@The Fated Fallen I mean, the crazy cat lady from the Simpsons seems pretty neutral. Granted, the full extent of her actions tends to be "gibber madly" and "chuck cats at people", which isn't strictly an evil thing anyway. Chaotic, sure, but not necessarily evil.
