@Nytem4reRowan F. Williams | 24 | Male | VampireAbilities/Powers:Superhuman speed and strength
Superhuman senses and stealth
High perception and intuition
Can come back fine from almost any wound
Weaknesses:Silver: wounds created by silver will not supernaturally heal unless he's given blood. Otherwise, they will heal even more slowly than a wound a mortal gets, and will always scar
Decapitation: Self explanatory
Fire: same rules as silver
Needs blood at least once a day
Sun won't kill him but, like silver, it'll severely weaken him
Control: "A [sic] irremovable collar that would pump liquid silver into their bloodstream, [crippling] them immediately" (Nytem4re). Unbeknownst to Rowan, the collar has the ability to collapse in on itself, resulting in instant decapitation. In addition, he's required to wear a muzzle. It's only taken off when they decide to feed him, and tampering it will cause the collar to buzz in warning before releasing the silver. While he's strong as a vampire, he's kept weaker than most and only fed animal blood in small amounts.
Personality: TBA for now. I don't usually go with that option, but he's being made from scratch. I'll fill this in, though, as soon as I get a feel for him.
History: Rowan had just graduated college, second in his family after his older sister, when he was turned. The exposure of supernaturals had happened a few years prior and life had mostly continued as normal for most of the population--if paranoid. He was walking home from a particularly late night as an intern--working very long for very little pay--when he was attacked. Why he was turned however still is not clear to the young man: maybe the vampire was being hunted and decided to leave a decoy? If so it, worked.
Rowan was not treated like a victim. As soon as his canines extended into dangerous fangs, he was dragged off to the camp to finish transitioning. They were cruel: his fangs were broken and the blood he was fed was disgusting, and occasionally laced with silver to keep him weak. He still hasn't tasted human blood.
His physical condition from living at the camp says it all: now his dark skin has taken on an ashen hue, and it has only grown paler at the camp. His eyes--once a lively pale brown--are now a tired red. So of course, when offered the chance to work with the government at the hope of freedom, he took it. Vampires were a rare breed within the camp--most of them too old and too smart to avoid America since the exposure.
