Where'd you get the footage? No Machina ever encountered Titanica, other than the fake one Fran summoned during the "fight" with Helena.

Fran created an illusion of Titania, but that illusion didn't fight.

Honestly, I don't think the Machina would have ANY idea Titania was still doing stuff.

If they weren't mentioned before, then no adding probes and cameras after the battle now.

Yeah endian never met "Titanica" until the final area, and even then Endian couldn't pick up on Fran's illusions, so she wouldn't even notice Titanica either. Wolf and Bonesword might've though.
