Team Noble, a group that stumps even the sharpest theorists. Many question if they're real or just some elaborate hoax. If recent events are to be believed, they are more than real. In fact, they may be even larger than originally thought. The kidnapping of Albert Remmington after the Naran Invitational Tourney only days ago, media outlets and the internet as a whole have been exploding with videos showing a strange man and woman leading him away from the reception desk immediately after the final battle in the tournament.
"Hello beautiful Kosei! This is Jack Hammer here again, unveiling the mysteries behind Team Noble!" A tall black haired man said into the camera. "I'm back with some big news. Alfonse Remmington has been found!"
"It's Albert." A quiet voice interrupted.
"I'm sure your kidnapping was very traumatic, I mean, you can't even remember your own name!" Jack said condescendingly. "We'll just call you Al for now. So, Al, do you still say you can't remember anything that happened after you won Tuesday's tournament?"
"My name IS Albert." The quieter man said sternly. "And no, every time I try to think about it I get a terrible headache."
"Don't try getting smart with me Al, we're going to get that information out of you somehow." Jack said a bit more forcefully than before.
"You tell him Detective Hammer!" A woman's voice yelled from the background, the camera whirled around to show a group of fans with posters cheering Hammer on.
"I'm telling you, I don't know what happened!" Albert almost shouted. "I won the tournament, then...then...nothing! I can't even remember the people you all claim dragged me off afterwards."
"Looks like we're going to have to jog his memory with Jack Hammer's signature interro-"
Rheese cut the feed from his phone with a sigh.
"What an asshole." He said slightly annoyed that someone like Jack Hammer was such an idol to his viewers. If the guy wasn't a star, having a 'signature interrogation technique' would have him labeled as some kind of monster. Turning a crowd on that Albert guy though, that was just despicable.
"But still, kidnapping trainers and returning them completely untouched and unphased only days later? It just doesn't make any sense." Rheese mused to himself.
"You mean Team Noble?" An old man in the aisle beside him asked. "Hah, plenty of investigators like Hammer have tried to find them...everyone seems to have some idea or another about their identity or how they control everything behind the scenes."
"Do you know anything about them? I mean, some of these theories are insane." Rheese said, slightly surprised that anyone had heard his mumbling.
"Ohoho, of course they are. People like to grasp at straws when presented with something they can't understand." The old man laughed. "But no, I've got no clue. I honestly doubt anybody does."
Rheese sighed and leaned back into his chair ignoring the man
Well that was worthless, why even bother interrupting my thoughts if you have nothing interesting to say? He thought, annoyed by the still smiling old man.
"Hopefully I won't even cross paths with Hammer or Team Noble when we get there." He mumbled to himself.
Less than an hour later, the plane was touching down at Windshire's international airport. Rheese departed as quickly as he could to get moving towards Professor Bonsai's Pokemon Lab.
