Before I work on a CS, are there character archetypes (dragons, elves, etc.) that I should avoid?

I've been trying to come up with a good reason to have Luna and/or Ayaka lead everyone to the lake anyway. Since that's where a couple of us are at the moment.

Most of my good guys are already there.

Price and Juno are near, but Price can't get too close to the group for a really good reason.

And Deon is working for himself, so don't worry about him. He just simply wants to torture Price enough to turn him and then just watch.

Not sure how easily distracted Juno is, but something could potentially distract him, whether it be something Deon does or not.

By the way, the creatures Remus just summoned need to be "killed" through repeatedly killing the magical core inside its head, and having it reform repeatedly until the magic in them runs out.
