I think the personality is maintained very well, you seem to exhibit the Tsundere character IC and OOC very effortlessly.

Well it would be a conversation with one person in character as their 'fantasy partner' and me in character as myself, under the pretense that Ive used the PM system to cross into another realm with my messages to talk to someone from another world.

For example, me in real life, able to talk to someone from the anime world or the steampunk world etc.

Alright, yeah that's completely what I expected. Also you'll be basically acting as yourself. Now when it comes to what anime world that doesn't really matter too much, if anything I personally would just stick with some generic world.
