Devon the Totodile
[Folio Town - Outskirts→Town Square→Glyph's Guild]@Shiny Keldeo@Ninian@MagusDreamDevon's gaze focused on Ember as she explained what exactly a Guild was. A smile came across his face as he looked out over the desert.
"That's cool! These Guild guys sound pretty legit. I could see why everyone would wanna join em. An organization committed to helping Pokémon....I could get behind that."The Quilava's enthusiasm was contagious, causing the Totodile to pick up the pace along with her. By this point he had gotten used to using his odd tiny legs, and was able to run with little issue. However, Ember's revelation stole the vigor from his stride. A sad frown came over his face as he slowed to a walk.
"If you're comfortable telling it Ember, go for it. But you don't need to if you don't want to."-
The same small, bug-eyed creature from the Observation platform poked it's face out from behind a leaf high above the kids to stare down at them. Quietly chattering to itself as it stayed hidden high up in the foliage.

Once they had arrived in the Town Square and the Fire-type had completed her story, Devon's form had deflated a bit. His deep brown eyes looking over the girl with sympathy.
"Aw jeez. I'm sorry Ember....That sucks." Without knowing what else to say to the father-less Volcano Pokémon, the Water-type kept silent as they reached the Guild. Retreating to his thoughts.
Ember and Lilisette talked about their parents...How they both lost their dads....Makes me wonder...What about my parents? Are they ok? Are they back in the place where....I guess humans live?....Hopefully I'll get to see them again...Faris the Vileplume and Roland the Heracross
[Folio Town - Town Square]Two more badge wearing mon stood off to the side of the square, sitting on the bar stools of an outdoor juice bar. The Vileplume, Faris, had his back to the bar as he held a wood cup in his grasp between his legs. His tiny pink eyes hidden beneath the brim of his flower were intensely scanning the towns in habitats. Watching silently for any sign of the V.I.P they had to find, or the Gardevoir outlaw. His eyes soon caught on a group of six children. A unique blue Kirlia, a Quilava and a Bayleef, most likely the local kids Ember and Selena, the scatterbrained Riolu Lance, a Togetic, and-
"A Totodile!" Spinning around in his chair, the flower shotgunned his drink before he pointed a round stubby arm towards the Guild's entrance that the Totodile's group was filing into.
"Roland! I think that's the Totodile we're supposed to find. He's already heading into the Guild."The large blue beetle in the chair next to the Grass-Poison type looked over with a straw in his mouth. Turning the stool around completely to get a good view of the rest of the square, he spotted the kids with his large yellow eyes and grinned.
"Alright. Kid's got some foresight. We can cross that off our list for the day. I say we celebrate with more juice."As he was to turn around, something caught in the corner of the Heracross' vision. Off to the side of the plaza, a Slakoth with a large round bag sitting next to it was sleeping on a bench. Normally that wasn't an unfamiliar sight, that Slakoth despite his species nature was a travelling salesmen that had visited the town in the past. What was off about the scene, was the fact that a Nuzleaf was standing next to the travellers bag, and had his hand shifting around in it nonchalantly. An irritated groan escaped the fighters mouth.
"You seeing what I'm seeing Faris? Looks like we got another one."The Vileplume had already leaped down from it's perch and was glaring at the Grass-Dark type.
"Another thief? Where are they all coming from anyway? I heard from Brick that everyone else had caught at least three other ones trying to steal from Pokémon around town....But when they try to shake them down for information, none of them know anything."Standing up from the chair and beginning to trudge towards the criminal through the crowds of townsfolk, Roland muttered.
"They're organized, that's for sure. They're all just keeping their mouths shut so they don't rat out their buddies. They're smart I'll give them that, but they can't outsmart us."-
Another patron of the juice bar looked over their shoulder. First to the blue roofed Guild, then to the Heracross and Vileplume that had now apprehended the thief by planting his face into the street. The dirty cloaked figure grew a smirk, hidden by their hood as they turned back towards the bar and threw a few Poké coins on the counter.
"Another Nanab mix please."I hope everything works out this time...Glyph the Flygon
[Folio Town - Glyph's Guild]@Ninian@Shiny Keldeo@MagusDreamUpon hearing the voice call up the stairs of the now a bit less lively Guild, the Guildmaster looked up from the paper that was on his desk. Still lost in his focused trace.
"Hm?" Blinking and shaking his head, he went pink in the face.
"O-Oh! Yes one moment please!"Pushing out his chair and grabbing a small handkerchief from a drawer in his desk, the Flygon quickly rubbed his red goggle-like domes as he made his way out of the double doors of his study.
I must stop doing that...Glyde never lets me hear the end of it... Strolling down the upstairs hall, Glyph stopped at the top of the stairs and looked down them. It was a group of children from town. Ember, Selena, Lance, and three others he did not recognise. An oddly blue Kirlia, a Togetic, and a Totodile with peculiar brown spikes. The sight of the group brought a joyous smile to the Mystic Pokémon's face as he clasped his claws together.
"Why hello there Ember! Hello everyone! Please, come upstairs to my study. I assume you have important matters to discuss, so it would be best to do it privately." He said as he stood to the side and gestured for the group to make their way upstairs before walking back to his room.
Wonderful! Devon made his way here by himself! With friends no less! I wonder if they wish to join the Guild as well....Letho the Sableye
[Folio Town - Folio Trunk Entrance]@Shiny Keldeo@Lucius Cypher@NinianRaising a clawed hand and pointing to himself proudly, Letho gave a sharp grin.
"I may not look it, but I actually used to live in the Trunk! I know every possible room combination like the back of my hand! Don't you worry folks, ol Letho'll get you to where ya need to go without a scratch! Let's hit it!"Strutting past everyone and gesturing a hand, the Sableye entered through the large hole in the wood, into the danger and fortune that only a Mystery Dungeon could contain.
