@PhoenixSince we're vaguely going off a 5e tabletop, I would guess that from the sallyport to the drake is roughly ten feet, so you're not within disadvantage range. Though even if you were, if you're hitting anyone effected by the Fairie Fire it doesn't matter you'll be hitting for neutral.
Darts are technically ammunition ala arrows, so you don't need to "unsheath" a dart and you can just throw it if you have the attacks for it. As for unsheathing a quaterstaff, you could do it as part of your move action I think. I could be wrong.
And yes, you can throw a dart and move in for melee if that's part of your fury. Unlike in previous editions, there isn't anything that stops you from attacking, moving, and attacking again as long as you have the movement to burn. Well aside from AoP's whenever possible. basically everyone can do a sort of lesser spring attack, except they'll provoke AoPs for moving out of a threaten square (But not through, so you can reposition yourself since there also isn't a 5-foot step anymore).
However, it's also not your turn on the initiative order. It's Brannon's turn, the turn order sheet is on the first post in the CS page for easy access. Though if this is a surprise round in our favor, I suppose it doesn't matter, but still. We should go when it's our turn, hence why I haven't posted yet.
And if
@Hekazu doesn't mind, I could try to make a grid map of the room. Of course using his dimensions, it might be a bit... Cramp.
