Katrina sunk to the ground, not being able to move anymore, gasping for breath and her breathing is really fast and she is crying.
"I told you I am fine" Lianne saw Katrina and was worried

Sebastian ran to the kitchen for a paper bag or something.
Avary leaned down next to Katrina.

Katrina was having a really bad panic attack and it was her worst attack ever.
Lianne locked herself in her room

Avary sighed at Lianne, and tried to comfort Katrina.
Sebastian grabbed a bag and rushed back up to Katrina.

Katrina was not calming down as easy as she used to as today had been too much for her

Avary knew how she felt, and tried to reassure her it'd be fine.
Sebastian gave her the bag, then knocked on Lianne's door to see if she was OK.

Katrina breathed into the bag more and more to try to calm down
Lianne opened her door. "I TOLD YOU I AM FINE" She screamed thinking it was Avary

Avary put a hand on Katrina's shoulder.
Sebastian shook his head, then pulled out some things in his pocket, then unlocked Lianne's door.

Katrina tried to calm down and her breathing came back to normal but she was still shaking
Lianne was sitting on the windowsill, legs hanging out of the window

Avary tried to stop Katrina's shaking.
Sebastian knocked on the doorframe to show Lianne he was there, then walked over.

Katrina's shaking slowed before stopping completely. She was now really alert after a panic attack and noticed every little thing as her senses were on hyper and would be for a while.
Lianne was on the edge and going forward. "GO AWAY"

Avary hugged Katrina.
Sebastian rushed forward and grabbed his younger cousin to stop her from falling.

Katrina looked over alert right now as she was.
Lianne sighed. "I am going to the park, alone"

Avary saw how alert Katrina was.
Sebastian sighed. "OK, but please use the door, not the window." He said and patted her shoulder, discreetly putting something to know if she was going to the park.

Katrina curled into a ball, trying to get her senses off overdrive like they always were after a panic attack.

Sebastian pulled out his phone and saw the little red blip that was Lianne heading towards the park. Then he went out to check on Katrina.
Avary sat next to Katrina.
