Artemis nodded and locked the door, then leaned on it for good measure. “I hope they know what they are doing...”

When the pair landed they were in a huge Japanese garden with a temple nearby. Strange looked around and said “fitting...her training must be based in the orient design...explains her fighting style and how she meditates...Logan has similar training. Well let’s go find her...but keep an eye out for her wolves...they will be on high alert to protect Wolf while she is in this state...”

Seeing the garden and temple, riza was nothing but amazed at the area before her. granted she had to be pulled out of her thoughts to look to strange as he explained what they would likely encounter. with being in a mind scape, she would be in her asgardian armor. but now it not would she now have her arc reator, but she had a damaged chest piece that she cant repair. "guess even though i seem to be friends with them, here, they will be wary and possibly hostile. good to know." she summed up with a shrug. guess we should head for the temple? think she maybe there?" she asks as she heads toward the temple. a hunch at best. "glad you chose to help by the way." saying with a sly smile, figuring he would after she got onto him. but it was still a shot to get the sorcerer supreme to come out with it and do something about it. who knew.

He sighed and said “I wasn’t sure what the best move would be for all...I am tasked in protecting many different spaces and dimensions...I didn’t want to do too much that would upset the balance in this world...but it looks like I am meant to aid as much as I can...” he paused and raised his hand as they heard singing nearby, just outside the temple. He looked at Riza. “Do you know wolf to be the singing type?” But Riza would know the tune. It was the song Wolf hummed to her when she had first arrived and Riza had known the tune then. The singing was coming from the small water fall near the back of the temple.

"I understand that, its jus-" Being cut off as she stops and looks to Strange as he raised his hand. Yep. She can respond to commands like that. habits from military men and spies. She turns her head slightly toward the sound that was just outside the temple. Singing. Yep, that was Wolf. She smiled fondly as memories of the times she hummed the tune. It was a nice tune. "Yeah. Its a habit of hers when she is focused on something that interests her. It was a tune she used to comfort me when I had let reality catch up to me when i thought that i might not have had a way to get home." She admitted and raises her hand and waves it for him to follow her, following the song that was being sung. Coming upon a waterfall, the young Stark looked around for Wolf. She thought it a bad idea not to call her out in the guess she might make things worse. Better be there face to face.

When they reached the falls they saw an older woman sitting there, Wolf sitting next to her with her head in her lap. She looked like she was resting. It was the woman who was singing, stroking wolfs head as she did. When the pair got closer the woman looked up and they would see she looked a lot like wolf, just older and not as physically fit. The woman smiled softly and held up a finger. She looked at her shadow and nodded and it moved and took her place, taking the woman’s shape so not to move wolf too much. The woman walked over after putting a shadow over wolf and said “I was wondering who was going to come...I’m not surprised it’s you Riza...or you Steven...” Steven didn’t say a word just yet and he was hiding it, but he was shocked to see who it was before him.

Seeing the scene before her of Wolf sitting beside a woman Riza hadn't seen before. She tried to keep up with faces and names that matched them. Yet no name matched this woman that gave Wolf such affection. Riza had froze in her spot as the woman had noticed them and held a finger for the silent request of holding on while she did something. That having to do with having a shadow before her replacement while she got up to greet them. Riza was surprised that this woman knew her name, though thinking on it wouldnt be such a surprise anymore for this was Wolf's mindscape. If this woman was part of her mindscape or conscious then she would know who she and Dr. Strange are. Right now what bugged her was the lack of putting a name to this woman. She had to admit that she was pretty. And for their part, broke the silence. "Who are you? You were expecting us?" She asked.

The woman smiled and said “we have met before...well, you met my shadow. You helped wolf when she needed it the most...and you saw my shadow when wolf needed the most help...” Strange turned his head and said to Riza quietly “I This is wolfs mother...at least how I believe a part of wolf remembers her...this is much more then just a mental block...wolfs mind has made a guardian of sorts for wolf...she is the defense we have been seeing in her mind.”

Riza looked confused a moment though seemed thoughtful for as this woman had explained when she had met her, all seeming to click for her then. She looked to woman with a new look of surprise as Dr. Strange had explained his thoughts to her based on the shadow and was thoughtful again. She glanced to her mentor before looking to the 'mother'. "You were the shadow i saw that coaxed me to help her when she locked herself up and when she was hurting two other times. Thats a question Ive had for forever on what had happened and how. Thank you on that mystery." She said with a smile that crossed her lips. By wondering if what Strange was saying was true, she had a thought.

"Maybe you can help us. Wolf has been starting to remember her past and its starting to hurt her because of something trying to suppress it all. I know some of it was Jon and Fates fault but we think its okay for her to remember it all but hopefully as slowly as possible without overloading her. Anyway you can help?" She asks. It never hurt to ask. Maybe even reason with her. Granted she had no idea what she was doing and from here it was very unfamiliar territory.

She smiled and said “the memory block was no one else’s doing but Wolfs...you see, when she was brought to this world, she was in so much shock her shadows wanted to protect her from it all, so her young mind blocked it all out. Dr Fate and Jon were only strenghting her mind to try to teach her to low the walls herself...but now with the wall between worlds becoming thin, the shadows are weaker with so many targets to defend against. So her mental barrier she made all those years ago is finally breaking. She’s losing the fight because she needs a way to go thru them without breaking her...” strange was rubbing his beard when he muttered “she needs a walk about...a guilded path thru her past...”

Riza listened intently as the woman as she explained what was really going on and now, she felt bad. She did the one thing she was told not to and that was the blame game and Wolf was paying for it. She felt so stupid and now she needed to fix it. She wamted to kick the dirt at her feet but went against it seeing as how she didnt know what would happen if she did. Having had looked away Riza mentally kicked herself, berating herself. She could play the self blame later. Wolf needed her help. Looking to Wolf's mother and Strange she regained her resolve. "What do we need to do to achieve that? This is where youre the experts."

Strange started to pace, rubbing his beard as he started to talk to himself. Wolfs mother smiled and laughed softly and said “he has a lot in common with Batman...I can see why Wolf respects him a lot. And why she is so protective. He was the one who saved her when she was first in the shadow plain...he helped her hear you cal her” he stopped walking for a moment and looked down at his necklace and muttered “could it be that simple...just like the sling ring...” he looked at Riza and said “Loki has taught a bit about the Infinity Stones yes? What they could do?”

The young Stark watched Dr. Strange as he paced to and fro. Her eyes glanced to Wolf's mother when she started comparing Strange to Batman. She raised a brow in confusion only to then hum when she looked to Strange again. She could see it. But if she was honest, she could see her dad in batman now and again. High tech and mission focused. Worried about those they care for. She giggled at tbe thought. When Strange looked to her, she gave a tilt of her head while he asked about Loki and the knowledge of the infinity stones. Riza nods. "He did. What you got in mind?"

Strange looked over at the sleeping Wolf and said “we will need to find something in this world that can help her open her mind...like the Mind stone does in our world...or as it is called in Australia, she needs to take a Walk About, or journey of the Soul. I think it’s the best way. Having her mind forced open or having others try and do it won’t help her” Wolfs mother nodded and said “I think that would be the best plan...but for now she needs a temporary band aid so she can finish her mission tonight. The fight club is where I thinkshe will finally gain closer for what happened that day the bomb went off”

As soon as Strange started explaining, all Riza could do was grin. Of course! Why didnt they think of that before! Genius! Though probably find someone who could help her perform this Walk About. Professionals were good. Though for now, yeah. Band aids are good. Though she still had no idea what they should do. "What kind of 'bandaid' could we use. This is were im still no expert. Wait. Are we thinking like patching up a mental wall of sorts to help keep her memories at bay till after we finish the mission? I mean, sounds logical to a degree. Bind Shadow and Magic energies?" she asks though thinking she might be understanding what needs to be done.

Strange sighed and said “it’s a good idea but I don’t want to add more things she will have to break down...but if we make a door...” he looked around and said “yes, her mind scape is perfect for it...instead of a wall, we make a door for her. Make it better for her to find the memories...what is this place exactly?” Iris pointed to the temple and said “I would say a mix of where she did training with Robin and Batman and where she grew up. It has been changing slightly to what her Home looked like but only in small details”

Riza seemed to agree with Strange on this. She didnt think about the door ehich made her bonk herself lightly on the head. Listening to what they were discussing, soon let them do what was needed since she couldnt do anything. She was meant to be the guide. Though nice to see that this mindscape was based on both worlds. Riza flinched and winced as she touched her chest, just over the arc reactor. 'Damn....seems im pushing it a little. We need to hurry before this gets worse.' she quickly masked the pain she was feeling and lowers her hand. "May want to hurry. We're running on a time clock."

On the other side, Riza's pain however isnt masked and not only flinches but starts to curl in on herself a bit too as if to protect her chest. Conner looked concerned. "Whats going on in there?"

Strange nodded and said “your right, I will be fast, it will only take a few moments.” He ran over to the temple and started to work, Iris walking to riza and putting a hand on her cheek. “Thank you for protecting her...she has so much to give in this life...but her life can not be one of them...she is too 8mportant to the fate of both worlds and others linked to them”

Robin frowned and said “something is wrong...it’s been too l9ng since they went in there...we may need meg to come and check on them”

Looking to the woman she was left alone with, a hand on her cheek, her attention focused on something else. Good. Good start. Mask the pain. You can do it. Riza smiled, "I like helping. Plus her and the team have been helping me while I'm stuck here. I want to help however I can even for a friend." She explained confidently.

Conner nodded and stood. "I'm gonna go find her then." He heads out to find Meg'aan leaving Artemis and Robin with Doctor Strange, Wolf and Riza. It wasnt long before Conner found her and knocked on the door. "I found her. Open up."

Robin went to the door and opened it and said “Meg, Riza doesn’t look good...”

Strange came back a few minutes and said “I have it all set up, but I believe Riza should know the key word to open the door. You are most likely to be with her at the right time...Riza? Are you feeling alright?” One of the wolves came over leaned on Riza and she would feel Wolfs energy. Iris smiled and said “Wolf is getting skilled...even in this state she knows when you need help”

Riza looked to Doctor Strange only for him to notice her mask. She made a note to mask her emotions better. Feeling something lean against her, looking to see a shadow wolf there and energy to help. She felt a little lighter but not by much, only lessing the pain to her heart enough to breath. "Im alright. Alright enough but I cant stay here much longer my body isnt use to the reactor and this. Its still adjusting to it." She explains to them as she pat the wolf's head affectionately.

The young Martian looks to Riza and floats instantly to her. She places a hand on Riza's shoulder only to let go with a gasp for breath and holding her chest. "Its the reactor. Its not use to this. If they are in anothers mind, her body cant tune and adjust to the reactor as it needs to since she is focused completely elsewhere." Meg explained having settled her breathing after having felt Riza's pain as if it was her own for that short time.
