Work In Progress:

Name: Harold Conroy
Nicknames: None
Hero Name: White Light
Age: 23
Gender: Male
Agency/Team: Justice For All (Agency)
Appearance:

Harold by all appearances is a average everyday man with brown hair, and eyes with a pair of glasses usually on but he occasionally says he uses contacts instead. In truth he doesn't need them and they're all for appearances sake. He is a Caucasian male be descent and comes from German/Irish family trees. He has no noticeable scarring on his body and typically wears lighter clothes with modest colors like black, white, or tans.

His super hero suit consists of white padded leather for protection on the torso, a long white cape with black trimming on the edges, a pair of orange goggles, a pair of slim padded shorts, and black combat boots. On his shoulders sit two advanced solar panels that function to help him store and gather energy while in the suit. Other than that the suit has no other distinguishing features besides a small utility belt.
--

Weapons: None
Hero Equipment:
Solar Panels - Built into his suit's shoulders. Hinders mobility somewhat but makes up for in the fact that it helps him take in more pure energy from the sun's rays while in a prolonged fight. Not easily broken due to being designed by a top grade American military group.

Utility Belt - Usually holds an emergency beacon, a knife, some pain killers, and flares just in case.

Hero Goggles - Made for heroes with vision based powers these goggles while serving as a typical eye protection case also allows Harold to quickly focus in and use his energy blasts that are channeled through the eyes in a more accurate manner. When the goggles are off he has more trouble focusing on a specific point however with the goggles on it allows him to more accurately fire off smaller beams to prevent collateral damage. They hold no other functions.
--

Quirk Section:

Name of Quirk: Solar's Hope

Ability of Quirk: Energy Manipulation

Qualities of Quirk: Using Solar's Hope, Harold is capable of making hard light constructs (walls, melee weapons, and other physical objects), using energy blasts from the hands/eyes, and passively absorbing energy from nearby electric objects or the sun. Stamina replenishes over time from Solar's Hope when in contact with direct sunlight. He can siphon energy from his own body to use for attacks or defense but doing so may very well kill him. Solar's Hope is capable of increasing strength and endurance but not too super human levels.

Strengths of Quirk: Resistance to Electricity, Heat, and near immunity solar energy based attacks. Strength of energy constructs and blasts can be controlled at will going from all out too simple controlled blasts with minimal effort. Energy can be channeled around limbs for use in melee combat as well as form weapons though all weapons are blunt in nature. The energy can be used to either protect his hands, unleash an explosive blast at point blank range, or simply increase the relative strength of his punches and kicks.

Weaknesses of Quirk: Weak against general water based quirks due to water's ability to move around his constructs, and his blasts. Over extension of powers leads to near or actual death. Concentration is a must for this ability if concentration is broken the energy either stops flowing or evaporates into nothing. Being locked underground with no way to siphon energy leads to him flat out being unable to use his quirk. Inability to cut through objects even with light constructs can prove a large hindrance. Kinetic energy can bypass his light constructs.

Limits of Quirk: He can't siphon energy in mass without massive amounts of concentration. He can't absorb electricity directly from a large power outlet (such as a telephone pole wire, or directly from fuse box) doing such would lead to death. He can't create complex machines, or guns with his light constructs only simple objects. His final attack 'Solar Flash' which unleashes all of his current pent up energy will end up killing him if there is no emergency treatment from a doctor available. However the ability's trade off is that it is capable of leveling an entire city block if unleashed without restraint. He can't absorb energy from heat thus fire based quirks and objects can hurt him more effectively than electricity but less than water based attacks.

----

Biography: Born in Detroit Michigan too a factory worker, and a doctor Harold Conroy's childhood would already be slated for hardship. His father had a quirk that allowed him to create fire from his hands which helped him in his automobile factory job, while his mother had a quirk that allowed her to magnetize things which helped slightly in her role as a doctor. His father and mother came from completely opposite worlds but crossed paths in a bar and became infatuated with each other after two months of talking together. Though their marriage wasn't all to stable it was working well enough that they could pay bills, live together peacefully, and overall simply take life one step at a time. His father would often be the one who would take care of him after work though is mother did sometimes take care of him herself when she was off from work. His family friend uncle Cade would often be the one who would bring him home though. Cade was a member of a part-time hero group known as Heroes Forever however and sometimes would end up having to leave Harold in the care of his neighbors.

Overall Harold grew up rather detached from his family, and had few friends overall too call his own in his younger years. It often the same repetitive cycle of going to school, dealing with the more rough kids at school, coming home with Cade, waiting for his dad to come home, and repeating the cycle. He never really knew any other members of his family either his grandfather living far away, his grandmother being dead, and his cousins living on the other side of Michigan.

As he continued to age and grow up he steadily grew into his life and became a respectable individual in a town full of criminals as Detroit deteriorated into a haven for criminals despite pockets of heroes doing their best to suppress it with the help of the police. His school like would often have him looking the other way or being on the receiving end of bullying. Determined not to do anything stupid he took it though he did feel like he could do better that he could fight back if he tried. And his uncle one day after seeing him coming home with a large bruise on his face decided to help him and trained him in basic hand to hand fighting on his off time. When his powers finally did manage to manifest themselves his friends started to train with him. His uncle's friend Anko finally decided to take a couple kids including Harold under his wing and teach them how to protect themselves.

However despite his best efforts to control his powers one day he unleashed his full potential during a particularly hard day for him. A blast the blew a tree out of existence and destroyed a nearby warehouse and left Harold laying on the ground nearly dead. If not for the help of Anko and one of his training partners whom had healing potential with her powers he survived if not barely and severely drained of energy. This incident turned Harold into a rumor among the villains and students in his school as a boy with a great potential to do a lot of damage. His uncle paid for the damages during the training accident and took over from there with Harold becoming his side kick after high school.

He would continue to be a sidekick up until the end of the his twentieth birthday and he had joined the agency called Justice for All whom were hiring in the local area after the loss of some of their heroes. He joined them on merit of taking down a large number of villains and a recommendation from his well known uncle. He would continue onto prove to be a talented member of the agency and would be picked to transfer over to the Japan branch after training in the Japanese language. The transfer would also bring a group of other heroes with him who were close friends of his.

Character Sheet:

Name: Nuime Eberesuto

Nicknames: Ghoul, Zombie, various other derogatory terms based on her visual appearance. Her friends calls her 'Yarn' occasionally.

Hero Name: Patchwork.

Age: Twenty-one

Gender: Female

Agency/Team: Justice For All.

Appearance:
At first glance, Nuime stands out quite a lot from a crowd of ordinary people. Her hair is pale grey and typically smoothly brushed, untouched by anything like curls and the sort. Long strands tend to fall over her face and bright crystal-blue eyes, partially in attempts to hide several long and cleanly visible black suture marks, running angular across her facial region. These suture strings can be found along her forearms and legs as well, no doubt spanning most of her body in cobweb designs, almost like a poor man's patched jacket.

Her daily attire seems to consist of rather ridiculously large sweaters and scarves meant to obstruct as much of her skin as humanly possible, but also serving the dual function of providing material for her Quirk in a pinch. The sweaters and scarves appear to shift between having hoods or not depending on what's needed at the time. And both seem to share similar archetypes, regardless of the type of clothes she wears. If she's wearing a sweater, it's always dull grey. And if she's wearing a scarf, it's always a dull maroon.

As for her hero outfit, it gets no less silly. The sheer volume of the clothes she wear would have villains tripping over themselves laughing from her ludicrous appearance. It consists of an incredibly fluffy jumpsuit with a high collar of what appears to be yarn, but weaved much, much denser. As a result, there's far more uniform than hero. This jumpsuit is the same type of dull grey as her typical sweaters and strangely enough lacks any and all kinds of buttons and zips for entering and leaving. Occasionally, it can be seen with a hood depending on the situation.

--

Weapons: Cloth(?)
Hero Equipment: (include any superhero suit extras here) While perhaps not stand-alone extras, her jumpsuit contains quite a bit of extra cloth than actually needed, which she utilizes with her Quirk.

She also keeps a tiny box of suture string on her person.

--

Quirk Section:

Name of Quirk: Cloth Manipulation.

Ability of Quirk:
Nuime's Quirk allows her to manipulate all types of cloth she's familiar with down to individual threads on a minuscule level. The cloth she has possession over can be reshaped and formed after her desires and even create entirely new objects. (Provided they're also made of cloth.) Patch Up also allows her to partially change the appearance and properties of cloth under her control to, for example, alter the colour or density.

Qualities of Quirk:
First and foremost the creation of various clothes come to mind, as well as different types of gear to protect others. Denser semi-protective bracers and masks with filter-like cloth to reduce harm from poisonous gasses. The creation of ropes or rope ladders which can be manipulated at range. Clean bandages in a pinch. Or creating on-the-fly parachutes.

The true strength of her quirk, however, comes from her manipulation of individual strings in the medical field. With the correct type of string, she can suture wounds in mere seconds if provided with a stable and clean environment to work in. At the same time, she can seek out foreign entities lodged inside the bodies of others, such as shrapnel and bullets, or parasites provided they're large enough. Removing them, while dangerous, is generally just as safe as ordinary field surgery if not slightly more so.

Strengths of Quirk:
Patch Up is incredibly versatile in the sense that its abilities to create are limited only to the practical function of the created piece, as well as Nuime's imagination. Likewise does it performs extremely well to partially treat open wounds by shutting them enough to prevent bleeding out. Coils of fabric can be 'Shot' towards a direction if properly prepared, provided enough material is granted to the leash.

Weaknesses of Quirk:
For a versatile Quirk as it is, it does come with quite a few drawbacks. First, it's slow compared to a lot of other creation Quirks, quite impractical to use under intense stress such as fighting. Second, the range of her Quirk reaches only as far as she can touch, meaning that without cloth or string on her person, her Quirk would be utterly useless. Third, while capable of increasing and decreasing the density of different types of fabric, it can never become too durable. A good punt would likely topple any wall of cloth she could produce, because at the end of the day, it's still just cloth. Fourth, fire. Fire is incredibly bad for all kinds of cloth, unless fire-proof. Fifth, manipulating too much fabric at once to create large pieces rapidly drains her.
Finally, the biggest weakness of her Quirk is that it's nigh impossible to use in an open confrontation. It's simply not meant for direct fighting.

Limits of Quirk:
The range of the Quirk is touch-based and must be maintained to keep control of whatever cloth she wishes to manipulate. Creating fabric out of thin air isn't possible, either, nor is creating volume or density from nothing. Laws of mass apply to all three things. Nuime must be familiar with the type of fabric as well, if she wants to manipulate it. New types of cloth appear fickle and difficult to manage for her. Manipulated cloth may travel a maximum of fifteen feet provided she maintains physical contact at all times. When weaving new objects, she also has to consider which type of cloth she's using. Wool, for example, would do miserably as a parachute.

----

Biography:
Genetically inheriting a similar Quirk from one's parents wasn't at all unheard of in society, especially not for the esteemed family of surgeons and chemists all with Quirked designed for those particular fields. Nuime grew up in a family of four consisting of her parents and an older sister, who like her had inherited a Quirk in the same theming of their parents. Nuime's mother, an incredibly skilled surgeon, had a Quirk that allowed her to stem the flow of blood in others without clotting, while her father specialized in creating various rubber-based creations via alterations done to the chemical compound that made up the rubber itself. Her older sister's Quirk took after her mother's side, allowing the manipulation of various bodily functions in others through touch, while Nuime herself had taken after her father's textile creation-based Quirk in the form of fabrics.

Life was comfortable for most of her childhood, even after her Quirk manifested. Her family was relatively well off, with their own house in a good part of Musutafu far from the central regions where urban environment stood dense like forests. But even the most peaceful families had their issues. And in Nuime's case, it came in the form of her unstable older sister, who through her Quirk managed to kill several people, including their father. Before she was caught by authorities, however, a showdown between the two sisters resulted in Nuime's near-demise, left battered and cut open as her roamed free. In desperation of wanting to survive, Nuime sutured her own wounds with her Quirk, giving her the signature lines that today mark her body.

Years later, 'Patchwork' rose out of the ranks of the common heroes through partially faithful community service via her Quirk, as well as aiding more esteemed heroes on several occasions in capturing and detaining villains. This caught the attention of the Justice For All agency, who invited her to join their ranks.

Personality:
Judging by her choice of attires alone, one could easily think Nuime as a bit eccentric, which is partially true. Typically, she's a quiet sort, not because she has nothing to say, but because she finds it difficult to find and use the correct words. Her personality could perhaps be summed up to mildly awkward and hesitant when faced with social interaction, but at her core, she holds powerful beliefs in both justice and heroism, which lead her to pursue a life of helping others.

Due to the nature of her Quirk and its more gruesome side, she's grown an aversion to most kinds of violence if there isn't a need for it. Her soul is incredibly kind and passionate in spite of how little of such she gives off and could always be found soothing and helping the injured she was treating or performing light surgery upon.

But, she's rather insecure as well, particularly about the nasty suture marks lining her body and how they make her look almost zombie-like. Her self-perception isn't high at all due to people constantly poking at it.

"I once took a bet were I had to eat an empty oil drum in under a minute. Won seven thousand yen, then I puked. A lot. It was a good day."
Name: Dimitri Mori
Nicknames: Goat (earned this nickname after eating thirteen aluminum cans on a dare after discovering his quirk)
Hero Name: Alloy
Age: 21
Gender: Male
Agency/Team: Justice Society
Appearance: Dimitri is a rather large and somewhat wild looking individual at first glance: He stands at approximately 192cm and weighs in at just shy of 85kg. He takes more after his father than he does his mother: his skin is a light shade of brown, and is pockmarked with darker brown freckles along his back and shoulders, as well as on the bridge of his nose. A solidly built individual, Dimitri's physique is that of a man accustomed to an active and intense lifestyle: Strong muscles with a thick yet solid core. As far as his facial appearances go Dimitri is fairly average: He sports a slightly rounded face with a pair of grey eyes set over a small, somewhat flat nose, which itself is set over an average sized pair of lips. He sports a goatee on his chin and keeps his black hair in a series of dreadlocks that extend down a few inches past his shoulders. The real freak show starts when he opens his mouth. Dimitri's teeth are broad and triangular, not unlike the tips of a picket fence, and are unusually thick and sturdy in comparison to human teeth. He's typically a fan of sporting or outdoor wear, however he still keeps a costume for when it's time to fight.
--

Weapons: N/A
Hero Equipment: A small pouch housing first aid kid

--

Name of Quirk: Alloy

Ability of Quirk: Metal absorption and production

Qualities of Quirk: Dimitri's arms are comprised of a dark, semi-fluidic metal substance that he can shape and harden at will. Adding to this Dimitri can separate parts of this metal as he pleases and rejoin it to himself within a certain window of time.

Strengths of Quirk: The metal that Dimitri produces is strong and light, not unlike titanium, and is extremely useful in both offensive and defensive situations alike. If he chooses to do so, Dimitri can ingest outside sources of metal to produce a secondary alloy.

Weaknesses of Quirk: Magnets and electricity can easily put him and those around him out of commission if he isn't careful, as the metal he naturally produces is both magnetically attractive and super conductive. Using too much of the naturally produced metal can send Dimitri into a state of dehydration and the early stage of starvation. Ingesting other sources of metal to use, while useful in a pinch, can also be dangerous to Dimitri. Toxic metals can cause severe illness as easily in him as they would in any normal person. His body may also attempt to violently reject nonnative metals if too much is consumed at one time.

Limits of Quirk: In addition to what he uses as his arms, Dimitri can only safely produce about 15L (four gallons) worth of the metal substance. One would think that devouring other metals would easily offset this issue, however the alloy produced from doing so is weaker, heavier, and softer than what he would naturally produce (Think of it as trying to go from titanium to bronze). The natural metal that Dimitri separates decays after about five minutes unless he reintegrates it into himself or it is otherwise destroyed.

----

Biography: All in all, Dimitri's life was pretty stable until his quirk emerged. Born in Bloomseburg, London, but raised in Musutafu, Japan, Dimitri was born the son of a hero and a baker, both of whom had become steadfast friends when his mother began studying abroad and met his father. This friendship would very quickly evolved into a relationship that would see to their marriage and Dimitri's conception. In the beginning there was a bit of trouble His father was an established hero in England, a member of the Justice Society who dreamed of one day joining King's Pride, his mother; an aspiring baker who had opened up a shop close to home. After much debate the family came to settle in Japan, with Dimitri's father switching from the then trial phase european branch to the already established japanese. Though the scenery may have changed, the workload still remained the same for Dimitri's father, which of course meant that he was left with quite the workload to deal with. Despite this, he would still try and make time for his family when he could, often trying to stop by the bakery that his wife ran to visit her whenever she brought young Dimitri in. For Dimitri things were great: He got to see his father before the ol' man came home dead tired, he got to hang out with his mother, and his mother's coworkers would spoil him with as many treats as his heart desired. It was because of that last bit however, that his quirk ended up manifesting.
See, Dimitri had begun noticing odd things happening to his body around the time he was ten, cramps in his jaw, and a tingling sensation in his body that he couldn't quite explain. With him seeming healthy after several doctor's visits, Dimitri's mother simply chalked it up as him going through growing pains. Dimitri himself came to believe this until one day he was offered a spoonful of cookie dough and he ended up biting part of the metal spoon clean off. His mother- being a person who just watched her child eat something non edible- promptly freaked out and called an ambulance to have Dimitri's stomach pumped. At the hospital, Dimitri quite spiritedly resisted the process involved with getting one's stomach pumped to the point where sedation seemed as though it would necessary. It took all of one second for Dimitri to see the needle coming his way to send the boy into a fit of hysterics which resulted in him with a shiny new pair of arms, and a doctor with a cracked rib. It took some smoothing out from his father to get Dimitri and his mother out of trouble, however the old man hardly seemed to mind. After all: he now had something he could really bond with his son over! Over the course of the next few years, Dimitri studied under his father, though things were originally off to a rocky start since Dimitri's desire to goof around with his powers to both test his limits and impress his friends occasionally came into conflicts with his father's tutelage. With time however he grew to learn the ins and outs of what he could do, as well as what being a hero actually mean . After a few more years of "official" lessons and Dimitri was eventually accepted into the Justice Society.

Personality: Dimitri is generally a very even tempered and easy going individual in his down time, and could even be considered down right lazy at times. His near perpetual smile and amiable demeanor, and soft tone paired with his large frame often makes people think of a sleepy bear when they look at him. This is actually pretty accurate seeing as just like a bear, Dimitri's deliberate and sleepy demeanor can give way to an absolutely ferocious and even deadly combatant when the limits of his patience are pushed beyond their tipping point. Though he'll never admit it, Dimitri has a very, very bad gambling streak. However he may behave, theres one thing that everyone who knows Dimitri can depend on: When the chips are down, he'll have your back no matter the odds.
----

Other: Dimitri speaks with a slight lisp because of his teeth, he's somewhat sensitive of this fact and tries to correct his speech so as not to annoy others. Dimitri has an intense fear of needles.

"Appearances can be deceiving you know."
Name: Setsuko Miusagi
Nicknames: Fluffball
Hero Name: Cottonpin
Age: 20
Gender: Female
Agency/Team: Truly Heroic
Appearance:

Setsuko's appearance is that of a humanoid snow rabbit complete with fur and tall, pointy rabbit ears. Her fur is light-colored and covers all of her body, with it being gathered in large clumps at her chest, ears, hips, the back of her head and on her bottom. She also has . Her hair is white and she has red eyes. She is smaller than most people. Most of the time she will wear no clothes since she is covered by fur, though if she has to she will wear a black skirt and black t-shirt.

Her hero costume consists of white leather shin and arm guards. On her chest she wears a white leather chestpiece. Over her face she wears a white full-face airsoft mask with blackened goggles. On each of her upper arms and one of her legs she has a white leather pouch. On her right leg she carries a white combat knife.
--

Weapons:
Combat Knife: She has this in a small sheath on her right leg and only uses this in emergencies.
Hero Equipment:
Pouches: Her leg pouch contains a long metal wire with a hook at the end. Her arm pouches contain some first aid stuff like bandages and 2 small water bottles.
Full face Mask: The goggles are blackened to protect her eyes against bright flashes. They can be separated from the rest of the mask if the surroundings are too dark. The mouth piece contains a tiny filter that mainly helps in dust clouds.
Communication Collar: She often has a collar on that she can use to communicate with HQ.

--

Quirk Section:

Name of Quirk: Snow Rabbit Form

Ability of Quirk: Snow rabbit related abilities

Qualities of Quirk: Setsuko's quirk allows her to do anything a rabbit can and also gives her the body of a humanoid rabbit. This allows her to jump very high, leap long distances and hear better than normal humans. Her nails are also replaced by retractable cone-shaped claws.

Strengths of Quirk:
Retractable Claws: She is able to freely unsheathe and retract deadly claws from her feet at any time she wishes. These claws are straight, point downwards and are about 10-15cm long. She also has retractable claws at the tips of her fingers instead of nails, but these are quite short (only 2cm).
Enhanced Hearing: Setsuko's rabbit ears are able to perceive noises over a long distance and she also has a wider hearing spectrum than regular human ears. By swiveling them she is able to quickly pinpoint where a certain noise is coming from.
Strong Legs: Her leg muscles are quite strong and this enables her to deliver very strong kicks. They also allows her to jump very high, very fast and leap long distances.
Cold Resistance: With her snow rabbit fur covering her entire body she has a good resistance against cold.

Weaknesses of Quirk:
Susceptibility to noise: Very loud or very high pitched noises cause her to get a headache. Her only way to counteract this is to flatten her ear on her head, though this only makes it about half as bad.
Susceptibility to overheating: Because of her snow rabbit fur she can overheat quickly when the temperature gets too high. On hot days she can only fight for a short time before she overheats.

Limits of Quirk:
Her body itself isn't sturdier or tougher than a regular human. Though her legs are strong, her upper body isn't stronger than a regular human.
The claws on her feet would take about a day to regrow if they were severed or broken and this isn't all that pleasant for her. Her claws are tough, but they are not much use against armored opponents.
Because she can't do much against fully armored opponents she carries a metal wire to hopefully be able to restrain them.

----

Biography:
Setsuko was born and raised in Tokyo. Her body was already that of a snow rabbit at her birth so it was obvious she had inherited her quirk from her mother. She also had a 5 year older brother. Her father's quirk was the ability to grow and manipulate his bones. Even though many said this was a top hero quirk her father decided to become a sculptor. He made bone sculptures with his quirk that actually sold quite well, because of this they never had any money problems. Her father always said to her: "Don't let others decide for you, carve your own future."

Growing up Setsuko was very attached to her older brother and always tagged along with him. Her older brother loved heroes, he even aspired to become one and always went to look when they fought villains. Setsuko was never really that interested in heroes or villains herself, but tagged along anyway. It was during one of these fights, when she was 10, that an accident happened. During the fight a stray projectile hit the support of a billboard above Setsuko and it fell down towards her. She completely locked up and couldn't move at all. Then right before it would hit her she was pushed out of the way by her older brother. His lower body got caught beneath it and broke his spine. With the loss of his legs and the fact that he could no longer become a hero, her brother fell into a depression. Setsuko blamed both the villain and heroes for this. She promised her brother that she would become a hero in his stead.

From this day one she trained to become a hero. During her highschool days she often forewent social gatherings for training exercises. These consisted of high jumps, kickboxing practice at the gym and running long distances. It was during one of these runs near the end of her highschool days that she encountered a villain who was stealing from people. When a hero duo arrived they found the villain being kicked senseless by Setsuko. After restraining the villain the duo had a long talk with her and afterwards decided to take her on as their sidekick.

During this time as their sidekick she helped them during their various assignments and helped round up some villains as well. They taught her a lot about the hero society and how a hero should act. Setsuko had a lot of fun being their sidekick during the next 2 years and had a lot of respect for them. Eventually Setsuko decided to become a full fledged hero herself and applied to Truly Heroic. A few months ago she got accepted and now she goes solo during her hero jobs.

Personality:
Setsuko is a rather cheerful and upbeat person. She enjoys jokes and puns a lot and often annoys other people with them. One of her favorite words that she uses a lot is fluff. She is also very inquisitive and doesn't beat around the bush when she wants to know a certain thing. Though beneath all that she can be quite cynical at times.
She is also a very practical person and dislikes it when there is extra fluff to things without any practical benefit. This leads her to often make jokes about other heroes' costumes, especially capes.

Setsuko has a serious side to her though and this comes out during hero work. She will do her very best to get the job done, even if the methods would not be positively received by others. Her one motto is 'no mercy for villains'.
----

Other: She actually doesn't like carrots.
