"Wish he'd just leave you alone...." Ayaka stated. She knew that Arin might end up turning into a dinosaur again during this because of Hunter and it annoyed her. "There are others in this forest too. I was actually with a group of people before I came looking for you. Oh and there was someone who was thinking everyone was out to kill him because he saw the lake of human of blood. Hopefully, my friend Luna was able to convince him to return to the group."

Not that being with others would deter Hunter from going after Arin, but it could help in the long run.

Luna just sighed at Joe for calling himself useless again. Yeah, the guy definitely needed some positivity in his life. She wasn't quite sure what happened between him and his family, but he obviously had enough negativity to go around. "Joe..not sure what your family told you, but you're anything but useless. You made it back here on your own with no help from me."@mmarage

The Traveller raised an eyebrow slightly when he mentioned that he was lost as well. "Oh, don't worry, I don't need specifics. I just need to know what planet this is. I can improvise from there." she said before transitioning her bag from her right hand to her left. "Oh, I forgot to introduce myself. My name is something you need not know. But you may call me the Traveller. Everyone else does."

"Lake of human blood?" Arin tried to see if that was also part of Hunter's doing, but since he's only seen him use shadows, the human blood part of this made no sense. "As much as I hate him, I don't believe he's capable of creating something like that." He then decided he would follow her back to the group she was with.

Diana thought. Then she said, "Perhaps...But Hunter, Ancient magic always comes with a price. If you are ready to accept that price then I will tell you."

Stepping out of the shadows, Remus spoke up. He'd been there the whole time, but he'd basically melded himself with the shadows, staying hidden even though he was working with Hunter. He preferred it in the dark, after all. "You don't need that kind of magic. Shadows and fire rarely go well together, unless you are attempting to form a flaming Shade or a creature of darkness. Fire creates light, so it is foolish unless you use dark, heavily corrupted flames. And the smallest screw up will make those turn on you," he said to Hunter, narrowing his eyes. He could use the flames he was speaking of, so he knew their capabilities, and had seen humans use them before, only to be killed by their own flames. It got annoying after the fifth time he saw it.

"Well anyway, let's go this way." Luna started walking the group in a direction. She knew Ayaka was this way and knew she would likely be coming toward them herself so why not just meet halfway? She kind of wondered just who her friend needed to find so badly anyway. "Ayaka acts almost as if she knows exactly what's going on. I can only say I have an idea..." She wasn't saying that to anyone in particular. She was merely thinking out loud.

"Yeah someone else is likely behind the lake. The forest on the other hand? That was Hunter." Ayaka started walking back toward the group and soon met up with them as they were coming toward her and Arin.

Arin nodded as he silently followed her back to the group. He would introduce himself once they were close enough.

Deon was still trying figure out how he was gonna lure Price to the lake. He made sure he was still invisible before looking over at him and then his friend. I need to get rid of his friend first. He thought while looking at Juno.

Juno knew he would probably survive all of this, the same couldn't be said for his vampire friend though. Maybe there was a way they pass that lake without getting near it, but he wasn't sure about that. He sat down in cat form next to Price.

Price was just standing there, also trying to figure this out. Everything he thought of so far just led straight back to something he didn't want to risk.

Hunter looked at Remus. "Hey, I'm just trying to figure a way around that ice power dino-boy's got cause I believe that's how he wins." He explained.

Remus sighed. "Well the magic you are thinking of is Hellfire. But it is highly corruptive to humans. It would be simpler to simply mix shadows and ice since that will make them immune to other ice attacks. You cannot freeze what is already frozen, after all."

"...All it means is that my memory isn't all that bad, it's still not going to help much in this situation. I doubt that I've read anything that could assist with survival, and even if I had, the rules have been thrown out with this world, any fruits or berries here could be completely different than what's in my world. Anything that seems edible here could be just plain poisonous. Once more, I've no skills that can be of assistance, nor do I have any supplies that could be of use. So, no matter how you look at it, I'm useless in this situation." I shrugged and then got up once Luna said that we should get going.

I trailed a little behind the group, my arms folded across my chest. My gaze was planted firmly on the ground. I... sort of hoped that they'd just leave me behind. It'd be easier that way. I wouldn't make any sort of connection with them and when I eventually did fail, no one would be there to be disappointed.

Diana looked at the newcomer, her moon-like eyes fixed on him. So he was a vampire, was he? He gave of a very familiar vibe, very familiar. Almost like Dracula, one of her creations after he had made a pact with her to serve her until mortals killed him. She said, "You must be the one in my divinations..."

Remus rose an eyebrow. "And what kind of divinations would a goddess have about the Prince of Darkness?"

Diana said, "Just that one would come along who was like my old servant Dracula. You truly do remind me of him..." She said looking him straight in the eye.

Diana nodded. "I see..." She looked over at Hunter and then back at Remus. She then held her head with one hand, a look of pain on her face.

Remus rose an eyebrow, but then turned away, not caring too much about her pained look.

Diana soon regained full control of the vessel and she inhaled and she looked at Remus, her silver eyes very slightly narrowed.

"Is something bothering you?" Remus asked. "After all, that look doesn't suit someone of your standing, even if you are in that pitiful vessel. I'm surprised that body hasn't exploded yet."

Diana said, "This vessel is stronger than any vessel I've had. Too strong. She resists until she tires and sleeps."
