The warm sun that lingers still from the ending of summer rises from the east, and onto Frolam's capital tower and cities within. Morning had struck, and birds had flocked from their nests to sing. The tower bell tolls in accordance to the time, the season for school had begun. in front of the door for each student's dorm was a paper with written designation for what room they will be assigned to by number of room and floor, as well as the main teacher who will be teaching the course. Dibrom, Henry, Unknown, Fennel, and Aideen were all given the destinations 'floor 784, room 1203.'

Masrith sat on a random ledge on the school watching the sun rise. The light shines revealing his horrible decrepid skin. Masrith let out a slight chuckle. "Gova." He said. His voice was deep and as comfortable to the ears as rattling chians. "Do you think the students will last this year? I would like to think so but I know the chance is thin. When I look back on it. In our time, power meant the ability to level mountains. Power meant battles that shook the world." Masrith turned to face Gova. His eye sockets were hollow with nothing more than glowing lights within them. He appearance was always unsettling. Though it want so bad if you weren't on his bad side. "I've searched the ruins for years and get I can't find a single shard. I'm starting to wonder if there even is a chance. On a strange note. I have gotten used to this look." Masrith let out another chuckle that almost sounded like a screech.

"I wish I could disagree with you, Masrith." Gova spoke, it may have been the first words he has even uttered within a month. He'd get up from his desk, and walked next to him on the balcony. "A friend once warned me of coming dangers, and I fear that may be on their way this year....I took the time to discover new talents, unique and unusual powers and magics a like. Hopefully that will suffice until we can finally get our hands and more shards." He spoke, despite his reptilian and massive form his voice was gentle and calm, you can feel the wisdom leaking from his breathe. "Speaking of urgent matters, I trust you remember the 'basement.'" Looking back to him, hi golden eyes, that glowed through my shadowed face, expressed urgency.

Barbarous walks into view, he had been observing their conversation for a little while. "I've gone through ten life cycles, and this life cycle is the longest to live, one hundred and fifty five years." Barbarous sips something from a mug. "And its not because I've grown more cautious, its because people are getting weaker." his beard dances as if it were made of flames, catching light in brilliant ways. "These are grim days old friend." He says to Gova, a weary smile on his face. "It used to be that on my rampages I would be killed horribly by a creature who's power was so great, it could level entire countries." Barbarous takes another sip of his drink. "Now I can't go on any rampages, because no one except my fellow staff could stop me." Barbarous suddenly flings his mug into a wall, revealing its contents as it shatters, as nothing but hot sauce. "But that isn't any reason to act like this generation will be the same!" he shouts, grinning wildly. "These new students could be amazing for all we know, we need to give them a chance first!"

Unknown would leave his room with his book under his arm, seeming shirtless like always, he normally would only wear pants because of how his body is, making it only indecent without pants, otherwise even shirtless isn't indecent sense his entire upper body is pretty much blank, it would pretty much be the same as a shirtless humanoid plant, or beast man. He would look at the note and sigh some "...that's where hu.." he says shaking his head "If it wasn't because of my inexperience, I wouldn't even be here.." he would remember a bet he made before he came to this school, if he had failed at his summoning then he would attend, otherwise he was just going to continue on his days. Unfortunally for him, the being he tried to summon was unresponsive and wouldn't come, so he is having now to attend this school in order to improve his summoning capabilities so he will not need to worry about things failing in the future. He would hum and begin heading towards the assigned room, his eyes glowing slightly as he activated his Dimensional Sight, looking into the other realms relative to his position as to see if he could have some fun before heading to the room.

A new school year started, and with it hundereds of new students looking for information that could help them in their researches and for that reason the librarian existed, it was Galard's responsability that the studends could get access to all the knowledge the school had to offer.
He walked to the other staff members with his as-always serious face.

i was to the gates of my school and just hope that i can stay calm as possible.

Unknown would turn towards the voice and look slightly curious and confused as for anyone to even talk to him, he was normally avoided "..uh hello.. I'm Unknown" he states "is there anything your wanting?" he asks with a raised brow.

Masrith listened to Barbarous and Gova speak. His face would have formed a grin if it could. Listening to Barbarous talk about rampaging was something to laugh about. "In other words. You relish a challenge." Masrith let out a chuckle. He then turned to Gova and chuckled slightly. It sounded much more like a mad kakle. "We are such an odd group of people aren't we?" The phrase showed that while Masrith wasn't anywhere close to normal, he still had some thread of humanity left in him. The others could tell however that Masrith was bothered. His face didn't show it but after being around him for awhile you find a way to read it. "Speaking of talent. I hope its found soon. There is something I must tell you two. You both are well aware of the blade I weild. The Dawn Bringer. A powerful holy relic used to destroy the undead." Masrith let out a sigh. "Thats just it. The sword has begun to resist me. I had to seal myself to the sword through a cleric spell so that my mind would not be corrupted. The sword no begins to resist me. Not because it wants to. It is simply because I am no longer able to bear it." Masrith looked at Gova and Barbarous. They both would be able to see dread in his hollow eyes. "I am left with two choices. I can hold onto the blade until it destroys my very soul, or I can pass on the blade. However, if I pass it on, my mind will turn dark." He sure that Gova and Barbarous could now fully understand the gravity of the situation. "You both know how much damage I could do before you two could stop me. I have no doubt you could succeed. I'm also sure that I would kill plenty." Masrith hopped off the balcony and into the office. "I still have a little while so you two can think about it." Masrith began to walk out of the office. "Gova. I'll head to the basement after the first class." Masrith then left the office entirely.

Unknown would sigh some "I can't say when your classes start because I don't know where you've been assigned" he states to her "each room probably has their own time schedule, check your dorm room door for a paper stating what room you need to go to.. and I personally would go there soon as possible just incase it's pretty much any minute" he tells Aideen

"Indeed, class is starting shortly barbarous you should head there immediately. Galard you should leave to. There is some private matters I wish to discuss with Mr Masrith."

"Ah, of course." Barbarous sighs, and strokes his beard idly, the red beard dances as if it were made of flames. "Take care of yourself Masrith, there are so few people I can still respect, I don't want to end up losing one." Barbarous makes his way to the classroom, waving goodbye to the other staff.

Galard nodded at Gova's words, without hurry he turned back and walked out.
He sighed, upset he could not find a solution to Masrith's problem even though he had spent so much time seeking for something that could save Masrith.

"Damn...I'm running out of time..."

He extended his right hand and a book appeared, it was Galard's research notes.

"The error MUST be here..."

He talked to himself a bit angryas he walked through the school hallways crowded with students

Masrith was leaving when he heard Gova say he wanted to discuss private matters
He stopped and waited by the office door for the others to leave. He waved off Barbarous when he left. He turned to watch Galard leave. "Don't stress over it. There isn't anything ou can do anyway. It is my burden. Not yours." Masrith then walked back into Govas' office and closed the door behind him. "You said these were private matters. Very well." He turned and placed his hand on the door. A purple line traced it and eventually traced the room. It was a negative enchantment. "Nothing escapes the room. Not even sound. This enchantment couldn't trap one like yourself. However, it does prevent eavesdropping. What is it you wish to discuss with me?" He said sitting down across from Gova.

"Many faculty have been around since the dawn of this kingdom, myself included, however fewer have been here before a nation of wizardry rose from this soil. Masrith, your history with necromancers and your long time service has proven to be you are prepared for a much more serious task at hand. Beneath this school, sealed away in runes and shackles that even a god could not escape lies the father of all necromancers. The former king and head of the school had done it, as in reality it is the closest thing to a permanent solution of getting rid of a necromancer. With the senses of such dark times arising, I worry that the seals keeping this diety of flesh might be released I the resulting chaos and power. The basement was built by both myself and the former master of this school designed where even an immortal creature could be forever lost or meet an unfortunate face, and littered with perilous obstacles and magic seals. There is a shortcut to the very end of the labyrinth, which I will entrust with you." Gova would hand masrith to what seemed like a plastic square. "Crushing thus will open a portal to the designation, once used it will reform in your hand. Your task is to make sure the seal never breaks, let alone weaken. I trust you and you alone with this task."

Unknown would head off to his assigned class, and takes his seat awaiting for class as he leans back in his seat. His eyes changing color as he activates his sight and looks into the other dimensions that he knows of to see where he would be at physically and everything.
