Alex also saw this out the window and started crying.

Sarah hugged Alex

"Yes you can Lianne, and if you can't, you still have us to help you. Don't say you can't do it, you've dealt with tbis crazy family." Avary says, trying to be reassuring.
Alex hugged Sarah back, tears flowing down his face.

Lianne shook her head and stood up and went in front of another moving car but again they stopped.
Sarah tried to calm him down

"Lianne! For the love of God! Stop trying to kill yourself! Do you really think Luke would want you to throw your life away? You know, that day, it might not've been an accident that he got hit, he could've moved in front to protect you! If that's so, do you want to throw away the last gift your brother gave to you?!" Avary yelled to her.
Alex wasn't calming down, and he then saw Avary just yelling, and started to cry more.

"Look at me I can't survive without him my twin" she hadn't eaten a proper meal for weeks and no sleep.
Sarah tried to calm him

Alex couldn't calm down. All the events of that day were too much.
