Kyle walked over to his Treecko, who was sitting down with head head hung down. Kyle sighed and picked treecko up and put him on his shoulder.
"Its ok Treeck you did good. That was our first battle and honestly we aren't very good yet. but we will buddy I promise. don't worry about the bunny ok."
Kyle walked over to Nyxx.
"while the hopping may be a little much, Treecko believe it or not has an ego. I'm not mad though it was a good battle. Thanks also for healing treecko. I have no supplies other than an empty bag, a pokedex and trainer card, and a few pokeballs so really the determing factor in us traveling together would be...............Do you have any food?"
saying this Kyle smiled slightly and put his hands together in a praying hand gesture.

Alexandria "Alexis" Deva

If one were to look in a certain area of Windshire, they'd notice the locals and visitors turning their heads to focus their gazes toward a person that wore the strangest outfit they've seen worn in public. The person in question being a young girl walking around with a Snorunt in her arms, and what looked to be a random, decorated mic strapped to her waist. She walked with a sickly sweet smile on her face. She was enjoying the attention. Her snorunt seemed to be indifferent to the stares, but slightly annoyed toward the girl's smugness.

"You see that, Snorunt?" asked the girl. "No doubt our very presence has attracted the attention of our future fans!"

Snorunt wiggled as if she was trying to shake her head in disagreement.

"This may be pretty far from home, but this region will witness the birth of new stars! And we'll be the brightest! Isn't that right, Snorunt?"

Snorunt wiggled again.

"Yeah, there's that 'Team Noble' people keep talking about, but don't worry about it so much. We'll take them down along the way! After all, they were MADE to fall to us! Just like every other trainer that we'll face!"

Snorunt just sighed in response. She expected as much from Alexandria. The human girl either doesn't know or doesn't care about limitations. She'd have to learn the hard way eventually.

Rheese Laudat

Rheese watched the Pokemon battle from the sidelines. Given that both Pokemon were in their most basic forms, the battle wasn't exactly spectacular. He almost didn't notice that Wooper had already gotten out of his Pokeball and had prepared to spray him again.

"Not this time you little-!" Rheese shouted as he quickly returned Wooper to his Pokeball. With a sigh, he put the ball back in his pocket. "Crisis averted. I'm not going through this entire journey wet!" He shouted at the ball to which it wobbled slightly.

Professor Bonsai

"Huh, these trainers have some rough times ahead." He muttered slightly amused. "Rheese, you should probably put more effort into training your Wooper." Bonsai raised his voice slightly so the trainer could hear him.

"Well obviously." The young man replied. "But I don't think I want to deprive Wooper of his fun so early. This mischievous junk is annoying, sure, but it's probably one of the reasons I'll be able to stand this whole 'journey' thing."

"Wait, what?" Bonsai responded slightly surprised. "A poorly disciplined Pokemon is the mark of a novice trainer." He said, quoting one of the many books on Pokemon training.
"That's great for me, because I kind of am a novice." Rheese replied startling the professor once more. "Besides, if you want a real tip...I'd suggest you actually used those filing cabinets, or at least put all of this stuff onto a computer." Rheese said walking out of the lab with a wave.

Oscar Berg

After witnessing two trainers battle it out in front of him, a smile grows on Oscar's face. "Hey RR, why let them have all the fun? Let's us go and introduce ourselves?" Roadrunner chirps excitedly and follow Oscar to the two trainers, who have concluded their battle.

"Hello, you two. The name is Oscar Berg and this is Roadrunner." Oscar points to the torchic besides him and the torchic nodds as to say hello. "You two are so eager to start your journeys that you have your first battle and possibly rival. If you need a extra partner, I will be happy to do so."

Alex sat down on a bench in front of the lab watching the battle. He watched as the Buneary launched itself off of the Treecko's face, delivering the final blow. Watching the battle got him into a sort of raised spirits. "Hey, Beldum. You wanna give these trainers a run for their money?" The Pokémon nodded vigorously, eager for his trainers first official battle. Beldum floated closer to his trainer, and Alex saw one of the trainers from before exit the lab. He approached the boy with Beldum close behind. "Um, excuse me. I'm Alex, I just started today as well. I know it may be kind of soon with just meeting you, but I was wondering if I could have a battle with you. You up for the challenge?" He finished off with a smirk.

Beldum's single eye narrowed, and Alex sounded as arrogant as ever, but his first battle had to end victorious. He didn't know why, it just... Had to. A glint in his eye said that he would lose and wouldn't back down.

"Uh, sure. I haven't really battled anyone before." Rheese said letting Wooper out of the Pokeball. The small blue Pokemon glanced at Beldum and tilted his head. "Woo?"

Rhese bent down to look Wooper in the eye. "Hey buddy, I know you haven't fought any other Pokemon before but...You've used my face to practice your water gun to the point of being a pro." Rheese said giving a thumbs up to the confused Wooper. "Well, Alex was it? I'm Rheese. If you're ready to go, so is Wooper." Wooper hopped in response.

Alex's smirk only widened as the opposing trainer accepted his challenge. "Nice to meet you Rheese, but just to let you know... I'm not going to take it easy on you. I'm ready when you are." The Beldum floated to the side of its trainer, glaring at the opposing wooper, hoping to intimidate it, if only it had that ability, but it looked like it was working anyway. But the Beldum soon realized the Wooper's look wasn't at fear, but of pure stupidity, like it was a bit... Slow. Alex put a reassuring hand on Beldum's head, who was disappointed that his attempt at intimidation failed.

"Well, to be honest we don't really know how to battle seriously just yet, but maybe we'll figure it out as we go." Rheese responded with a shrug while Wooper bounced around excitedly. It seemed to be much more excited about this battle than he was. "That's right Wooper, be prepared for anything." Wooper looked up at his trainer and nodded, looking slightly serious for just a flash before returning to his usual goofy grin.

"Alright Beldum, we got this. Remember what I taught you about your surroundings." The Beldum gave a slight not, and turned for a second to look at a nearby tree. "Are you ready, Rheese?"

"About as ready as we can be here." Rheese said with a slight waver. It was obvious that Alex had actually trained his Pokemon. Rheese scratched the back of his head nervously. "Honestly though, are you sure you can't go just a little easy on us?"

"We'll see..." Alex said, starting to feel slightly bad for his opponent. He just brushed it off and continued talking. "Alright then, I'll let you have the first move." Alex said with a nod towards Rheese. He wanted Alex to go easy on him, he will... For now.

"Alright, well Wooper. Show him what you do to me on a regular basis!" Rheese shouted at his Pokemon. Wooper quickly turned towards him and prepared a water gun. "Do it to him, not me." Rheese commanded. Wooper tilted his head a bit, but turned back to the opponent. The jet of water was much more than Wooper would have usually used on Rheese, clearly Wooper had figured out that this was actually a battle and not some game.

Beldum closed its eye and took the water gun. It was more powerful than he had seen it used on its trainer, so it was taken aback by the sudden surge of power. Even Alex raised a brow at the woopers sudden will to fight, and not goof around. "It's alright buddy! Show him what you got with iron head!" The Pokémon's head turned a brilliant shining silver as it used its leg to spin and propel himself square into the woopers stomach, sending it flying back onto the stairs.

Wooper took the iron head pretty hard, but quickly recovered and, while Wooper was still in the air Rheese saw an opportunity. "Wooper, propel yourself back over there with a watergun!" The blue Pokemon fired a watergun directly into the ground throwing him back towards Beldum. Once Wooper was above Beldum, he spun around and slammed his opponent into the ground with all of his might...but not to much effect. "Right...steel type." Rheese said, slightly annoyed with himself.

Beldum was surprised by the sudden quick move by the Wooper, but he took little damage and was ready to pack another punch. "Beldum now! What we were practicing at home!" Beldum backed by, his claws planted in the tree funk be sorted nearby earlier. In a split second, purple rings began forming around Beldum's forhead and he pushed off against the tree, the force of the propulsion and the attack rocketed the Pokémon towards the confused Wooper who probably took more damage from the body slam than Beldum did. Beldum felt his forhead connect with Wooper once again, this time with the opposing Pokémon's skull. In a flash of purple light and a gasp from spectators Wooper emerged from a pile of dust at least 15 feet away from where Beldum hit it, barely hanging on, but it still had that glint in its eye, the same way it did when it preformed an unusually powerful water gun. Alex noticed it too. "Beldum, get out of there!"

"Wooper! Are you sure you can keep going?" Rheese called out to his Pokemon. The worry in his voice was clear, but Wooper just shakily nodded in response. "It's no good pal, we're not ready for this kind of thing just yet." Rheese disagreed calmly not wanting Wooper to finish the clearly losing battle. He brought out his Pokeball and tried to return Wooper to it. Wooper dodged the beam and fired a full force water gun directly at the Beldum. "Wooper don't!" Rheese shouted slightly too late. This new side of his Pokemon confused and worried him greatly, the stalwart determination Wooper was showing was foolish, especially in a purely friendly battle.

From what Alex saw, the water gun Wooper fired off looked like a hydro pump, sending Beldum back with such great force it was smashed into the tree it just propelled itself off of and fell to the ground. It got back up, standing on its one foot. It slowly turned it's head towards its trainer, scowling. "Beldum don't! That wasn't meant to happen! It's a friendly battle!" But it was too late. Beldum rocketed itself forward once more its head turning the bright silver it did before. Alex could only stare helpless and wide eyed as he watched his own Beldum's head connect with the opponents, sending it crashing trough the glass doors of the lab. Alex ran towards the Wooper, simultaneously returning Beldum to its Pokéball.

The professor looked up from his desk shocked. "What the..." but as the professor tried run to aid he tripped over a stack of papers. Alex sat next to the fainted Wooper, feeding it the only revive his mother gave him before his journey, and healing it up with one of his potions. "Oh my Arceus! I'm so, so sorry. I don't know what got into him."

"Wooper!" Rheese shouted running to his Pokemon's side. Between the revive and the potion that Alex had given him, Wooper was in decent condition, but he looked up at Rheese with eyes that one could only call upset. Seeing that Wooper was at least alright in a physical sense, he patted him on the head and looked at Alex. "This was all my fault...Wooper lost control first, I guess Beldum must have just been responding in kind. I guess Bonsai was right..if we're going to be battling gyms and other trainers on a regular basis, we'll actually have to train." Despite his calm tone, Rheese was clearly worried about whatever had gone on with Wooper.

"Wooper, Return." Rheese said in a low tone while letting the now quiet Pokemon into his Pokeball.

"No don't blame it on your Pokémon. Beldum knows better." A Wigglytuff with a Pokéball hat came up to the shattered door and used mirror coat as a temporary fix. Alex stood up from his place near the lab. "Um... I'm going to the Pokémon center down the road. Apparently they have new machines that heal Pokémon instantly. Your welcome to come with me. If you want." Alex still felt terrible about what Beldum did, and he didn't know what to do as an apology.

Sophia Danvers

"Careful!" Flinching out of the way as the human mud puddle wiped dirt off himself, Sophia gave him a pointed glare. "This is my favourite shirt!" She checked her clothing to make sure she was free of mud. What a bunch she was going to be travelling with.

Frowning, she studied the file. It was crumpled. This professor really should have taken more care - she deserved better than this. "Finally," she muttered, not even bothering to thank him. Grabbing the parasol she'd left propped against the desk like she owned the place, she made the folder float upwards and plucked it out of the air. She glanced around at the group... Oh. The human mud puddle and a girl who looked ready to fall asleep were preoccupied with a battle. Had anyone even seen? She sighed, took the key from the folder and gathered her new belongings from the locker.

Gothita bounced up to her. "Gothi-ta!" Transferring the Pokedex and Pokeballs to her bag, Sophia smiled. "Looking forward to this?" The Pokemon squeaked in response. Sophia turned and left the lab to where the other trainers had gathered outside, two of whom had just challenged each other to a battle. "Well, Gothita," she said, "How about it? Feel like trying out your moves?" The Pokemon skipped along with a cheery chirp. "Gothi-gothi-ta!"

Sophia strode over to a group of three trainers. "Hey." It didn't matter that a young man with a Torchic was currently talking to the mud-covered guy and the sleepy girl. "I said hey." A note of iciness crept into her voice, and she placed her hand on her hip, waiting to get their attention. "My name's Sophia, and this is Gothita." She looked at the three, the corners of her mouth curling into a smirk. "Seeing as we'd better all get some practice in before we set off, anyone want to battle me?" Her gaze settled on the man with the Torchic. The other two had just battled each other, but had he tried out a fight yet? "How about you?"

A fourth person joins the group, introduces herself and her pokemon and proceeds to challenge him. "uhm okay. My name is Oscar and this is Roadrunner. I will take up your challenge. Let's do this, RR.". The torchic nods with a serious look in its eyes and take a battle stance. Oscar takes one too. "we are ready when you are."

Sophia Danvers

Sophia's smile grew as Oscar accepted the challenge. "You ready, Gothita?" The Gothita jumped up and nodded. "Ok, let's begi-" Sophia spun around at the sound of an almighty crash, to see Rheese's Wooper flying through the glass door. Running over to the fainted Pokemon, she crouched down next to a frantic-looking Rheese. His opponent had already dashed over, feeding the Pokemon a revive and a potion, apologising profusely and looking incredibly guilty. "What happened? Is Wooper going to be alright?" she asked. She hadn't imagined battles would be this intense right away. This was nothing like the fights she'd seen on TV, not even the ones with high-level Pokemon.

She relaxed a little once Alex mentioned the machines at the Pokemon centre. It seemed as if Pokemon could endure a lot, and recovered quickly, but still... "Ok, I'm as new to this as the rest of you but I can tell that's not how a battle's supposed to go," she said. "What was that?"

After walking through the streets of the town, Alexandria had finally made it to her destination. The Pokemon Laboratory. From what she knew, a Pokemon Professor was supposed to be there. He'd give Alexandria her trainer card, and then she'd be set to show the world what she and Snorunt really had!

As she approached the building, she noticed other trainers around it. She giggled in amusement at how hotheaded these people were. They'd certainly be interesting people to beat if they challenged her.

"Oh, look! These trainers are getting fired up. They're even battling each other! Probably to impress us. Let's get inside this lab before we get too distracted."

Snorunt rolled her eyes at the comment. To Alexandria, these trainers may just be stepping stones, but Snorunt knew that they were more. This was mainly because Snorunt knew that every person she and Alexandria will meet would be more than they'll probably think at first.

Alexandria hummed to herself as she passed by them, and found herself facing a Pokemon Professor.

"Hello! I'm Alexis Deva! I'm here to become an official Pokemon Trainer!"

Oscar snikers at the naivety of the trainer that was about to battle him. He walks over to Sophia. "you should see the contests back in Hoenn. Those were intense. Besides, this is tip of the iceberg. Do you still want to fight? I do not mind if we postpone it till later."

Once it seemed the Wigglytuff had everything covered, Bonsai re-entered the lab. It seemed like the whole situation was solved and the trainers were going to stop by the Pokemon Center anyway. A young lady walked up to him wearing clothes that were...outlandish to say the least.

"Oh, umm of course. Mrs. Deva was it?" Professor Bonsai said without looking away from his stack of files. "Here's your file and your key. There should be a locker over there by the door with everything you need."

Rheese Laudat

"Yeah, I guess we probably ought to take them by the Pokemon Center anyway. Maybe I'll be able to figure out what triggered that in Wooper." Rheese said after standing.

"Wooper went berserk and I really just didn't know what to do." Rheese said unsteadily to Sophia. "I've never seen him get like that, but hopefully one of the nurses at the Pokemon Center will have some idea." Rheese sighed and calmed himself down and managed to fake a smile. "Thankfully Wooper doesn't seem to be too hurt...his pride not withstanding. Well, Sophia, good luck with your battle, the Pokemon Center is right down the street once you're done. Let me know how it goes."

Alexandria "Alexis" Deva

When she heard the professor call her a 'Mrs', Alexis could feel her anger rising. 'Mrs.' referred to married women, and Alexis was much too young for that. Still, she kept it in, so that she wouldn't do something she'd immediately regret. She just kept her smile, silently and mentally ranting to herself. Meanwhile, Snorunt was quite visibly giggling.

"Thank you."

Alexis hurried to go to the locker and grab what was inside, taking a bag and few pokeballs. She likely forgot a few things, but she needed to be outside, where she could calm down and get started on her path to become an idol to the world! With Snorunt by her side, as well as all the pokemon that she'd catch, All those trainers could finally fulfill their destinies of being defeated by Alexandria Deva and her team, the brightest stars in the world!

As she walked back to the streets of the town, Alexis laughed out loud and exclaimed,

"Can you feel it? Alexis Deva is finally here! Prepare to be dazzled!"

Her legs dangled over the crowd of people rushing from Naran's stadium, kicking back and forth. Froakie let out a croak quietly from his frequent perch: Vern's shoulders. His arms were draped over her neck, his legs around her waist, and his little blue head peeked around her head. Froakie and Vern were watching the passersby and eavesdropping on their conversations.

"Did you hear about that Alfonse Frederikton?"
"Alfonse? I thought it was Alberto?"
"No, no, no it doesn't matter. He went missing, Shirley!"
"That's the boy who won, huh?"
"Hey, what do you want to eat?"
"Brucie, give me that water gun!"
"Mom, he just shot me!!"
"Tune it out, Froakie."
"Have you heard of that Team Noble group?"
"Yeah, seems like a real scary bunch of pansies! There is no Team Noble!"
"No, no, my friends are saying that they were behind this. They finally came out of the dark!"
"Huh? I haven't technically seen any Team Noble members..."
"That's because they work in the shadows! I'm telling you, that group is kidnapping Pokemon trainers!" "You're insane, Gil. For all I know, there is no secret group of trainer kidnappers and you're making most of this shit up."

Vern turned her head to Froakie. "Team Noble kidnapping trainers? What do you think?" "Froak, froak!" "I guess we'll have to stay on our toes as usual, then, Froak. Since we need the money, we'll play along until we have enough for ourselves. Really can't trust anyone nowadays. Except you, of course!" She reached over her shoulders, grabbing Froakie in a bear hug. Vern had just gotten out of the mysterious Team Noble recruitment session, but technically, she still did not have the job. The man on the podium told all of the new recruits that their task for now was to lay low until Team Noble needed them, training and building their Pokemon teams (technically just Froakie). Vern reasoned that the best place to go was the great oasis city in the desert, Valencia. There, she would get a set of Pokegear from her friend in the Kosei Underground. After six years, it was finally time to train Froakie to become stronger.

Nyxx Hollow

Nyxx yawned louder half paying attention to what Kyle was actually saying to her the same thing she did to her teachers at school, the same thing she did to her mother at home. At least Buneary calmed down and joined them hopping up on top of her head and hiding in the massive ball of hair she had bundled up. While they were this close she took out her pokedex and scanned Kyle’s Pokemon at the very least, she should be getting into this whole complete the pokedex mission.

‘Treecko is cool, calm, and collected - it never panics under any situation. If a bigger foe were to glare at this Pokémon, it would glare right back without conceding an inch of ground.’

“Not gonna lie that’s a chill pokemon” she comments with a smile her hair rustling to reveal Nelz’s head and a thumb pointed up “Bun!” she shouted before going back into her trainer’s forest of hair.

“Well, I’m broke for the first time in my life, but I have five extra pokeballs we can flip for some food money” Nyxx said looking into her bag.

"No no there is no need for that,"Kyle said gesturing to Nyxx to put up her pokeballs. "We are trainers now and I feel like selling our pokeballs would be not very wise. Here is what I'm thinking. There is a water fountain close by. It seemed pretty lively with people and I bet we can put on a performance or at least battle eatchother or other trainers there and if we leave a hat or bucket out people will drop money. Plus I could probably be pretend hit or thrown into the fountain and could get all this mud off." Kyle could see he was losing his new partners interest with his long explanation. Kyle sighed silently in his head. Kyle could only assume sooner or later they were gonna run into trouble because Nyxx seemed to lsoe focus quickly, and he was lazy as shit and generally carefree. Kyle snapped his fingers in quickly in front of Nyxx face.
"By the way I know your pokedex says treecko is chill,"Kyle said as he extended his right arm sideways letting treecko grab onto it and climbing on his shoulder, "But he is anything but chill. honestly his a very sassy in his own way. and kinda a bully. But I like to believe he is just very passionate about some things and chill about other things."Treecko gave a slight nod with his eyes closed signifying that he agreed with his trainer. "If you don't like that idea we can just go find a beach or something and catch fish. I would like to be on the road by tomorrow at noon at the earliest.....unless I sleep in......or sont feel like getting up......ok like tomorrow hopefully if not then the day after tomorrow. Plus ive never been to this city before and I would like to see if we can find and catch a pokemon here before moving on."
Kyle loosen his black tie while saying all this and pushed back his messy back hair. Kyle was wearing a white dress shirt with is sleeves rolled up, a black vest with a black tie, black jeans, and brown loafers. of course none of this clothing was expensive or name brand but Kyle never cared about that kind of stuffed. Kyle had a pair of sunglasses that hid his bright brown eyes, and a jacket that went well with his slim yet slightly muscular figure but both of these things were ruined then lost on the way to this city, and everything else was still dirty and wet.

Sophia Danvers VS Oscar Berg

"Ah... good," Sophia replied. "And thanks. Though I'm sure Gothita and I will do just fine anyway." As Rheese left for the Pokemon centre, Sophia twirled around to face Oscar again. "Alright," she said, with a dainty step forward. Time to make a dramatic entrance to the fight. Once again, she let go of her parasol, made it drift up and snap open, then float down towards her outstretched hand. She posed with it, tilting it behind her head. "As you can see, Gothita isn't the only psychic here." She looked at the Pokemon. "Gothita, go!"

Gothita didn't even appear to have noticed her trainer showing off. If she had, then she was saving her energy for the upcoming battle rather than pranking Sophia again. The Pokemon stepped towards Roadrunner, ready to fight.

Oscar smirks at Sophia. He must admit that her parasol trick is impressive but he has seen better with far less. "Nice party trick. I have have seen better ones back home but enough of that. Let's do this, RR." Roadrunner nods and takes a battle stance. Oscar motions to say that Sophia can go first.

Oscar wasn't impressed? How could he not be impressed? Sophia's brow furrowed. Maybe her Pokemon battle skills would prove to be impressive. "Ok, Gothita! Confusion!" Staring at the Torchic, Gothita unleashed a wave of energy.

Roadrunner took the brunt of the wave and still stands but Oscar knows that Roadrunner cannot do that forever. " RR, use your speed to move in quickly and use ember. Roadrunner moves in quickly and shoots out small flames towards his opponent.

Gothita stumbled and squealed as the flames brushed against her, leaving red marks. Although weakened by the burn, she steadied herself, never taking her eyes off her opponent. "Careful, Gothita! Roadrunner's getting faster!" Sophia called. "Again! Confusion!" Gothita blasted another energy wave at the Torchic.

Roadrunner takes another hit from the psychic pokemon. Roadrunner is still on his two feet but is panting. Oscar grits his teeth, knowing that he might lose his first battle. "RR, loop around and attack with another ember." Roadrunner runs with increased vigor and shoots more flames at the opposing pokemon.

For a moment, it looked as if Gothita would faint. It looked to be taking all the Pokemon's strength to remain standing now, but she wasn't giving up. "Hang in there!" Sophia shouted. "Another Confusion!" Gothita repeated the attack. Sophia tensed as she watched. This round would decide the outcome.

The confusion hit Roadrunner badly but he was still standing, albeit unsteady on his feet. Oscar knows that the unsteadyness is not a good sign. " Okay, RR. This is your chance. Move in and use ember for the last time." Roadrunner takes one step and collapses on the floor. Oscar rushes over to Roadrunner, kneels down, picks up his pal and stands up again. Roadrunner is out cold but still breathing. " You did well, my friend. You will become a strong trainer, Sophia but you have train hard to do so. It will only got harder from now on. Sophia grinned. "Ha! I knew this would be no problem." She ran over and knelt down to make sure both Pokemon were ok. "Go-thiii!" Gothita wobbled, but gave a cheerful, if somewhat breathless squeak. Sophia gently stroked the Pokemon's head before reaching for the Pokeball. "We did it, Gothita. I'll get you healed up right away. Return!" Gothita staggered over to the Pokeball and disappeared into it in a flare of light.

Placing the Pokeball back on her belt, Sophia folded up her parasol, put it away and stood up. So her adversary finally acknowledged her skill. "Oh, I know it'll get tougher from here," she replied. "But no matter what happens, it'll be nothing I can't handle. And yeah, let's go." Recalling what Rheese had said about the Pokemon Centre just being down the street, she set off.

Snorunt stared at Alexis. Alexis stared at Snorunt. Truly, this was a stare down of epic proportions, as shown by the extreme indifference in Snorunt's expression on one's face, and unwavering pout that was donned by the other.

"Snorunt? Why are we in front of the Pokemon center?"

"Snorunt."

"I know we need to start somewhere, but I was thinking that we'd start somewhere like the road or maybe even the gym.

"Snorunt."

"...I don't like your tone. What are you trying to say? Because it kind of sounds like you're saying that I got lost!"

"Snorunt!"

Snorunt, not liking Alexis' own tone of voice blew Powder Snow her way to cool off that hot head. Alexis, just narrowly dodged the snow, which ended up covering some poor civilian. Alexis and Snorint stared at the casualty for a moment, before rushing their way into the Pokemon center to avoid the kind of attention they both didn't want.

Once inside, the two laughed nervously as they walked around without needing to be there. Alexis stopped when she spotted som familiar faces. It was two of the trainers that were battling near the lab. She had to admit, they were impressive, so she went over to them and said,

"Hello! I saw you're battle earlier. Very impressive...for the common person, but you both need much more work if you want to match me."

Snorunt looked up at Alexis to see what the heck she was doing. Whatever she was doing at the moment was not smart in the slightest.

"I have to admit, though. You got my attention. You might have the potential to be people to beat later on, but for now you're both just way too straightforward in your strategies."

Oscar follows Sophia to pokecenter and goes inside. He goes to the front desk and asks if they can heal Roadrunner. They say yes and after that, Roadrunner is his chirpy self again and Oscar gives Roadrunner a big hug.

Before he and Sophia.could leave, a different girl comes up to him and Sophia. This girl starts to boast. He looks at her pokemon and smiles. Oscar whispers to Roadrunner "Hey pal. I know you lost and you want to rest but I really want to put this girl in her place. You game?" Roadrunner gives a slight nod and Oscar takes that as a yes. "So if you are all that, then you would not mind if you and I battle if you feel that you can win so easily. Unless you are scared to lose. Besides, you pove your worth by battling and that was our first battle as trainers. We will become better as we continue our journey."
