A sizable village surrounded by a crescent shaped lake. Waterways flow freely alongside the streets and the people are highly festive. It's position as a sort of crossroads between major cities makes it a merchants paradise. However, the towns most famous for housing two wizard guilds whose rivalry has earned them recognition, respect and a bit of infamy.
Harpy's Wing
Harpy's Wing was founded in order to provide those who have lost their homes a new nest and a place to belong. Harpy's Wing believes in the strength of a guild as a collected force and encourages the harmony between wizards and magic.
Golem's Hand
Golem's Hand was founded more recently in the aftermath of a dark guild's assault on Luna Crescente. While Harpy's Wing was able to defeat them, the town did not come out of the ordeal unscathed. Viewing themselves as the sole protector of Crescente, Golem's Hand believes in the strength of the individual adding another stone brick to the defensive wall of the town. They have high respect for the art of magic but view it as more of a tool and focus on the strength of one's body in order to escape reliance on one's magic.
Story Thus Far
S&E focuses on the rivalry between the guilds of Harpy's Wing and Golem's Hand. Two of the strongest guilds in Fiore, they've been feuding for quite some time. It doesn't help that their guild halls both reside in Luna Crescente, Golem's Hand near the middle of the town and Harpy's Wing just outside on a small island in the middle of the lake. With differing ideals and passionate members, both guilds are eager to prove which is stronger in the next Grand Magic Games~!

There are 4 available spots for S-Class wizards. 2 per guild. These wizards will be newly appointed to S-Class so the gap in strength between them and an A-Class/B-Class is not as large. This still leaves room to grow for S-Class as well as give a fair chance for the other chars to catch up.
Rules
1. BE ACTIVE. Keep things moving, keep things flowing. If your going to be absent either write your characer out of a scene or let those involved know how long you'll be gone as to not hinder progression.
2. NO GODMODDING. I'm sure just about every RP has this rule but there are still those people. Do not control other characters without consent from the player and write your character with knowledge they should not possess.
3. 2 characters per player limit. This is to keep things manageable and from getting crowded.
4. Characters are allowed 2 magics max. Custom magic will require the approval of the GM and/or Co-GMs.
Name: Klisa Bay Nickname/Alias: The Timid Tide Gender:: Female Age and date of birth:: 19 November 19th
Guild:: Harpy Wing, the mark located upon her left palm, is a deep sea green
Rank:: B
Personal Information
Personality:: Klisa, while not quite a wallflower, is kind of timid for lack of a better description. It would be best to say that she does not have a very strong personality. She is pleasant and outgoing enough in familiar settings or around those she trusts, but outside the walls of the guild or interacting with loud strangers she can quickly wilt into a speechless and fidgety state of nervousness. It not conflict she shys away from, given that she will always find her voice and courage for a friend in need, so much as it is the unknown or overtly loud things. She is better at defending other rather than herself.
History:: Klisa is the illegitimate child of a peasant woman and a business tycoon turned nobleman through marriage and success. She lived the first few years with her mother, who passed due to a sickness in her lungs. An only child, she had no other family that anyone knew. But instead of being a child left to die in the streets her father, Sir Hightower, took her in to his home. Despite that he did not openly recognize her as his child in any official form and rarely even in private. To this day she does not truly know if her father ever held any real feelings for her or her mother to inspire him into saving her from a certain death on the streets, or if it was simply because he wanted her out of the public spotlight, where his bastard child could be easily kept under wraps and would not harm his public image. She lived, more or less, as a maid-servant in his house hold. Most of her raising and caring was given to her by the others servants of the house. She was a diligent worker, hoping that being so would garner attention from her father, and perhaps even praise. But Sir Hightower was a very busy man dealing with both politics and business kept him off the estate most of the time.
She was not hte only child in the house, the other was her fathers and his noble lady wife's son. A boy only a year or so younger than herself. This had her interacting quite often with him as well as Sir Hightower's wife, who knew of Klisa's scandalous origins. She was the kind of prideful noble lady that had a hard enough time dealing with the blow to her honor that her husband would conceive a child with a commoner, much less the unforgivable insult of bringing that child into their home. The woman didn't make life easy on Klisa. She was a talent mage and schemer, and did many things to make Klisa's life hard and treat her with disdain and contempt. Klisa and the son had started out as something close to friends, but children are known to imitate the parents and it wasn't to long before the boy was just as spiteful to her as the mother was.
While doing her best to keep tabs on her father, around the time she turned 10, she noted a pattern of sorts. She had heard her mother had been a magic user of some sort, a humble but respect specialist among the local guilds. Her father's Wife was a talented magic user from a long family of highborn, well bred, mages. Much of the time he was home was spent admiring his sons progress in developing magical skills. Clearly her father loved magic, she thought if she could use magic as well, perhaps she could get the attention and love she craved from her distant father.
She took to studying under one of the servants, the one who had most closely raised and cared for her. He was an elderly man, but had studied magic in his youth and had enough know-how to teach her the basics. Klisa's natural affinity seemed to be with water magic. 5 years passed and though her skills steadily grew, especially given she had taken to sneaking into Lady Hightowers library and reading some of her magic books, she felt she paled in comparison to her half brother who had a more proper teacher, more time to focus on training, and had been practicing longer.
Then one day, she heard some servant talking about some sort of major purchase the Hightower family had made. Of some sort of rare and powerful magical item. A Larcime filled a lost kind of magic. She felt this was her chance to do something incredible and get her fathers approval and acceptance. If she could make it so she could use the lost magic in that Larcime she'd surely prove to be a good enough mage for her father's attention. She snuck into the storage room late one night and after much searching found what she was looking for.
It hadn't quite been like other Larcime she had seen before. It was more rough shaped, jagged and more opaque. It was the most brilliant green-blue she had ever seen, as if someone had turned the sea into a shard of glass. Gingerly she reached out to take hold of it, but as soon as her fingers touched it she blacked out. She wasn't sure what happened, but she remembered a great deal of pain.
Next thing she knew, she had woken up in a bed, and most of the household standing about it, including her father, his wife, and her half-brother. She was informed that she had stolen something meant for her half-brother, and such theft could not be tolerated, not even from her. So as punishment, as soon as she was well, she was to leave the household and never return. Delirious, in pain, and utterly heartbroken by this news Klisa could do little other than weep in response. Her Father, his wife, her-half brother as well as many of the servants left her alone. Those servant closest to her and most like her family remained to care and comfort her. Eventually it was just her and the servant who had acted as her magic teacher.
When they were alone, he asked her to try to use magic. While it took some coaxing for her to even attempt she got a very unique surprise. Her magic type before had been a water casting type, but she ended up producing was something like a claw of swirling, green-blue, salt water about her hand rather than the clear blue little ball she had tried to make. It seems she had successfully absorbed the Larcime of the Sea Dragon. He told her not everyone could have done such a thing, and that doing so ment that she was a great mage indeed.
The praise felt like a hollow victory to her at this point, she asked him where could she go or what she could do. All she had ever known was living in this estate with him and the other servants.
He told her that when he was younger he had studied magic so that he may one day join a guild, specifically a guild in a few cities over. He had always admired the guild and it members and if he was her, with this new power and nothing to hold her down here anymore, he'd at least go check it out, perhaps she'd like it there. Around others who would see her as equals, as comrades, as family. They were always good about family.
Apprehensive and nervous, but with no other real option she did just that. Once she recovered and was discharged from the Hightower estate she made her way to the home of Harpy Wing. And, much to her surprise, found a new place to call home and a new, much more real, family. 3 years later and she had never felt more at home anywhere in her life.
Magic
Magic Name:: Sea Dragon Slayer Magic Description:: Considered the 'mirror' of sky dragon slayer magic. While the user can demonstrate the ability to attack by generating sea water, as the Sky dragon slayer is able to enhance their allies abilities, the Sea dragon slayer is more suited to weakening and disabling opponents.
These 'de-buffing' spells are still an imperfect aft of hers, having had been a self taught slayer.. She can only cast one de-buffing spell on one target, she is unable to double down her debuffs on one person. She can cast each spells on as many individual targets as her stamina allows, but it would drain her magic significantly and rapidly.
Known Spells:: Offensive Spells Sea Dragon Roar ( of course ) -A massive, whirling torrent of sea water is spelled forth from the users mouth, like a whirlpool, tidal wave, and a riptide all at once, it is by far her most powerful spell, though she can only seem to use it about once a day at the moment, even with an abundant of amount of water to 'eat' afterwards.
Sea Dragon Fang -A fierce swipe of her hand is followed closely by a forceful rush of water that can connect with her foe with all the force of a hammer blow. Her go to close range, offensive attack. By no means an overtly impressive form of attack, it is strong enough to give the young girl claws to keep foes weary of approach.
Sea Dragon Claw - Much like the fang attack, but it is a kick instead, much stronger and more 'sharp' where the fang is more blunt in nature. With a greater deal of force, and a keener edge she can use this move to slice through thick, hard wood, or inflict greater damage on a foe; but likewise it has a much more significant effect on her stamina.
De-buffs
Draining Low Tide The spell, while active will drain the foe of strength and endurance, making them feel as if their power is being drawn away from them. It is far from spell that would instantly reduce a man to complete weakness, and the stronger the foe the longer it would take for them to have visible effects on there power, but in the heat of combat and apply well it is a good way to have a foe's endurance being spent twice as fast and to gradually reduce them to being breathless and weak. As soon as she stops maintaining the spell there endurance will began to trickle back in, quicker than it left, so its best for this move to be released once the foe is incapacitated or otherwise unable to fight.
Heavy High Tide The spell, while active, will force an impressive amount of pressure on the foe, making there body weight feel as if has increased and give them the sensation that they are moving as if they were at the bottom of the sea. A good technique for slowing down a foe. How much pressure is actually applied to the enemy is based on how much power she puts into it. At most she can make them feel as if their weight is increased times 5, and while that can force many foes to their knees, she will quickly burn through her stamina trying to maintain such a force.
Withering Red Tide - A spell that can be inflicted on only one foe at a time. The spell, while active, significantly drains the offensive power of spells. This only effects spell power and only very externally offensive spells. This will have no effect on the targets physical strength or abilities that augment the physical power. But if your foe is trying to roast you with a raging inferno or deadly shadow spear, while under this spell he is more likely to produce a minor fireball or harmless shade.
Other
Klisa always has a pouch of salt about her. While she can replenish her strength by consuming freshwater, she finds salt water is much more effective and agreeable to her pallet.
Klisa does not have an over abundance of magic, big spells and long fights are very draining on her. She will try to end things quickly or stay to the support roles in a fight in order to keep herself from running out of steam before battle is done.
Klisa has only be a dragon slayer for 5 years, and is mostly self taught in this form of magic. She believes there is much she doesn't yet know about her powers and feels she has yet to plumb the depths of her abilities.
As mentioned in her Bio she is a Second generation dragon slayer, and often feels...troubled by this. She wonders is she deserves to call herself a dragon slayer, as one who has never met a dragon, much less slayed one.
Relatives:: Her estranged father 'Gergory Hightower' Her half brother 'Samuel Hightower'
Posseions:: Besides the red ribbons that her fellow servants had given her to tie back her hair and a small silver chain bracelet that was her mother's, nothing of significant.
Ceri is a rather diminutive, unassuming girl. Standing roughly at 5'3". Most of her appearance is hidden under her robe, which she never seems to ever take off. What people can see, however, is locks of pure white hair, a pair of bright blue eyes and every so often a flash of pale skin.
"A-ah! sorry. I-I'm not really...that good at talking, but if you don't mind...could we?"
Name:: Ceri
Nickname/Alias:: N/A
Gender:: Female
Age and date of birth:: 18, 30th of December, supposedly.
Guild:: Harpy's Wing. Guild mark is located on her left cheek, though no one is ever able to see it usually. It's black in color.
Rank:: B
Personal Information
Personality:: Ceri tries. She honestly does. Unfortunately, her timid nature and tendency to flee, and her massive amount of self-doubt really doesn't help. Running is first nature to her. Fighting hardly ever even crosses her mind, unless she absolutely must or is backed into a corner where she can not run. You know what they say. Never corner a frightened animal - she is quite adept at magic and will use it to her full advantage, if she must.
As far as others goes, she is about as friendly as they come, though her social anxiety can become somewhat detrimental to social interactions. She has had very little dealings with other people in the past, aside from her 'father' - who always taught her to be wary of others. Somewhere along the line, this turned into fear of others in general. Still, she tries to be friendly, and get along with others, and remain positive despite her shortcomings.
However, she does have a rather...darker side if pushed too far or if she becomes stressed. Often times, she internalizes a lot of sarcastic comments and snark and colorful language. Even she has a limit.
History:: Ceri never knew her parents, where she actually comes from, or the real identity of the man who raised her. Her earliest memories are simply of waking up in a bed in his lab. She was just a child then, barely over the age of five. He said he found her unconscious in the forest, and brought her here. Whatever happened there, she can't remember and if he had some part in it, he never told her. Instead, he took her in as his own and taught her magic - though it was mostly out of his own self interest. He needed someone to run to town and who was adept at magic other than him to make sure his research wasn't discovered.
Their relationship was cool at best. He treated her civilly and fairly, and raised her to the best of his abilities. Some might say he didn't care for her at all, and she was just a tool, a pawn. Whether it is true or not, doesn't matter. She worked hard, studied magic hard, and generally did as she was supposed too. It was difficult, since he was stoic and showed little emotions. It seemed almost as if whatever she did, it wasn't enough.
When his research into demons and other things was discovered by a group of mages - he let himself be arrested, and allowed Ceri to escape.
That was around a year and a half ago. Unsure where to go, and never having actually talked with or interacted much with other people, she was sorely out of her element. However, she did work up the courage to become a part of Harpy's Wing. In the few months of the journeying she had before coming here, she realized she really wasn't strong, and that she knew actually very little about the world. Books can only teach so much, after all.
Which is her main goal for being here. She wants to learn, experience the world, and maybe make a friend or two on the way.
Magic:
Magic Name:: Smoke magic
Description:: Smoke Magic. Although on a much larger scale than holder magic. While she has direct combat attacks, mostly her magic takes more of an indirect approach to combat.
Known Spells:
Smoke Field: She releases smoke from her robe, covering the entire area in a thick smog. It serves little purpose, other than to obscure an enemies sight and make it difficult for them to do anything relying on visual cues alone. The smoke, is incredibly difficult to dissipate as long as she is conscious or in the area. For now, the field can only cover about half a mile radius.
Smoke Clone: As the name suggests, she is able to create clones of herself with magic. They are perfect copies - though incredibly weak and can't actually do anything other than serve as a distraction.
Smoke Bomb: A spell with a two-fold purpose. Smoke blasts out from her robes with explosive force, enough to knock anyone away from her - it also covers the immediate area in a thick layer of smoke, that seems to refuse to leave. The smoke may have different properties, depending on what she needs. It is incredibly difficult to dissipate the smoke as long as she is conscious/in the area.
Barrage: A blast of small concentrated smoke balls barrage at the enemy, exploding with force on impact.
Smoke Pulse: Releases a stream of fast moving smoke in a direction. Propels her in whatever direction she points. Used to quickly avoid/dodge things, though could be used to smack someone as an impromptu, low-damage attack.
Smoke Control: A passive ability that allows her to change the density, force, and other properties of the smoke. It normally comes in a cloudy white form, and different colors have different properties, though she can only use a green-colored smoke for now - which is used to dull someones senses. Doing so requires more mana, and is usually used to set up a trap/weaken her enemies before a fight.
She is immune to the effects though her allies will not be - though she can usually clear a path for them through the smoke should they need it.
Green: Causes ones senses to be dulled as long as they breathe it in. Vision gets blurry, and generally become sluggish. Its effects aren't very pronounced at first, but the longer one breathes it the more severe they become. Doesn't stay in the body for long, a few quick breaths of fresh air will help greatly in staving off the effects.
Smoke Form: A little spell she doesn't use much except to avoid unavoidable attacks. Basically, her entire body becomes smoke itself, including her robe. Sustaining the mode for too long causes a huge exhaust on magic, so it's best used sparingly.
(will probably add more spells later.)
Other: Surprisingly quite agile, despite the cloak. Seems to not weigh much. Also quite good at using her dagger, so don't underestimate her.
Relatives:: N/A. Never knew her actual parents, and the mage who raised her is imprisoned.
Possessions:: A cloak that dulls the wearers presence, making it easier for her to go unnoticed.
A rather unusual looking dagger She rather abhors using it, but it was the last thing her 'father' gifted her. Seems to have no special properties, other than doing whatever a dagger does. It's blade is almost long enough to be called a short sword, but it's light weight and easy to use. And make no mistake, if she has to, she will use it to the extent of her abilities.
Books! Loves books and reading and generally learning in general.
Theme Song::
I'ma go ahead and throw up Ceri.
Coming up with spells is more difficult than I like xD
@KiltmanBagz Also, Klisa looks good to me (obviously~)
@KiltmanBagz@Rune_Alchemist Right, you two are obviously good to go so throw those little lesbians in the char tab~
@TheHangedMan I'm allowing 2 S-Classes per guild so there is one other S-Class spot in Harpy up for the taking. Just keep in mind that they are wizards who have only recently obtained the rank so scale their power as necessary. They may be S-Class but they'd still get stomped by someone who's been S-Class for relatively longer.
*Sneaks in, sticks something to the wall, slinks away*

Basic Info
Name::Kyvirn Xaesos Nickname/Alias:: "Ky"(pronounced Kai) "Xae" Gender:: Male Age and date of birth:: 17
Guild:: Golem's Hand, his guild mark is on his right shoulder
Rank:: A
Personal Information
Personality:: Ky is usually quite tame and silent. He hardly talks much, and communicates mostly through gestures, body language, and(if he's stayed in one place long enough) a form of sign language that is relatively simple to learn the basics of. He refers to keep to himself rather than intermingle with others most of the time, but when the occasions calls for it, he can stand to be around most people, though if some gets to be to annoying he tends to leave soon after. His views on the world, at least from what most people can understand of them, are very pessimistic, as he believes that humanity in general is doomed to drive itself head long into it's own destruction . . . but that bing said, he's also not one to stand idly by complaining about it. He'll do anything he feels he's able to do in order to save another people, and has even risked his own life to do so on more than one occasion. When asked why he does so much, he replies that how can he expect the world to get any better if he doesn't expend the effort to make it so in the first place.
His other half, Xaesos(or Xae), is much more talkative and sociable than Ky, when he makes an appearance, that is. Xae loves to stick his knows where it doesn't belong, eavesdropping on conversations or talking with servants in order to get the latest in guild and town gossip, mostly because Ky never talks to anyone, so he has to make the most of his time whenever he does gain control. Like Ky, he loves to help people, and is very open about it, but he also tends to go overboard in his attempts. One such instance is when he used high level magics to bring down a purse thief, or break a magical artifact to keep it out of the wrong hands, even if such actions were unnecessary. Another thing about Xae is that he's a but gullible and highly impulse, never being one to look before he leaps into whatever danger he's confronted with.
History:: Ky belonged to a village of forest dwellers who worship gods of the Light and Darkness, Good and Evil, etc, etc. They believe that for every positive force in the world, their must be a negative one to counter-act it, and vice versa, less the world fall out of balance and be destroyed. To symbolize this ongoing struggle, the forest dwellers had separated themselves into two groups and fought in a series of wars, switching the mantles of the Darkness and the Light every few decades as they battle and battle.
One day, however, an unthinkable event happened. A child was born between the two sides, something forbidden by the old rites, and yet, despite this blasphemy, he was born with powerful magic. Light and darkness melded around him to form a shadowy twilight, a fusion of Light and Darkness that had never before been seen by either tribe. Many took it as a omen that the constant warfare they did in service to their god may not be the way thins are meant to be . . . while others held on to their old ways of war and battle and saw the infant as the spawn of Chaos and something to be cast out . . . or killed.
Over the next 7 years, the child grew, learning much and exhibiting more strange abilities that grew stronger as time passed, but in the depth of one dark night, the child was taken, stolen by a follower of the old ways and sent faraway from his forest home through the work of a spell. And through that spell, he was scent to the footsteps of Golem's Hand, a scared child with no where to go, no one to turn to. Luckly for him, he was taken in and cared for, and when his magic was discovered, he was trained greatly in it's use as a powerful tool to help others. However, he'll never forget his family and his old tribe, and still longs for the day that he can once again be reunited with them.
Magic
Magic Name:: Twilight God Slayer Description:: A strange magic that he has possessed since birth, Ky and Xae both possess one half of the Twilight Godslayer magic, with Ky possessing the highly offensive powers of Light, shining in black radiance to show case its slightly darkened taint, and Xae holding wielding the powers of Darkness, glowing a soft white that still manages to hide him in the faintest of shadows and haunts his foes with vestiges of their own inner darkness and fears
Ky, like any other Slayer, is capable of absorbing his element to refill his magical energy and cure him of fatigue. He's also quite fast and powerful, thought this is balanced out by him having lesser defenses. He's at his most powerful during the day, when the sun is shining on him, which further increases his abilities by feeding him power directly, but is very much weakened when trapped in a place the has little to no light, as the darkness overwhelms him. Xae, like Ky, can eat his element to gain strength and stamina, and is at his strongest during the night and under the cover of darkness. While he suffers a weakness to intense lights, things like moonlight or low lights to not drain on him much, if at all. He's also a much more balanced fighter, able to fight both offensively and defensively with equal levels of skill, though this isn't as impressive as it sounds, as he hardly gets as much time to practice as he'd like, and thus is still inexperienced when it comes to combat.
Ky and Xae can switch places whenever they want, but in order to do so, they must be able to meditate for a short amount of time, like around 10-15 seconds(a post or two) in order to do so, making it very ill-advised to perform this during a fight, especially when fighting an opponent on their own. Known Spells:: Twilight God's Bellow: Basic Slayer Breath attack
Twilight God's Fist: Basic Slayer melee attack
Twilight God's Pulse: Sends out a shockwave of light/darkness in order to push enemy's away. Low damage, but has a lot of force behind, making it very difficult to resist getting blown off one's feet
Twilight God's Shining Spear: A piercing beam of light, this is an enhanced version of the Bellow Attack, focusing it's power into a long-range beam that has heighten piercing potential and can leave some pretty nasty burns. Can also be used to break through barriers, and has an added effect of wiping away illusions that may be cast on the target on a hit or near miss..
Twilight God's Veil: A spell that either cloak the user in shadows or bends light around them, hiding their presence with great efficiency. However, the moment they move to attack some one, or make any sudden movements, the effects of the spell will be broken, instantly revealing them.
Twilight God's Blinding Gaze: A blast of light coming from the user's eyes, it has a wide area of effect, blinding anyone who gets caught by it for about 2 posts.
Twilight God's Haze of Nightmares: The user breathes out a thick black fog that obscures the vision of those that the user deems an enemy. Foes caught in the fog will be subjected to visions of monstrous creatures chasing after them. Seeming to block their every move, and only attacking when the foe is attacked by an outside force.
Twilight God's Burning Retribution: Coats the user in burning light that's solid as steal, enabling them to take more damage, as well as allowing them to deal more damage with their physical attacks.
Twilight God's Shadow: Coats the user in formless darkness, increasing their speed and evasiveness, as well as giving them the ability to split into up to 5 duplicates, all being able to fight to some degree and take one or two hits before fading away.
Twilight God's Penance: A mark of either burning light or chilling shadow that slowly weakens the target's ability to use magic, making it feel as if their veins are being filled with burning lead or ice, depending on the user, whenever they try to use their magic. It'll either wear off after 6 posts, or can be removed through any form of mid-level curse removal magic.
Twilight God's Radiant/Umbral Shield: This spell creates a barrier made of either light or shadow, depending on the user, that defensive power is dependent on whether it's in an area that aligns with it's element and how much energy the user feeds into it.
Twilight God's Radiance: This spell allows the user to rejuvenate and heal his allies by basking them with their light. Can also be used on the user, but to a lesser effect.
Secret Arts: Twilight God's Secret Art: Hyperion Blaze: This attack by far the most powerful attack that Ky has, and is one he'll only use when he means to end someone's life. This spell begins with Ky activating it with the code phrase: "The light shines brightest in the darkness when it has nothing left to fear, for it is in fear that darkness gains it's strength." Ky then proceeds to begin to absorb the magical energy from light around him in a charge up process that takes about 4 posts. As time goes on, his magical energy, physical strength, and speed will continue to increase until either the spell is completed or he is defeated. If the charge up is completed, Ky is completely cloaked in radiant darkness, which glows with such brightness that it's hard to look at him directly and gives off an very large amount of heat, so much show that it's likely to blister skin if one gets too close. He then gathers all of this energy into his palm before firing it at his foe in a highly concentrated beam. It'll tear across the ground at an extremely high speed, ripping the ground apart and practically disintegrating anything that gets within 10-15 feet of it, due to the immense amount of heat contained with in the beam. The attack is than followed up by a sphere dark radiance following the line of the beam near the attack, slamming into the target and exploding in a large vertical beam of energy, with a radius of about 10 meters, and the heat from the attack can effect any where within 5 feet of the beam, causing some mild burns to those nearby.
The drawback however is that Ky will almost instantly be knocked unconscious due to the immense strain on his body, both from draining himself of so much magic and increasing his reserves way past their limits. Even if he isn't unconscious, he will definitely be unable to move and well on his way to entering the 3 day coma that his body requires to recover from this attack. This is his ultimate, all or nothing, last resort attack, so he has to be absolutely sure that he wants to use it, cause once he starts it, he can't stop.
Twilight God's Secret Art: Rivers of the Underworld: Xae focuses his energies into the ground, causing a large amount of magical energy to build up before bursting out of the ground in five flowing rivers of pure magical energy, the glowing white substances writhing with the souls of the dead. Xae much name a river of the underworld, and that will decide the next effect as the rivers of energy continue to flow on, except now the souls within it are whispering darkened whispers in a language none can understand. Upon hearing these whispers, a person will find themselves under whatever effect is associated with the name of the river selected. Xae can also choose who to spare from the effects when he cast the spells, as well as shift the flows of the rivers of energy, which while not damaging, can be used to protect himself or others as they are quite dense and malleable.
Styx: This river of hatred imparts the grudge of a thousand spirits upon those who listen to their melody, causing them to come under assault by a horde of spectral assailants for up to 5 turns. Each person is haunted by their own demons, invisible to all but them, either hideous monsters or more personal ones that resemble a person that they despise with all of their being. These specters will call out biting taunts to the afflicted, who while under the influence of Styx is also much quicker to react in anger to such things. The assailants can't do any damage to the individual physically, but their blades can cause a feeling of numbness if they make contact with the target.
Lethe: The river of forgetfulness will, in essence, drain away ones knowledge on how to use magic. Over the course of 5 posts, they'll find their control over their magic and ability to cast become progressively weaker and weaker until the effect ends, but even then, it'll take about as long for their powers to return to their previous levels
Acheron: The river of pain and agony, those who hear their maddened cacophony will become struck by an unspeakable level of pain that will leave them paralyzed for 1 post, and have them move at a much lessened pace after that for about 4 posts, as the pain they feel makes it hard to move and also makes it difficult to focus on their magic, making them incapable of using their more powerful or complex attacks.
Phlegethon: This river functions a bit differently than the others, as the voices of the dead began to spread ethereal white flames randomly around the place, leaving allies on harmed, but causing a lot of damage to foes. . . or so it would seem. In actuality, it´s all a very powerful illusion that is laced into the melody, and thus makes it harder to dismiss due to the fact that the magic is so diluted and constantly being applied. The illusionary flames appear and last for about 6 posts before they finally wink out of existence.
Cocytus: The river of lamentation shall lock those who hear them into a world of despair, the cacophony of harrowed wailing and cries, regrets of the past will rise up to torture the victims, playing on their self-hatred and dark secrets to make them lose the will to fight, the will to live. However, if this reminder of past transgressions enrages the opponent instead of breaking their spirit, they´re anger will be turned onto either their former allies or just nothingness as they fight with the air. This lasts for about 4 rounds
This attack is fairly draining, but not as much as the other one due to it using much less energy. However, while the effects are in place, he´s unable to use his magic as freely as one might normally, as the magic is still feeding on his magic, and if he uses it up early, the effects could end prematurely.

Basic Info
Name::Kyvirn Xaesos Nickname/Alias:: "Ky"(pronounced Kai) "Xae" Gender:: Male Height:: 5'11 Age and date of birth:: 19, Oct 15th
Guild:: Golem's Hand, his guild mark is on his right shoulder and it's colored a mix of white and black
Rank:: A
Personal Information
Personality:: Ky is usually quite tame and silent. He hardly talks much, and communicates mostly through gestures, body language, and(if he's stayed in one place long enough) a form of sign language that is relatively simple to learn the basics of. He refers to keep to himself rather than intermingle with others most of the time, but when the occasions calls for it, he can stand to be around most people, though if some gets to be too annoying he tends to leave soon after. His views on the world, at least from what most people can understand of them, are very pessimistic, as he believes that humanity in general is doomed to drive itself head long into it's own destruction . . . but that being said, he's also not one to stand idly by complaining about it. He'll do anything he feels he's able to do in order to save another person, and has even risked his own life to do so on more than one occasion. When asked why he does so much, he replies that how can he expect the world to get any better if he doesn't expend the effort to make it so in the first place.
His other half, Xaesos(or Xae), is much more talkative and sociable than Ky, when he makes an appearance, that is. Xae loves to stick his nose where it doesn't belong, eavesdropping on conversations or talking with servants in order to get the latest in guild and town gossip, mostly because Ky never talks to anyone, so he has to make the most of his time whenever he does gain control. Like Ky, he loves to help people, and is very open about it, but he also tends to go overboard in his attempts. One such instance is when he used high level magics to bring down a purse thief, or break a magical artifact to keep it out of the wrong hands, even if such actions were unnecessary. Another thing about Xae is that he's a bit gullible and highly impulsive, never being one to look before he leaps into whatever danger he's confronted with.
Magic
Magic Name:: Twilight God Slayer Description:: A strange magic that he has possessed since birth, Ky and Xae both possess one half of the Twilight Godslayer magic, with Ky possessing the highly offensive powers of Light, shining in black radiance to show case its slightly darkened taint, and Xae holding wielding the powers of Darkness, which hide hide him in the faintest of shadows and haunts his foes with vestiges of their own inner fears and demons/
Twilight God's Radiant Sun: Ky focuses a large amount of energy into his hand, before launching it into the air above him, where it'll soon burst into a ball of harsh light, brightening up an area, as well as canceling out any illusionary magics that may be in the area.
Twilight God's Burning Retribution: Coats the user in burning light that's solid as steal, enabling them to take more damage, as well as allowing them to deal more damage with their physical attacks.
Twilight God's Radiant/Umbral Shield: This spell creates a barrier made of either light or shadow, depending on the user, that defensive power is dependent on whether it's in an area that aligns with it's element and how much energy the user feeds into it.
Secret Arts: Twilight God's Secret Art: Hyperion Blaze: This attack by far the most powerful attack that Ky has, and is one he'll only use when he means to end someone's life. This spell begins with Ky activating it with the code phrase: "The light shines brightest in the darkness when it has nothing left to fear, for it is in fear that darkness gains it's strength." Ky then proceeds to absorb the magical energy from light around him in a charge up process that takes about 4 posts. It'll tear across the ground at an extremely high speed, ripping the ground apart and practically severely burning anything that gets within 5 feet of it, due to the immense amount of heat contained with in the beam. The attack is than followed up by a sphere dark radiance following the line of the beam near the attack, slamming into the target and exploding in a large vertical beam of energy, with a radius of about 10 meters, and the heat from the attack can effect anywhere within 5 feet of the beam, causing some mild burns to those nearby.

@Raijinslayer I'll get back to you buddy. Don't have time to look over the whole sheet right now. I know he was approved before but I'm fuzzy on the details.
@Vongola_HasayoFrom what I remember, the only things that were iffy were his Secret Arts, which I was still working on. Also, since we´re going for recently promoted S-classes, can Ky be an S class for Golem´s Hand?

Basic Info
Name: Phoebe Hyperion
Nickname/Alias: Untouchable Princess
Gender: Female
Age and date of birth: 17
Guild: Harpy's Wing, the mark is located on her chest and is color black.
Rank: S-rank (Power increases and decreases depending on the amount of light out)
Personal Information
Personality:: Silent and introverted, Phoebe does not care for the company of people and it shows in her attitude. She is indifferent to most all things, and generally never really seems to care. Though she does not talk much, when she does, she is straight, to the point and painfully blunt, stating her opinion regardless of what other people might think or feel, so she often comes of as rude or condescending. She never displays extreme emotion and does not react around others who do. Even with her life and the life of others threatened, she does not so much as break into a sweat.
She generally avoids fights, and seems to take no enjoyment in getting into battles, as a result, there are rumors that she does not actually deserve her spot as an S-class mages, and that it was given to her out of pity, favoritism, or some other base reason.
One thing she does seem to react to are demons. Though her demeanor does not change, she becomes sharper and more animated when they are mentioned, hinting the hate she feels beneath.
History: Phoebe was a prodigious mage, born from two prominent researches. She could grasp theories quicker than most adults could, and sometimes would actively participate in the research done by her parents. However, it could be said that she was too prodigious. She had intelligence, but none of the wisdom, and none of the temperance that her adult peers had. It made her rash, impatient, and arrogant. It made her question her parents methods, and irritated with the "sluggishness" of their research. It made her experiment behind their back, eager to show them that her methods were more practical.
Ultimately, it made her into an orphan.
Phoebe dove too deep into her research without proper preparation. By complete accident, she had summoned a demon that she thought she had under control. She wanted to use this demon to study the nature of God Slayer and other lost magics. Upon its summoning, Phoebe established a contract that granted her complete immunity from the demon, making it so that it was unable to harm her, whether directly or indirectly, though the contract worked both ways, she benefited more due to the knowledge she gained and the fact that she was the weaker of the two. Soon, however, she found out that the demon was not under her control. Though it aided her, as per their contract, it slowly but surely began killing other members of her parents research team to feed its strength. The contract never specified what would happen to those not involved, after all. At first she was unaware of what was causing these deaths, as she was sure of the leash she had on the demon, not to mention she kept a close eye on it at all times.
What she did not know was that the demon had a natural affinity for the darkness. It could kill silently and unnoticed, all the while appearing to not have moved. When Phoebe slept, its shadow traveled away from its body to act as assassin and reaper, gaining the souls of ever person it killed to feed its strength.
Once she found out, she tried to put a stop to it, but soon found that the demon had become too strong for her to banish. Its power unleashed, it razed the town she lived in to the ground, and killed everything in it, except her, due to the contract they held. Included among the dead were her parents.
Alone with nothing but her damnable research, Phoebe swore revenge. She pored countless hours into her research for ways to combat the darkness-aligned demon, and after four years, tracked down and faced the demon. Upon breaking their contract, the two could now face off against each other. In a brutal war of attrition that lasted two days and nights, Phoebe finally won. The victory was hollow, however, for upon defeating the demon, she realized that her research had paid off, and gifted her with an absolutely unique and powerful magic.
And all it cost was her parents, and everyone she loved.
Her appearance at the door of Harpy's Wing was mere coincidence. The broken light mage fell there in a daze after wandering for a week with out food or water.
To this day, nobody is really sure what she wants anymore. She rarely hangs around other guild members, preferring to stay inside her room all day, or be outside. Nobody's even sure when she takes jobs.
Magic
Magic Name: Light Dominion Magic
Description: Countless years of research and blood has yielded a to Dianne a light magic that is entirely her own. The first of its kind, Light Dominion Magic does not actually use mana to conjure light to be used, but rather, uses mana to manipulate existing light. In other words, her magic acts as finely tuned mirrors and magnifying glasses. The greatest aspect of this magic, however, is the fact that using actual light means her spells travel much quicker than other light-based magics, making avoiding her spells an absolute nightmare. When used to its absolute limit, Light Dominion Magic can actually divert light faster than it can travel, and as a result completely darken the atmosphere around the area it's being used in. Unlike most mages, Phoebe does not require the use of her hands for most spells, which is why she's earned the nickname "Untouchable Queen", due to her preferred method of fighting to just stand still and rain spells on her opponent as they blindly stumble towards her. She can even manipulate artificial light, and convert it to real light that she can use.
Known Spells: Light Queens Canopy - In the canopy, light in an area of effect can be manipulated, and as a result, she can bend the image that light creates on persons eyes, causing her to look invisible, or to reverse the directions, or even cause nausea by messing with a person's sense of perception.
Javelin of Light - Her main offensive spell. The Javelin of light is a concentrated beam that travels quickly and silently, with terrifying piercing power. Objects too close to the Javelin may be set on fire due to the heat. Phoebe also has the ability to tag people with a magic seal. Said seal then becomes a homing beacon for the Javelin to close in on. She can launch it one after the other or in a barrage to fit her needs.
Sola Barrier - A barrier made of light that takes the concept of "offense is the best defense" to the extreme. Phoebe creates a wall of rebounding light around her that evaporates whatever it comes into contact with. She can increase the range of the barrier for offensive use, though doing that exponentially decreases its power.
Hyperion Buster - Her most powerful attack. Hyperion Buster rebounds light against each other, and compresses it all into one spot so quickly and tightly that the area around her darkens completely, except for where Hyperion buster is. It is then launched towards her opponent. Hyperion Buster ignores all kinds of physical resistance, as the light passes directly through it instead, melting objects from the inside. However, this spell has two major flaws: one is that it can only be used if there is a sufficient amount of light out - most of the time, this means high noon. Its second flaw is that after using it, the void of darkness it creates severely weakens the strength of her spells for a brief period of time.
Sun Chariot - the spell that got her into S-rank, contrary to popular opinion. It is not even a spell designed for combat, but rather a spell meant for transportation, though that does not mean it doesn't have combat capabilities. Sun Chariot converts her entire body to light and transports her in the direction she chooses. Moving at the speed of light practically guarantees that no one can keep up with her if she wanted to run. This spell does have flaws, in that Phoebe cannot travel where she does not have vision. This can be remedied with sight lacrima, however. There is a half a minute cool down time between each use of the spell.
Other
Relatives: None, most are deceased, while she could care less about those still living.
Possessions: Several lacrima filled with magical light, and some meant for sight and kept in a small satchel, a lot of books, most of which she keeps in her room, and a pendant that she never takes off. Asides from that, not much.
"Wahaha!~ It's HAMMER TIME!~ Okay, yeah, that was horrible. Hehe, but still funny."
Standing at an imposing 6'4", Chloe dwarfs even most of the men she knows. Not to mention she's probably physically stronger than most of them as well. That hammer she carries? It weighs an astonishing 75lbs, and she can swing it with ease. It's made out of magically enhanced steel so that it doesn't break even under extreme pressure or damage. Even other magic would have trouble affecting it. Not to mention the armor she wears easily adds another fifty pounds or so.
She has light brown hair, usually tied back into a ponytail with a blue ribbon. She has chocolate colored eyes, and her skin constantly has a rich tan considering the time she spends outside (No tanlines either. Heh heh.) The only thing remarkable about her appearance other than her impressive physical size, is a large, jagged scar that runs diagonally across her back from her right shoulder, to her left thigh.
It's just about the only thing she doesn't really like talking about.
-Basic Info-
Name: Chloe Vollan
Nickname/Alias: The Stone Bulwark
Gender: Female
Age and date of birth: 20, July 7th.
Guild: Golems Hand Guild Mark is located on her right leg, easily visible. It's an earthy brown in color.
Rank: A-rank.
~Personal Information~
Personality: Completely bubbly, Chloe is about as friendly as they come. Most would equate her to a giant cuddly teddy bear who loves giving people her special brand of rib crushing hugs.
Most of the time, she's all smiles and can brighten any room. Outgoing and as social as they come, Chloe is usually well liked by most. She also loves a good brawl, and would never back down from any challenge and always goes full out in any fight, even with her friends and Guildmates.
She does indeed have trouble holding back. To her, she lives her life to the fullest with zero restraints and she has trouble understanding those who are shy or unsociable. That said, she would also never insult them - because for while she doesn't agree or understand them, she would never go so far as to say someone's way of life is any worse than hers simply because she doesn't understand.
However, If that way of life involves bullying others or using the 'ends justify the means' approach, you're going to find your head dislocated form your shoulders. If there's one thing she can't stand, it's bullies and those who pick on the weak...or those who sit idly by watching the bullying happen.
She would do anything to help her friends and guild mates, even if it meant putting herself in harms way. Perhaps a bit of an odd trait, for one of Golem's hand who view the strength of the individual over allies as a whole, but she doesn't let it get to her. She joined Golem's hand simply because well, she sort of like the name better.
A master of good decisions, Chloe is objectively not some times.
History: Born in a village far from either Harpy's Wing or Golem's hand, Chloe is pretty much a foreigner to these lands. She had a relatively...easy, life growing up, if you could call it that. Her parents were traveling merchants, traveling quite often and never staying in one place for long. Some might have developed a fear of others, or simply grown tired of it, but she loved it. Meeting new people and places...she could never get enough of it.
Such a life, wouldn't last though.
When they were traveling, they were beset by wild animals who seemed particularly enraged. Her father and her fought to the best of their abilities, but it was in vain. The monsters slaughtered them, and she would have died if it hadn't been for a passing monk that healed her, and took her in. For a time, the young girl was completely shattered. The monk took pity on her though, and asked her if she wanted the power to save not only herself, but her friends and family as well.
She, of course, was skeptical of such power at first but accepted anyways. So he took her deep into this cave system...where a dragon slept. Stunned and a little bit in awe of the grand creature, the dragon taught her the ways of a dragon slayer.
And then the dragon disappeared after teaching her about everything he could.
With newfound determination, she practiced ancient dragon slayer magic, and learn martial arts from the monk. When she was old enough, she left, taking the hammer he gifted her with her and set out. Sometime later, she found herself in Luna Crescente, and helped quite a number of people during the attack by the dark guild, and later joined Golem's Hand.
-Magic-
Magic Name:: Stone Dragon Slayer magic
Description:: One of the ancient Dragon Slayer magics, and much of her magic is based on manipulating earth in some way. Like with the rest, she is able to eat stones, rocks, and other hard sediments from the earth to replenish her magic and stamina, and for the most part fighting her with other earth-based magic is gonna be fairly futile.
~Known Spells~
~Offensive~
Stone Dragon's Roar: A basic slayer spell. A blast of magic spews from her mouth, as though one was being hit with a landslide of countless boulders. It's quite the powerful spell despite its simplicity.
Stone Dragons' Crushing Claw: She strikes someone with a powerful, rock-shattering blow, either with a kick or a punch. More of a 'blunt' attack, it doesn't have much in the way of armor-piercing power, but it can easily crush foes.
Stone Dragons' Spines: Sharp stones are launched at the foe from the casters hand. These can vary in size greatly, from small stones to large spikes five times the size of humans. Needless to say, they are quite devastating, and are gonna hurt if you get smacked with one.
Stone Dragons' Reckless Charge: Chloe charges at the target, using the earth beneath her feat to launch her at an opponent at almost blinding speeds. It has enough force to knock through most walls, trees, buildings, and even iron. It's an incredibly inaccurate attack, however, and easy to see coming.
If you do get hit with it though, you're gonna hurt. Best part is, she takes zero damage from these charges, and she can chain these together, so do be prepared.
Can be used for more than combat purposes as well, such as moving quickly or ascending vertically.
Stone Dragons Tail Hammer: Summoning massive stones, Chloe forms them into a hammer and slams it into the opponent or the ground. The force is enough to cause the very earth to quake from the impact. Chaining this attack together with Reckless Charge, makes for a mean one-two combo that'll take a good chunk of years off your life expectancy.
Stone Dragons Barrage: Probably her fastest, but lowest damaging attack. She closes in and unleashes a flurry of blows upon the opponent, as though they were being struck by numerous hand-sized pebbles. Designed to hit opponents faster than she is, but she's likely not gonna be doing much damage. Thankfully, she can usually keep the spell up until her foe has been dealt with. She will also often use this first to gauge the speed of her opponent in battle before getting a bit serious.
Stone Dragons Land Destruction: Probably her most powerful spell. She slams her hammer or hands into the earth. The earth rumbles, a powerful blast of magic completely decimating a portion of the land beneath them and sending a shower of rocks, stones, and earth debris skyward along with whoever was caught inside. Then, the stones rush downwards at a blinding speed, crushing any caught within and dragging them into the crater, burying and crushing them to death under a pile of stones and rocks.
~Passive~ Stone Dragons' Scales: While not scales, per se, when getting at least somewhat serious for a fight, her skin becomes rock itself and turns a slate grey color, making her skin almost impossible to damage except with iron, steel, and people with enough magic power to chip away at hard rock.
Stone Dragons Bulwark: This passive ability makes it so that she is able to resist the effects of non-damaging magic to some extent. As in, she can simply shrug off some magic that isn't designed to directly deal damage. Illusions, curses, and things like that all fall into that category. Those that do manage to affect her, will be greatly reduced in effect.
-Other-
Requip What? expect her to carry that hammer around 24/7?
Other: - Skilled martial artist and at using her hammer, even without magic, - her magic isn't designed to be quick, but to hit hard enough to fell most opponents in a few hits.
Relatives:: Her teacher, old man Holldan. A monk who spends his days in quiet meditation. She basically considers him her adoptive father.
Possessions: Hammer of Giants, Volldrung. Her armor, which she forged and crafted herself.
