Holy fucking shit there is a whole lot of WTF going on in just a few lines of text.
I get that Stride might have been able to defend spiderman (I refuse to learn a name that I can't pronounce while drunk, therefore, for OOC purposes, abominable beast number 5 shall be referred as spiderman). Grox threw two objects at him/it before swinging his axe, giving a clear warning of his intention to... ahem... fuk da spidah up, as Grox would put.
However it's just too much BS the instant Jack-o-Lantern head fix thing. We can easily fix it with a little bit of meta gaming tho. We have the paladin thing going on with Tugrok and he's going to the inn quite soon.
My take on this is: Stride's head falls off and Grox maybe realizes the mistake he made (as Sly said, Grox is not really in the mood of killing the only person with a proper brain in the party) and chills a bit otherwise spiderman here is in for a treat. Tugrok can then try to save the humie and we might end up with either a dead half elf thingie or something that resembles a demi-lich of some sort.
Banana did abused a little bit of meta gaming in that last post (I'd totally allow that jack-o-lantern thing, but c'mon, that was cheesy as fuck), so I'd have him edit the post and end in his decaptation part. Let Spidey, Grox and anyone else who might arrive at the inn in a totally deus-ex-machina manner sort it out.
Banana and Sly, I'd like to hear both your opinions on this.
