All his features are defined, his mouth is permanently set in a condescending sneer, with a small forming moustache above it. He is fairly broad shouldered and extremely muscular, with a large tattoo on his back of a hammer-and-sickle. His arms are covered in other tattoos, all of them representing happy memories for him.
Attire
Alfanasy usually wears a charcoal grey jacket, with a lined with white fur. His shirt is white, always freshly pressed, and he wears a black tie, with white stripes. His shirt is occasionally un-buttoned at the top, with the tie hanging around his neck, completely untied. His trousers are always dress-trouser, and he wear a black belt with a large silver buckle. What I'm Really Like
To those who have never met him before, Alfanasy tends to rub people the wrong way. He can be seen as un-emotional, passive, but a bit twisted. His silent loyalty is what earned him the rank of caporegrime in his family. He tends to belive that everything should be equal, like a tried-and-true communist, and beloves that Obshina Bratva provide the justice the law didn't realise that they weren't providing. However, his blind faith is also his biggest and most prominent weakness.
On the job, one tends to find that he is even more sick-in-the-head, and twisted than he may let on. He loves a chance to get his pale hands dirty, but not literally. His twisted ways of intimidation, and his ability to make sure the enemy never, usually see him comming earned him his moniker, 'The Shadow.'
But, what lies behind the stoic, steady exterior? A man who is so bitter about his past, he would kill even the boss of his family to get revenge. The flames of undying passion lurk beneath the shadows, he has a giant chip on his shoulder. What can I say? He really, REALLY, wants revenge on the White Dragon Triad, no matter the cost.
All About My Past
There's a saying, 'the Wrong side of The Tracks.' Well if there's a Wrong side, there has to be a Right side, correct? If so, then Alfanasy grew up right in the Middle of The Tracks, which is a strange start for a mobster. In his case then, the Middle of The Tracks is called Tula, a city that is the center of military industrialism, soliders flooded the city. Alfanasy liked it there, he loved the order, everyone following the same rules. It was bliss. His father, a retired solider, decided that his son was so enthusiastic about military life that he would be absolutely elated to join the military. Without a second thought Alfanasy was enrolled in a boot camp at 10.
Life there was harsh, but the 'professors' (if you can call them that) thought that he was the paragon of a solider. Untill he turned 15. He noticed something then, the soliders were fighting for their president, so he can industrialise the nation. The people weren't consulted about what he did, if it was right or wrong. They just had to live. It seemed unfair to the boy, and when he brought it up with a senior 'student' (if you can call the boys there that) thought he was crazy. People started to realise he had the makings of a crazed communist inside of him, and they were scared by the boy. Only a few men took him in when he was thrown out of boot camp and kicked out of his house. They called themselves the 'Soviet-Socialist Party.' A small time group that had connections with the mob. The men took him under their wing, took him to their meeting secretly.
And in a meeting, he met a fallen angel. He met Svetlana. She was everything he could have dreamed of, his twin soul, the complete opposite of the stoic boy. Bubbly, outspoken, yet somewhat innocent. Her father ran the meetings, all she had known was communism. A little part of him wanted to save her from the life she was to lead. They ended up as lovers, and when they were 23, they realised they had made a terrible mistake. Svetlana was pregnant with Alfanasy's child. Valentin, the 'vice-captain' told them they should start a new life, spreading their views in St Petersburg. They fled, away from Svetlana's angry parents. Svetlana had a son, a wonderful boy, Dmitry Alfanasy Timofey.
But their happiness was short-lived. Svetlana's father, Alexi, was bitter, and he turned to a man he knew he could trust. A contact from The White Dragon Triad. Alexi told him his plight, and explained that Alfanasy was a threat. The Triad beloved him, and tried to take out him, his lover, and his son. However, Valentin got in contact with them, and tried to save them. But he was too late, Svetlana was shot, trying to protect her 'Dear Alfan' and her 'Darling Dmitry.' Dmitry was only five when his mother was shot. Valentin raised they boy on his own, so he did not have to bear the grief of his past, and Alfanasy ran away, to New York. He easily came into contact with the mob, Obshina Bratva, who heard about him from Russia. He begged for them to protect him, and let him join as a solider. That was their plan in the first place. He quickly rose through the ranks, becoming a Capo at the age of 30, feared and respected by all (well, most people.)
