@duskshine749Yes, I feel Arthur may face tons of jealousy from NPC slaves. As for the Overseers, it depends. They may or they may not mess with him. Some may not dare to because he's the steward of Crassus and they would be too afraid for him to tell Crassus or leave any sign of abuse on him. If Crassus ever asked an overseer to punish Arthur for whatever reason, then he would probably get the worst beating unfortunately. And then there are those overseers who don't care and would dare Arthur to tell Crassus lest he want to suffer more or lest he want to see his friends suffer. They can make it pretty difficult.

I finally finished the post. It's 9 pages! But I highly highly highly recommend that you read all of it or at least the parts you think are most important. I am proof-reading it and then I'll post it up. There are several plots mentioned in this post, which is why I encourage you to read it closely. :)

Now that all the IC posts are up, you all are free to post at your leisure just be sure to read the IC post first because there are some events that you may want to pay attention to.

It's Day One and in the evening so you can assume from 5pm all the way into midnight. There is no posting order, but I ask if you are waiting on someone to post that you wait patiently and not skip them unless otherwise told to by the GM (due to the activity rules).

Great IC post @Holy Soldier, I have a good idea how my post will be going for the most part. I'm just wondering what Arthur does after the banquet? Does he stay by Crassus' side? Is he ordered to help clean the hall because in a weird way losing Leo was his fault? Or should I just react to what happened in the first post and you'll guide me from there?

@duskshine749React to what happened in the first post (whatever you think Arthur would have reacted), then with the conclusion of the banquet, feel free to just have him doing whatever. Crassus could have retired to his chambers and Arthur is free to tend to other duties. If he wants to try and save Leo, he could tell the others about what happened and they all could go investigate.

Since Bram works in the kitchen, I know he has a high chance to see Gilles and the other overseer using the secret passage in the cellar. So, if he secretly sees them use the passage, then he could tell the group how they accessed it.

I'll start working on my post shortly, but I have two questions I feel might be relevant: Has Edgar ever heard the heartbeat of the nocturnal overseer? Also, was there anything abnormal about Achilles' heartbeat that Edgar would have been able to detect?

Awesome! One question though: Joan of Arc believed that god spoke to her in her head, when really it was some sort of mental illness. But how would that play out in this world, since the "god" we know doesn't even exist as a concept in this universe, let alone an actual entity? I was thinking that perhaps she alone would believe in this voice inside her head who called itself god, and do as it says, insisting that it's the true creator.
