Appearance: Codename: Subject 626: Hal
Age:18
Gender:Male
Height/Weight: 6'2", 160 pounds
Personality: 626 can be seen as apathetic at times, but overall he isn't trying to be an asshole to people for the most part. He has the philosophy of treating people how they treat him, in a way. Intellectual to a point, he often uses sarcasm and humor to amuse himself, even if it may disrupt others he has little sympathy for such. He may be a bit cocky, over-confident, a narcissistic douche bag. But he could honestly not give a shit what people think about him. Treat him well and he can be a very down to earth person, although the sarcasm may never go away. Treat him poorly, and he won't think twice about verbally assaulting the individual, and if need be, physically.
Power/Weakness: 626 has the ability to create his own brand of matter. He can construct and manipulate it at will, changing its characteristics such as density, heat, shape, size, hardness, opacity, color, and other properties related to normal matter. The amount of matter he creates, the complexity, and the longevity all determine how much energy he can put forth into these constructions. The longer it lasts, the more there is, the more complex and the stronger it is, the more energy it will take to make and maintain. In time he will grow more powerful and these things will be easier, but for now there are limits to what he is capable of.
One of the weaknesses he has is that at the moment, his constructs can only be at maximum 100 feet (or 30 meters about) away from him before disappearing. The closer to him, however, he can create bigger and stronger things quickly. The father away, the more difficult this becomes. Also, he can only make solid matter at the moment, nothing liquid, gaseous, or plasma. His constructs can be broken or destroyed, he has a hard time making more than one at a time, and using his powers too much causes exhaustion in which he needs to rest or risk passing out or causing himself physical strain. He has a mortal body just like anybody else, and without constructions helping to defend him he can become very vulnerable.
