems with how people do it and as long as he's informed one way or another everyone should be okay with the way they add the new techniques!

Now as soon as I get home I shall complete my A-S rank (Haven't decided yet) Jounin, who will act as the Raikage's left hand. I wonder how people will react to him >:)

And also will have to post with my Genin but I'm waiting for Yosh to get teh Raikage up and accepted and then post with her...Then I shall post with Ayano! Now back to this boring math class while I continue checking for OOC and IC posts to keep me from this boredom :p

Here's how I do things, if only one person complains about it and he or she is not the GM then I don't see a problem.

I fail to see where I was impolite. Should I ever choose to be crude or improper... I will inform you beforehand, my good sir or madam.

P.S. - Spell Ciphra's name right, mayne. That sometimes annoys people. Though I can't speak for him on this one. Just letting you know.

Seraph said Curse Technique: Death Controlling Possessed Blood

Are you serious right now?

Seraph said Name: Shinigami no Seiku - Scripture of the Angel of Death
Rank: S
Range: n/a
Nature: n/a
Type: Sealing Technique
Effect: This is a set of seals intertwined across Jashin's body formed of the tortured souls sacrificed during his birth which gives him the title of Shinigami. The main seal starts with an equilateral circumscribed triangle on his upper back, with multiple lines and shapes surrounding it. This main seal is his connection with God and the result of the cult's sacrificial seal. The seals wrap around his body and are littered across his torso as well. There are three supporting seals connected to the main seal. These seals, when deciphered, can unlock hidden abilities of the role of the Shinigami.

First seal - Releases a surge of physical energy and chakra stored in the seal, empowering Jashin's body with physical strength and speed, allowing him to move much more rapidly and strike faster and harder. As he is still a Genin, his control over even the first release is nothing to be astounded at, so much that he cannot even fully release the first seal, and thus the physical boost he receives from partially undoing it only gives him a portion of the first seal's full potential.

Second Seal - The second seal, when released, gives birth to Jashin's favorite ability. His own blood turns highly corrosive like acid, eating through whatever it touches. He turns his own wounds into weapons, and it able to sling his blood at enemies. However, if he uses too much blood he begins to suffer physical fatigue. He will not die from blood loss, but too much loss can incapacitate him. Jashin cannot yet release the second seal of his own will.

Third Seal - This seal releases a ridiculous amount of pent up chakra into the body, further increasing his physical traits, however the main attraction of the third seal is its ability to heal the user's organic tissue with chakra by rapidly facilitating the process of recreating cells. Skilled users can focus on areas of their body when anticipating an attack and focus chakra to the location to immediately begin healing as soon as they are struck. Jashin has only slightly tampered with the third seal, but cannot activate it even partially of his own will. It was released once before in his life, not by his own will, after he passed out from trauma when recalling the origins of his seal. The third seal released and healed his body, making a full recovery before he awoke. The downside to this seal is that it is timed by how much chakra he has. When this seal is released, chakra is rapidly spent, and even more is spent for each wound healed.

Weakness: Jashin has a very poor knowledge of this powerful seal of immortality, and although it makes him immortal he can still be immobilized by various other means since killing someone is not the only way one can be defeated.

Oh god he's serious. So your GENIN has not only a technique that allows him to more or less kill his enemies after landing one attack (not to mention the GENIN is immortal WITH ENHANCED HEALING, SPEED, AND THE LIKE), but you also added an S ranked technique. Okay, so like, it's one thing for him to have ONE SEAL of it PARTIALLY active.

However you have access to part of one seal and then he can somehow access the second seal, but not of his own will. So how would it be activated then? No, don't answer that. It's ridiculous to begin with.

It's moments like these that I wish I was a co-GM so I could downright say DENIED, edit that jutsu out you can have it later and rethink your life.

Except I'd say it less harsh because that isn't nice, but hey, I'm not a GM right now so meh!

Why does he need to rethink his life? I fail to see the point of saying that. I'm not saying his cs is acceptable, but was that necessary?
