To make it a little clearer, there's not many bandits, at most a couple dozen. It's an ambush party and they're genuinely not prepared for the Iron Rose Knights to show up as demonstrated by Mister Half the Man he Used to Be.

Soooooo quick question, what are the chances of playing someone outside of the Knights? Like, say, one of those bandits, a ex-member or a mercenary? :)

Well, I mean... I'm not sure how much you'd have to do really? Since the bandits are(no real spoilers) only going to be around for our short starter arc, and for someone outside the Knights you're not going to have much to do when they Knights aren't interacting with you.

That'd be fine.

They could. Harpies would be a major rarity and would have a hard time being a knight due to a lack of hands though. Hundi could easily do so but still would be very uncommon.
