Avary called his father to come to the hospital.

Sarah bit her lip. She was hiding something as she nodded. (She hides 2 conditions one causes her to mentally black out and the other one is Seperation anxiety)
She was still bad

Juno hugged her. "It's fine, you tell me in your own time." He said, sounding calmer than he has in a while.

Juno started to tear up. He looked over to Emma, tears running down his face. "Emma, please help, she's note waking up." Juno had never fully witnessed one of Sarah's blackouts.

Sarah snapped out of it and saw her twin upset and pulled him into her arms. "What's wrong Juno"

Juno hugged her tightly, his body wracked with sobs. "Y-you weren't w-waking up. A-and . . ." He said and broke down.
