@Dead Cruiser Well your character's gotta meet Lisa at the docks at 2:00AM. If you read the OOC and the rules, you would know that your character received a letter from Lisa, inviting your character to the docks for the Powerbound Alliance. XD

I've extensively updated the first OOC post! There's more world information there, as well as the posting format all you guys should use. Please read over all of the OOC information again. If you don't wanna, the prompt for starting off in the RP is that your character must meet Lisa at the docks at 2:00AM, because your character was sent a letter a week beforehand telling you to get there with their belongings, as they are invited to the Powerbound Alliance.

@Din Well unfortunately this game won't take place in Europe, so yeah. XD Colombia, Pacific Northwest US, Iraq and Kurdistan, Sudan, and Indonesia are amongst my prospective locations for this RP (most of it will take place in Colombia) so... I suggest that he would get a plane ticket on the way back.

@Dead Cruiser Commercial. The Powerbound Alliance has a whole lot of funds, but not that many funds! lol
