[OOC] Naruto: Shinjitsu no Mon (Page 41)

[well here is my second try at making a Konoha jonin, i kept his name, personality and most of his backstory, but his bloodline technique and custom jutsus are completely different.]

Personality: Beru is a very serious and stern shinobi who will not take rudeness or snobby attitudes from anyone with the exception of his superiors. He can be merciless to those he considers his enemies and has almost problems with killing. He also really dislikes the Uchiha clan, which is common among his clan, and the only Uchiha he respects is the Hokage because he is the leader of Konoha. Despite his flaws, Boru holds loyalty and honor among the highest qualities of a shinobi and considers those ideals as part of his ninja way.
Village: Konohagakure
History/Background: The Nagimari clan is one of Konoha’s most prestigious clan and they prided themselves as some of the greatest shinobi in all of Konoha. Their Kekkei Genkai Oil Release made them a very formidable ninja clan, especially their members who were skilled in the element of Fire Release. Their desire to be the most powerful clan in the village saw them at odds with the Uchiha clan and the two clans grew to dislike one another. The Nagimari dream of one day becoming a better clan than the Uchiha, and they pass this dream onto their children in hopes that they too will strive to become more powerful.

This brings us to Beru Nagimari, when he was young; he showed only mild skill in the ninja arts of his clan, which was expected since he was the son of two lower class members of the clan. This made him envious of his more skilled clansmen and he wished to overcome everyone expectations by becoming the most powerful ninja in his clan. His academy years were hard for since he wasn’t seen as being very talented and it would be a while until he could properly his clan’s Kekkei Genkai the Oil Release.. But despite his basic skills, he was determined to become a great shinobi and overcome all the doubts that people had about him. By the time he began his training as a genin, his skills improved and he had risen above the average for ninja of his age and rank. His sensei and teammates were impressed at his growing skills, but he still needed to master his bloodline technique in order to become great shinobi. His time came when he and his teammates were sent on a B ranked mission to Iwagakure. The mission was dangerous and his teammates were almost killed. But Beru finally was able to use his clan’s Kekkei Genkai with good proficiency, and managed to save his comrades from death and complete the mission. From then on, Beru was regarded as a talented shinobi and he quickly began to rise in skill and power. By the time the chuunin exams came, he was consider one of the most powerful genin in the exams and completed them. It wasn’t long until they made him a chuunin and he was considered one of the higher-class shinobi of his clan. Now he is a Jonin and has become one his clan’s most powerful members, unlocking many of his clan’s incredible abilities. He has now been assigned to his first team of genin to teach them and prepare them for the coming chuunin exams. This was the annoying part about being a jonin, but he would have to deal with the annoyance if he wanted to rise among the ranks even higher.

Oil Release: the bloodline technique allows the user to have oil pour out of their skin and manipulate in many different ways with varying temperatures. One of these abilities is to use the chakra in their bodies to mold their limbs and parts of their body into an oil-like substance, which is good for defense and can make a pretty effective offense. Its second usage is the ability to shape the oil into things for a powerful offensive attacks. The bloodline technique can also be ignited and become like liquid fire for very powerful attacks. finally the Oil Release can also be used for clone techniques.

Effect: the user creates a large dragon made of oil which the user can very its temperature to make it a very effective attack.
Weakness: the technique requires a good amount of chakra to perform and the hotter the user makes it, the more chakra it requires.

Type: supplementary
Effect: the user surrounds themselves in an in mass of Oil which makes their body more liquid like. This technique is used as a form of defense to counter taijutsu techniques, and ranged attacks.
Weakness: it can take its toll on the user’s chakra and it is not very effective advanced elemental attacks and it is very weak against advanced water release ninjutsu.

Effect: this technique creates a wall of Oil, which is used to make a great defense against unarmed, armed, wind, and earth attacks.
Weakness: it takes up a good amount of chakra to perform and is fairly weak against water techniques.

Effect: this technique allows the user to create a huge wave of oil that is on fire, which makes it very a dangerous and powerful technique.
Weakness: it takes up a huge amount of chakra and requires the user to remain in place to maintain the technique. An extremely powerful water technique can counter it

Oil Release: Shadow Clone
Rank: B

Nature: oil
Type: clone technique
Effect: the user creates clones made out of oil which work in the same manner as a shadow clone technique but can explode in hot oil when they revert back to their original state
Weakness: it takes up a good amount of chakra and if the clones take too much damage then they were change back to their original form.

Effect: the user creates a humanoid creature made of oil that attacks his opponent with great strength.

Effect: this technique allows the user to surround one of his arms in oil which hardens into a powerful hulking mass for very powerful physical strikes. It can also allow the user to shoot sharp tendrils made of oil from their hand which can impale an opponent
Weakness: it takes a good amount of chakra to maintain the technique and the tendrils are not very fast. Water techniques can counter the effects of the jutsu.

Effect: this technique creates a huge dragon made of blazing oil and is incredibly hot and deadly if caught in the attack.
Weakness: it takes a huge amount of chakra to use and it will cause the user a great amount of fatigue. A very powerful A ranked water release jutsu can also counter the technique.

As I understand Lost In My Mind is unable to post until tonight at the earliest though as I understand he's still participating in the thread.

Again, I need all Kage to begin entering the meeting so we can push the story along. Genin and their squads should be heading towards/already in Uzushio. You can rest, train, think of strategies or do whatever you'd like to prepare for the upcoming Chuunin exams, I will try and bring them upon us as quickly as the story will allow.
