Mathias was currently arguing with the demon that had been trying to possess him. "Damn you! get out of my head!" The demon laughed in response reminding him that he wouldn't be alive without him. "I don't care I won't let you have me!" He struggled against the demon's toying again, until he noticed that if eventually stopped and the voice went quiet.Confused he opened his eyes and found himself staring at the large man that had addressed himself as Earth. This man had to be one of the elemental just as his name suggested. His mere presence was enough to get the demon to go quiet. "Um, hi." He brought himself to stand . "So what happens now?"

"Hm" earth said "interesting. You have bonded with a demon. Or forcibly bonded with own. Spirit will find this of note. Come"

He turned, and simply opened a door in the earth

Mathias looked at the newly formed door. "Well that's not at all ominous." Then again he didn't really have any other options right now. He took a deep breath before walking through the door.

Earth followed and the door disappeared.

"Looks like they have started the party with out us. How rude" Earth said, but his time was light and cheerful, leading the way into the castle.

"There are five other students" he informed Mathias

"Ah. Earth has returned" spirit said

Erik sighed and folded his arms. He shook his head unhappy at having to wait. He unfolded his arms and pulled out his bow and unstrung it, wiping it down and cheering it for cracks. He ran a cloth down the wood, cleaning it off. He finished that, and put it away, back in the special spot in the quiver. He pulled out his knives, checking the blades for the sharpness and wiped then off before putting them back in its place. He felt safer here, so he didn't see the need to keep his bow with him at all times. But he would keep the knives one his body.

The five teachers stood in a star, with spirit in the point.

"We welcome you six" spirit said, "the first, we hope, of many!" He waved a hand, and a staff flew across the room to his hand. He muttered a word, and the room lit up clearly.

"We had thought there to be more girls, but none the less. Through the door to the left is bedrooms, boys to the right and girls -well uh, girl to the left" spirit said "eat. Then rest because in the Morning you shall begin!"

"WOW WOW WOW, not that I'm complaining, because this is probably the nicest place I've ever seen and some of the best food, but can we talk about this whole....morning thing? I've always been more of a crack of noon guy" Johnny asked, not trying to be disrespectful, he'd seen where that would get him, at least where Fire was concerned, np, he intended it to sound more like a request, and less of a demand. Of course, correct tone is a hard thing to convey when you are half staring at a table filled with among the most delicious looking food one can imagine.

Spirit stared at Johnny, "bit of a hot heqd who likes to get his own way aren't you? Sorry to disappoint boy, you will wake with the rise of the sun, which you cannot see, but is estimated to rise at 0630, and there will be no complaints. Am I clear?" His tone implied there would be no arguements, or discussion off this.

shakuntala had always been an early riser, sl this news didnt bother her. Pakuna kn the other hand had always found it nard to get moving early.

Erik rolled his eyes at the statement. He waked up at dawn or even when it was still dark most days. He walked in the room that signified the boys rooms and quickly found himself a bed, swinging his quiver off and placing it on the bed, as well as his bow. He nodded and walked out of the room back into the hall and went to get himself some food.

Sage didnt have anything other than the clothes on his back, so he went straight to the food. He paid little attention to what he was shoving in his face. he didnt even take time to savor the flavor. it was his first real meal in days. enjoying it would have been fruitless if it meant taking his time with it.

Spirit sighed.

"Let the children be for now" water said, "you can finish up when they have eaten"

Spirit didn't say anytning

shakuntala walked up to the table of food Pakunw wt her side. They got some food, sitting down and began to eat

Sage took a a moment to drink something and catch his breath. He looked at Pakuna "where are you from?" he asked him, even though he half expected his sister to answer for him.

"North" Pakuna said simply, "northern Haven" he gave some food to Rhyme, "what about you?"

Shakuntala smiled slightly

"East Haven, well whats left of it. it was pretty run down" Sage explained before taking a big bite out of a drumstick on his plate

"They all are, and yet their spirits are strong" Pakuna said with a shrug, starting to eat.

Sage nodded. strong spirits were all well and good but deplorable conditions not so much. but now he knew it was like that somewhere other than where he was from. "to be honest no one knew if there were any havens working. mine lost the means to communicate years ago. we hoped but never really knew"

"All the havens lost contact with everyone, and no one was brave enough to leave and see why" Shakuntala said

"Everyone's scared" Pakuna said softly

"of course they are." Sage sighed, finishing up his meat "they dont exactly tell us good things are outside the wall. everyone is taught to be afraid. and after being out there. im not sure i can say i blame them. "

"Fear is based on ones perspective" fire said, joining them, "the beings rising are meant to be fearful for they wield magic. However, you can wield magic too. As long as you work hard and are dedicated you need never be afraid"

Shakuntala thought on this, chewing her food slowly.

Erik ate his food quietly, listening to the conversations of others. He refused to let himself feel the mind numbing fear. While he does occasionally get frightened, he has learned to keep his emotions steady over the years. He leaned back once he finished, lacing his fingers together. He then closed his eyes, resting, and calming himself. He took a deep breath then looked over at the others.
