The wilting Kirlia in front of him caused Devon's jaws to dip in a small frown, but they soon curved back into a smile as he walked over to Lilisette and wrapped her in a tight hug. Head balancing on her shoulder. "Hey, cheer up. You're not alone here. I'm in the same boat as you. But you know what? I already consider you my friend Lilisette."

Glyph chuckled a bit at Karaha's repeated misspeak of the Sibyl's title. "You can speak Miratete's name if that is easier. I do not think she minds. My sister, for example, has morning tea with her quite frequently. I don't think I've ever heard Glyde use the title. Much like how it is not mandatory for anyone to call me 'Guild Master'."

Nodding, the Flygon smiled. "The nature of this conversation will not be known to anyone else. Your secret is safe with me Karaha. Though if you have any problems, do not hesitate to flee the dungeon with everyone in tow. I will organise the members now."

Pushing the large cushioned chair away from the desk once again, the Guild Master stood and walked to the right side of the room with a dignified strut. Hands behind his back. Once at the wall he reach over to some sort of odd wood round hole with a hinged cover. Flipping open the cover, Glyph cleared his throat and lowered his head down to speak into it with a slightly raised voice.

"Attention everyone. Those of you that do not have urgency level three missions to take care of are requested to stay here in town. I want full teams patrolling the streets, inspection of every public building, guards at the Trunk's entrance, and you all to be battle ready. A Gardevoir that features wings has been identified in Folio's Trunk attempting to harm two civilians. I will give you all more information as soon as I am able, but for now I want this criminal found and arrested. Hostility is likely. Be on your guard. As well, I would like everyone to be on the look out for a young Totodile by the name of Devon. It is of the utmost importance that he is located and brought to the Guild for proper training. That i-"

Abruptly cutting himself off, Glyph awkwardly brought his head away from the hole to look over his shoulder at Karaha. "Do you still need another Guild member to accompany you and the others Karaha? Better safe than sorry is what I believe."

Seeing Lilisette's response to her comment, Selena kind of wilted a bit herself. "I'm sorry, I didn't mean to make you feel down..." Selena said shyly. Ember, though, was starting to question the Kirlia's response. "Wait... there's something fishy going on here and it isn't that Magikarp that came flopping into town yesterday. No, seriously, some Magikarp came through the trunk the other day, I have no clue how he made it..." She chuckled a bit.

That made Selena think about it. "Actually, I was kind of wondering where you two had come from, I've never seen you around the village before today, and you both look a little young to be traveling alone..." Ember nodded. "I'm not wanting to intrude, if that's how I sounded. Partially I just wanted to make that pun, but I really am curious. Where did you two come from?" She asked, the two Pokemon looking at the Kirlia and Totodile questioningly.

As the Totodile wrapped her in a hug, tears began to stream down the girl's face as she wrapped her own small arms around him. "Y-You're my friend too Devon!" Pressing her head into his, she let out a few more tears before pulling away and addressing her companions.

Flopping to the ground cross-legged, Lilisette would stare at the ground with brows furrowed, "...Well, I am traveling alone. I'm young, but I'm actually pretty tough. If you want to know... I'm from Serene Village. It's um... on the Water Continent." With a soft sigh, she continued, "So um, as for how I got here specifically. I don't really know. I found this weird... stone, thing? Poked it, and then I was in the middle of the desert."

Devon broke the hug with Lilisette smiling, and leaned against the small statue of the Time Travel Pokémon as Ember and Selena quested where escaped he and the Kirlia had came from. A somewhat curious expression came over the Totodile's face when Ember mentioned a Magikarp of all things climbing the trunk, but Lilisette's story made him even more so. "Dude, you just poked a rock and and it teleported you all the way to another continent? Well, that's probably on the same level of weird as the way I got here too."

Looking over at Selena and Ember, the reptile tilted his head and shrugged. "I just kinda just....Woke up here. In Folio's Trunk actually. I don't know where I came from either. My heads totally blank except for a few things that I guess don't matter too much? I dunno."

Gren

Location: Folio Town - Entrance to the Trunk
Activity: Getting ready for an adventure

Gren looked at Karaha as she kept insisting that he stay out of the lower trunk. Gren wasn't what you'd call rebellious, but he didn't like being constantly told what not to do without a good reason why. "It's dangerous" is obvious, which is why he was going to go with Fuse and Breeze. As for this mysterious and powerful female pokemon, Gren had no idea what Karaha was talking about. He supposed that there would be some pretty tough people down there though, but if all four of them work together, no one was too strong. Besides that, if this pokemon was as strong as Karaha says she is, then all the more reason Gren needs to hurry. The sooner he finds the pokemon he's looking for, the sooner they could leave the lower trunk to somewhere safer. Gren left after Fuse and Breeze, trying to keep up with them to the entrance.

Gren didn't take anything he didn't already have; he let Fuse buy the orbs since Gren didn't know a thing about them. He had his pouch of Sitrus berries, his lucky rock, the strange marble, and everything else given to him by his friends in town. Gren wasn't sure what was going to happen once they find that pokemon he was looking for. It might be life-shattering. Or maybe it'd just be the first step to a far greater adventure. Gulping his fears and doubts away, Gren walked up beside Fuse.

"Yeah. Let's do this. Today... Today I'm going to find the truth."

Ears flattening against his head, Karaha would avert his gaze when Glyph spoke of Miratete. "...I suppose. Though, I... do believe she'd mind if I..." Hanging his head, he would let out a sad sigh before finally looking up to the Guild Master. "Thank you, Glyph."

Once Glyph announced the situation, Karaha would pick himself up, about to leave when he spoke once more. "...I suppose I'll leave that decision to you. I am personally fine with whatever you decide, however once I... begin my errand I would much prefer to be alone."

The two explained their strange appearances into Folio, leaving them scratching their heads. "A... rock that teleports you? Hmm, that is a strange one, I've only heard mentions of those in old stories some of the Elders tell here. And none of them happen like how it happened to you..." Selena was more focused on Devon. "You don't remember anything except for a few things? I think that's called Amnesia if I can remember, it's not really something treatable, according to my mom. If your memory comes back, it'll be over time, maybe even something jarring your forgotten memories."

Ember looked over to Selena. "I didn't know you knew so much about healing and things, that's neat!" Selena blushed for a moment. "Thanks... but I only know what my mother talks about. I'm no expert, but I know enough to keep Pokemon safe if they listen." She said rather confidently than before. Then the conversation returned to Devon. "So, you woke up in the Trunk of all places? Some place to take a nap in... maybe you were attacked or something, that could explain you... amnesia?" Selena nodded. "I think she's right, it would make a lot of sense. But... why would someone attack you is what I'm not sure... and it could happen again..."

Ember then perked up. "Then we should go see Guildmaster Glyph! He might know what to do, he's one of the smartest Pokemon I know!" Selena nodded in agreement. "And... the Guild could keep you safe if someone tried to attack you again, they have lots of strong members."

Breeze the Shaymin and Fuse the Luxio

[Folio Town - Folio Trunk Entrance]

Breeze smiled at the little steel type's conviction, and Fuse gave a slight sigh. "I'll tell you something, you've got more courage than I do, Gren..." Breeze looked over to the Luxio. "What do you mean by that? You seem pretty brave to me." Fuse shook his head. "No, I'm a coward, but not in the way you think. I... I can't face my tribe, my family... I'm not worthy to..." Breeze looked at the electric type questioningly, not even needing to ask.

"I've failed at just about everything so far. I failed to retrieve an artifact that belonged to my tribe, that was stolen from us. I failed to become an officer of the law to protect people... I can't, I WON'T return until I have redeemed myself. I just can't face my tribe after all that I've failed to do... I'm hoping that working here at the Folio Guild will help me accomplish that, but I'm even failing at that..." Breeze looked at the Luxio with sadness in her eyes, he'd really driven this fact deep that he couldn't face the ones closest to him. "You can't always be perfect, every Pokemon has it's flaws. It's just part of life. You have to learn from those flaws and evolve, not just physically, but mentally."

Fuse gave a little smirk. "That... kind of helps, thanks..." He turned to the Aron with them. "Wow, I didn't mean to bring everyone down... hey, I know, I saw the wierdest thing this morning when I headed out, some Magikarp had managed to make it through the Trunk." Breeze looked puzzled. "A Magikarp? How... that doesn't even... what?" She stuttered. Fuse laughed and pointed over to a nearby shop. Sure enough there was the Magikarp that had flopped his way into town that day. "Wow. You have to give the little guy credit then..." Said Breeze, completely unsure of how to react to the situation. At least it was happy again.

Mirfah and Lance

Location: Near the Hidden Grotto

Not too away from some of them, Lance tried to climb some roots of the Trunk to get a berry he just saw. It was looking suculent enough to fill his belly, but it was so high we would never be able to get it with a single jump, so he tried to escalate and pick it. But whenever he got up a little, he slid back to the ground. Oww, I fell again. And that berry looks so tasty... I really want it. Well, better go up all over again. he thought. And so he went back on his climbing. This time, he managed to go all the way up to the berry. Lance stretched his arm, in order to reach the fruit. "Come on... just a little more... just a little more...!" he spoke, while stretching his arm even more. However, he felt his other hand (the one holding in the tree) giving up. Uh oh, this isn't good! he thought. Then, his hand finally gave up and Lance began to fall. But suddenly, something passed right under him in time to receive him.

The crash wasn't that profound, but it still made a noise that echoed around a little. Lance rolled into the ground a little, but managed to get back into his feet. He gave his head a little shake and looked at what was at the ground. It was...

Mirfah's Theme: Blowing Wind that Flows from the Sky

"A Togetic?!" he exclaimed. Soon, the other Pokémon finally got up, shaking his head. "Owww, that did hurt... I wonder if Mr. Pelipper is OK up there. I ended up ramming right into him while flying." he spoke, as if he was all by himself. Then, he looked and saw Lance right there, looking at him. "U-Uwah! I, uh, didn't knew that you were there. Did I crashed into you?" the Togetic asked. "N-No, I'm fine, really! To be honest, you kinda saved me from a fall. So I have to thank you!" Lance answered, grabbing the Togetic's arm and giving him a handshake. Then, he smiled. "My name is Lance. I live here in Folio Town. What's your name?" he asked. "O-Oh, I'm Mirfah. Pleased to... meet you, Lance." Mirfah answered. Lance gave Mirfah an even stronger handshake and then let him go.

Then, he looked back at the place he was and saw that the berry fell. "Sweet! Gonna get that tasty berry!" Lance commemorated, running to the fruit. Mirfah followed him and the young Riolu admired the fruit. "Umm, if I may ask you, how do I get into Folio Town?" he asked. "Oh, you're actually IN Folio already. This is, if I'm not wrong, some sort of grotto in the city, you know." Lance responded. Once hearing that, Mirfah sighed in relief. Lance started to bite the berry. His face widened in joy. "Holy Mew, this is so delish! Here, have a bite, Mirfah!" he spoke, offering the berry. A little embarassed, he took a small nibble out of the berry. "Oh my, this is indeed delicious! Is this natural from these lands?" Mirfah asked.

Lance's Theme: Dose of Innocence

Lance took another big bite of the berry and spoke while munching it. "Tsho bi hownexti, I hav nau aideau. But I chai tat xis is... *gulp*... delicious! One bite and you're in heaven, man!" he said cheerfully. Seeing all the berry's juice spilled all over his face, Mirfah passed his wing through it so he could clean the messy look. "There, now it's a lot better. Anyway, how can we get to the town? Do you know the way back?" Mirfah asked. "Uhh... *chomp*... nawpe! Ai hev nuu adeya!" Lance spoke while eaitng. "Please, eat first and then you'll speak. You're spitting berry pieces all over the place." Mirfah spoke. Once Lance digested it, he looked around and saw a group of Pokémon composed by a Kirlia, a Totodile, a Quilava and a Bayleaf. "Oh, let's ask them. And we can even share the berry with them!" Lance said. Then, he grabbed the berry with one arm and ran towards them. "H-Hey, Lance, don't leave me behind, please!" Mirfah screamed, running after him

"....And could someone please come to my study and accompany Karaha on his way to the Trunk? Thank you, that is all."

Strolling back to his desk in the same formal manor that he had previously, Glyph paused for a moment before turning his head to watch the Umbreon leave through the door. His antennae drooping as the heaviness of the situation began to sink in. "...These are dark times. Please be safe Karaha. I already have one fallen friend to look after, I do not want to have another."

Letho the Sableye

[Folio Town - Glyph's Guild]

Slowly before the blue ringed Umbreon, the wood double doors pushed themselves open. The source of the movement? A short purple imp-like creature with eyes that gleamed like polished gemstones. The Sableye sporting a small messenger bag around it's shoulder strolled into the room and held out it's arms with a wide grin. Letting the two other mon in the room get a good look at the golden oak tree shaped badge clipped to the Darkness Pokémon's shoulder strap. "Yo! I heard there was an Umbreon in need of an escort? I'm your guy for the job!"

Glyph had sat back down at his desk, and was in the process of sorting through a stack of papers when Letho caused his head to turn up from the notes with a warm smile. "Ah yes, hello Letho. Your assistance would be most appreciated." Nodding at the two, he dug around in a drawer to pull a bottle of ink and place it on the desktop. "Good luck you two."

With a goofy sort of bow to Karaha, Letho spun around and exited the door in a flash. A mere moment later the imp's head came through the open door way. Tapping his wrist in a hurried manor. "C'mon! Whadda ya standing around looking mopey for Karaha? Don't you wanna hurry and go uh..." The Sableye's arms went slack. "...Do whatever you're doing in the Trunk? Don't tell me it's something lame like collecting moss!"

Devon the Totodile

Devon looked between the two concerned Pokémon was a somewhat disturbed frown. "Actually, you guys may be on to something there. I was attacked while I was down there. Some crazy Gardevoir girl with weird black wings. I dunno what her deal was, but she said something about me and her not being able to be friends, and then she tried to kill me with a bunch of Magical Leaves. Luckily some Umbreon from town, Karaha, saved me at the last minute."

Standing up from the statue he was leaning against, the Totodile gave Ember and Selena a determined nod. "If these Guild dudes can keep me safe from that psycho, then I'm all for it. Lead the way guys!"

[Folio Town - Outskirts]

Then, two new voices sounded off that echoed through the outskirts of the town. Poking his snout out of the foliage that hid the entrance to the small cave-like shrine, Devon spotted the two owners of the voices as they ran towards him. Blinking, he stepped out of the grotto completely and waved them down. "Hiya! Do you guys need something or?"

Quietly making his way out of Glyph's study, Karaha would pause when his Sabeleye escort arrived. "O-Oh, ah... hello. Letho, was it?" Averting his gaze, he would paw at the ground for a moment before replying, "...No, actually my business has nothing to do with the Trunk this time. I'm merely trying to leave Folio for the time being. I have... more important matters to attend to. That said, you will be accompanying a young Aron... Nadeshiko's son, actually."

Turning around to give a small nod to Glyph, the Umbreon started out towards the entrance of the Trunk. "Thank you for assisting us. Please though, keep on your guard."

Lilisette the Kirlia

With wide eyes, Lilisette paused when Devon elaborated on his tale. She was familiar with it, and wasn't about to pry, but he said a few things that seemed a bit out of place.

"Wait... a Gardevoir with... black wings attacked you? And the Hero of Folio saved you!? That's soooo cool, I've always wanted to meet him. Um, that's really... weird though. You... um..." The Kirlia's brows furrowed with deep concern. A winged Gardevoir? If she didn't know Devon so well—as well as one could know a story-book character—she would have questioned his sanity.

Staring at the ground, Lilisette would let out a sigh before speaking softly, "...Devon... remember what I told you earlier? That... wasn't... I mean... that shouldn't have happened."

Stepping out of the Grotto, Lilisette was surprised to actually see someone outside. Instead of speaking up, she gave the pair a small, weak wave before retreating to her thoughts once more. Why would someone have attacked Devon? In the trunk even...? That's weird, it doesn't make sense.

Gren

Location: Folio Town - Entrance to the Trunk
Activity: Getting ready for an adventure

Gren looked at Fuse, walking up to Fuse's leg and nuzzling it with his head. "My mom says that you aren't a failure until you stop trying. Even if you don't do it right the first time, if you keep trying, you haven't failed. You just haven't sus... Susc..." Gren was getting tongue tied at the word he was trying to pronounce and eventually just opted to say something else. "You haven't done it yet. But that's okay. Just keeping doing it. My mom also said once, when we went to go to the museum, that the greatest artist aren't great cuz they were born to paint. The greats were great cuz they paint a lot. So you just got to keep doing these sort of stuff until you're great at them." Truly Gren's mother was a fountain of wisdom and metaphors.

Fuse pointed over to a flopping magic carp who apparently was able to survive out of the water. Gren has never seen a magikarp before except in books. He didn't comment on it however: they needed to get going. "Don't worry about failing. We can do it!" Gren said with a chipper tone. And with reckless abandon, the little green-eyed Aron ran into the trunk, wanting to hurry up and find the pokemon he was looking for. Fear and doubts can wait. The truth was getting away from him by the second.

Letho the Sableye

Rubbing his chin a bit, Letho gave a slow nod. His body still merged with the door. "Oh yeah, that Gren kid. Seems decent enough. Always got alot of determination. Hopefully it'll be more exciting than my last job...Ugh, a grouchy old Breloom wanted me to go find this gross moss for em deep in the trunk. I'll spare ya the details." Pulling his face out of the large wood rectangle, the Sableye held it open for the Umbreon as they both proceeded to walk down the hall towards the lobby stairs.

When reminded to keep his guard up, the Darkness Pokémon gave a dismissive wave. "Yeah yeah I know. Alot of shit going down in Folio town baby. Some Gardevoir jumping folks in the Trunk, the Guild Master calling for high security, and something about some Totodile kid we gotta find? What's so special about him? I mean, I like kids as much as the next guy, but if we gotta babysit a pair of razor sharp teeth with legs, I'll let the other guys take care of it." He finished with a shrug as the pair went out the front door of the guild.

"So, a Gardevoir with wings... can't say I've seen one of those before. Usually they don't have wings..." Said Ember, scratching her chin. Selena looked a bit confused. "So you were attacked... at least you don't look hurt, but you probably had some kind of head injury or something to cause the amnesia, we might see my mom later, I think I saw the town healer helping Mr. Robel still. But first we should definitely go see the Guildmaster..." She said, stopping suddenly when hearing the voice outside.

"Who's that? Let me see..." Said Ember, looking out the brush herself. A smile crossed her face. "Oh, it's just you Lance. But... who's your friend there? I've never seen him before." She said, pointing to the Togetic next to the Riolu. She knew Lance from town, he was one of the local kids. He was an odd one out, so to speak, considering he only had one evolution. He was about the same age as her, but sure didn't look it by any means. "I guess that explains why he could see us, he probably sensed us with his aura." Ember turned to Selena as she said this. "If he did, he wouldn't know it. He can be... forgetful. Why, sometimes he forgets how to get back into town... wait a second..." She stopped and turne back out to Lance. "You didn't forget how to get back into town again, did you?!" Yelled Ember out of the Grotto towards the Riolu.

Breeze the Shaymin and Fuse the Luxio

The two pounced in front of the Aron as he charged full steam ahead towards the Mystery Dungeon. "Woah, woah, cool your jets there Gren! You'll get yourself killed doing something that reckless!" Said Fuse, with a slightly angry tone. That was just to get his point across though. "He's right, you don't want to rush into something like this without thinking or preparing. Sure we've got items, but we've still got to be careful here. Besides, we still have to wait for Karaha, remember?" Reinforced Breeze, landing in front of the Steel Type.

"I know you want to get down there as quickly as possible, but you have to take precautions, especially these days. More and more weird Pokemon are popping up down there, most hostile. You never know what you'll run into down there, I should know, I go down there just about every day..." Breeze nodded. "I'm not sure what's going on down there, but if it's as bad as you say, It's definitely better to slow down and think about this carefully. When Karaha gets here, we'll talk about a strategy." Fuse nodded. "Agreed. Besides, we're supposed to be protecting you. I sure wouldn't want your mom on my tail if you got hurt, oof."

Activity: Being squished

"Bleh!" Gren was smushed right into Breeze as she and Fuse jumped in front of him. While it's true that the lower trunk was going to be dangerous, Gren had his doubts. "You heard Karaha in the guild. He's scared! He might not show up at all, and then I'll be stuck here forever. If we don't leave soon than those dangerous pokemon might go crazy and hurt the one pokemon I'm looking for." Gren dug himself from underneath, appearing back at the entrance. "How long are we going to wait for him before we leave then? Because with all this talk of danger and stuff..." Gren looked at the ground sadly, kicking over a rock. "It might be too late..."

Lance scratched the back of his head and smiled, completely ignoring the fact that this could be the 6th time he wanders around and Ember has to guide him back into town. "Ah, you know. This isn't the usual parts that I explore, so getting lost is completely normal. And besides, that's the fun into exploring: going into places you have never seen and eventually get lost. It's all part of the excitement!" he said, with a wide smile in his face. "If I might comment, I don't think this is the answer she was expecting. Also, I don't find any excitement on getting lost." Mirfah disagreed on Lance's opinion. Still, somehow, that didn't made him that unhappy. "Oh, and this here is Mirfah. He saved me from falling off a root. He's from... uhh... where you're from?" Lance introduced him in parts. "I-I'm from the Air Continent. I came here flying." Mirfah explained a little, but that made Lance a lot more curious. "But how did you managed to come here? I mean, people come from the Entrance, a little down." he asked.

Mirfah got embarassed a little and looked away. He mumbled something they couldn't hear. "Uhh... Mirfah, I didn't hear it. How did you get here?" Lance asked again. "Stum... in... pper..." Mirfah mumbled a little more loud but they still couldn't understand it and Lance looked at him even more. "IwasflyinginahighspeedandendedupstumblingintoMr.PelliperthenIcrashed!" he spoke loud, but now it was too fast. "Hey, calm down. No one's actually going to say anything. Just tell it already." Lance tried to calm him down. Mirfah inhaled but still was too nervous. "I was flying in a high speed and I ended up stumbling into Mr.Pelliper. I'm not that strong and since I was going too fast and not paying attention, I... hit his beak. Then I fell and... ended up... crashhing here..." he explained. The young Riolu widened his eyes but soon went normal again. "Oh, so that's what happened. Still, you saved me from a big fall and helped me get this berry." Lance said. Then, he looked at the berry again and looked at the others. "Hey, do you guys want a bite? It's really good, I'll tell you!" he offered the berry to them.

Lilisette's voice brought the Totodile's attention back to her. A frown on Devon's features as he leaned in close to the Kirlia and whispered in her ear. "I heard what you said. We can talk about it later when we're alone."

The duo of Pokémon that greeted Devon and his new friends outside of the grotto were...Odd. However that didn't dissuade him from attempting to make a bit of conversation with the Riolu and Togetic. Crossing his arms, the Totodile looked at the offered berry, taking note of the large bit marks already on the fruit, and shook his head. Forcing the rumbling in his stomach to keep silent for the time being. "Nah, I'm good. Lance and Mirfah right? I'm Devon." Putting a clawed hand on his chest, he then let his arms drop to his sides. A friendly smile on his blue maw as he rocked a bit on his heels. "If you need help finding your way downtown, we were just about to head back there ourselves. Wanna come with? I bet Ember or Selena could lead the way or uh..." Looking back behind his shoulder at the two middle stage mon, the reptile shrugged. "Or if ya want me to try my hand at it, I could try finding the way back. I think I remember the path we took up here...."

While Letho spoke, Karaha merely nodded, his mind in other places other than the Sableye. It did not take the pair terribly long to reach where Gren, Breeze and Fuse were gathered.

Taking a small bow, the Umbreon furrowed his brows, letting out a soft sigh. "Apologies, I was not expecting to be held up that long. Well then, is everyone prepared? I suppose at the very least I have an Escape Orb."

The Umbreon wasn't entirely sure what he had walked in on, Gren was standing at the entrance looking both impatient, yet despondent. "...Is everything all right?"

At Devon's comment, Lilisette gave a small nod. The matter at hand was now two young Pokémon—neither of which looked familiar, though that wasn't that unusual. It seemed the Togetic was new to the town as well.

"Heeey... I'm Lilisette, it's nice to meet everyone." Twisting her face into a concerned expression, Lilisette looked over Mirfa, "Soooo, you fell from the sky...? Ouch, are you okay? I can look you over and heal you or something."

Breeze the Shaymin and Fuse the Luxio

Fuse seemed quite insulted when Gren said Karaha was scared. "Gren, I'll tell you this much, I might not know Karaha that well, but I do know is that he's one of the bravest Pokemon I've ever met. He'll show, trust me." When he mentioned that it might be too late to save who he was after, Breeze stepped in. "Well, if you're meeting in the Trunk, whoever you're looking for probably knows how to handle themselves if they're in there alone. Me and you on the other hand..." Breeze had no clue what to expect down in the trunk, which kind of scared her a little, but not enough to show. Finally, Karaha arrived... with company.

"Letho, so you're heading down there too? Isn't five a little much? Could get a little... crowded." Said the Luxio, looking over to Karaha. "I didn't know you already had a spare Escape Orb, that'll come in handy. Oh, and Gren? The kid's just anxious to get down there, a little too anxious for my taste..." He said in a lower voice about Gren. "So, what can we expect down there?" Asked Breeze.

"I wish I could tell you, these days you'll find the most random things down there. Used to be just a few species of Pokemon lived down there, now I'm seeing Pokemon that make no sense in being in there..." He replied. Breeze scratched at her head. "So, we're basically going in blind. Best thing to do is stick together at all costs. Safety in numbers, right?"

Selena the Bayleaf and Ember the Quilava

"You have one weird definition of adventure... and how can you not even make it back into town, there's ONE path that you can walk on to get back there, one branch actually..." Said the Quilava, starting to spark again from her back. She noticed this, and took a quick breath. Selena now poked her head out to the newcomers. "Yeah, we were about to head back, we have to head over to the Guild..." She started to say, then heard what the Togetic said happened to him. "Oh, you're not hurt are you? Mr. Pelipper has a strong beak, it's like hitting a brick I've heard."

Ember was just completely out of that conversation, focused on Lance. "Well, like they said, we were just about to head back to town. Come on, let's get over there quick. Who knows who might be watching..." Ember was very suspicious right now after hearing what happened to Devon. Since that Gardevoir couldn't finish the job, she might come back. She was super wary, giving off a few sparks ever now and again. Selena followed suit, making sure to keep a safe distance from the embers coming off of her. "Well, you look okay at least. You can follow us, I guess... but... you can see the town right there..." Selena pointed out, pointing with her foot towards Folio.

Letho the Sableye

The ghost raised a clawed hand and did another goofy bow to the trio at the entrance. "Letho the great, at your service." Still in the bow with his back arched over, Letho's head tilted up to face Fuse. "Ayyy Fuse. And nah, Karaha ain't sticking around for too long. Just for a few rooms, then he's gonna bail when we get to ground level."

Standing up to his full height again, his diamond eyes set on Breeze and Gren. A nonchalant hand gesture being thrown in their direction as the Sableye's sharp toothed grin reappeared. "Don't you worry your little head about danger lady. Normally there's stuff like Weepinbell, Beedrills, Sandslash, maaaaaybe a Ghost or two, and near the bottom where we're going there's some Water-types that hang around the underground lakes. Nothing too bad, but Fuse is right." Putting claws on his hips, Letho leaned forwards to stare into the tunnel that lead to the dungeon. "Lately there's been some random Pokémon that shouldn't even like living here. Totally weird brah. But they ain't that bad either. Oh yeah!"

Spinning around and doing a front flip in the air to land next to the Luxio, Letho wrapped an arm around Fuse's neck and pulled him close. "Alllmost forgot. Dunno if you caught the announcement a few minutes ago Fuse, but the Guild Master's saying there's some Gardevoir outlaw with wings that we gotta be on the look out for. Also this special snowflake Totodile kid that needs Guild training for some reason. I call not it in advance for babysitting em."

Strolling just past the groups left and right, a Nidoqueen and Scizor barring the same messenger bags and golden oak tree badges stopped and positioned themselves to be on either side of the trunk's entrance. Letho's head swivelled around 180 degrees to be looking directly behind his back at the two guards. "Ayyyy. Teth and Stein. You guys on guard duty or something?"

The Scizor, Stein, leaned his back against the barked wall of the tree with a nod and crossed arms. "Yup. Everyone that doesn't have level three requests is tasked to patrol and guard the town. Guess the Guild Master's just being paranoid about that Gardevoir."

The Nidoqueen on the opposite side, Teth, fumbled with her badge a bit. "He's not being paranoid Stein, he's just being cautious. No harm can come from a little preparation. I'm sure everything will be fine, and she'll be arrested by the end of the day." A warm smile spread across her cream colored maw. "I tend to look on the bright side of things. Like how we're getting a new recruit! I can't wait to meet that little Totodile. I've always found them so adorable. Aren't you all excited?"

Stein was busy beating his large round claws on the wall behind him, and nodded slowly at her question. "Eh, sure. Newbies are fun to hang around with. Teaching em the basics doesn't take too long either...."

Letho released his light hold on Fuse's neck, his body spinning around to properly connect with his head once more as he shrugged. "As long as the kid ain't biting my hand off, I'm cool with him hanging around. Anyways, we going in yet guys? Sunlight sucks."
