Well, if anything I think the outcast should be the people who conquered my nation during it's early years.
That would make more sense. How about that?

You mean the Baruks? But I thought they were still part of your nation...

They are but during my nation's infancy or perhaps before it was even a nation at all, the Baruks came from out of nowhere and organized the Fahtamis as it is now. Perhaps the reason they came to Fahtamis is because they were exiled or perhaps even had religious conflicts with your people, prompting them to look for their homes elsewhere.

Okay, how about this: the Asguhstas and the M'azael were originally part of the same proto-nation (like the Celts all being the same 'nation', but still operated in different kingdoms). Then there was a war; I suggest that the M'azael had split off from the religion the Asguhstas had pre-Baruk conquest, and this created a schism between the two that eventually escalated to war. The M'azael lost and were forced into exile in the far north, humiliated and almost wiped out by the war.

Some time later (I was thinking around the time the M'azic Empire- the precursor to my Solaran Administration- started dividing into separate states) a new religious order is founded. They believe in Kherem, as all M'azael do, but in their dialect he's called Kharam (slowly bastardised down to Kharum). They are led by a man called Allahanael Am-Habahlliel of the Baruk tribe. One of their core beliefs is that the M'azic people had been deprived of their holy land when they were exiled, and that they must seek vengeance against those who cast them out. They gather together many tribes and ride south into their holy land, and after much bloodshed conquer the Asguhstas.

As they start to absorb into the Asguhstas culture (and start converting people to their religion), names change to suit Asguhstas pronounciation- hence Allahanael Am-Habahlliel becomes Allahani Am-Habahlla, and Kharam slowly changes to Kharum.

This would neatly fill out the back stories of both of our nations, as well as providing a healthy dose of idealogical hatred between our two cultures. What do you think?

The Revolutionary Confederation of the Frontier States (R.C.F.S)

Territory:
~Capital: Eureka (City-Subterranean)
~Important Locations: WIP
-Lanternlight (City-Subterranean)
-Moletown (City-Subterranean)
-Goldpoint (City-Surface)
-Grand Prospect (City-Surface)

National Population: 32,000,000
-Settlers: 17,000,000
-Native: 15,000,000

Demonym: Frontiersmen, North Freeporters, Settlers, Eurekans.

Ethnic Groups:
-Settlers (Many various ethnicities but mostly Freeporter)
-New Eurekan (Considered a new race, these are settlers that have lived long enough underground to be a race of extremely pale people with sensitivity to light. Due to a high percentage of wealthy living entirely underground and social stereotypes, they have been nicknamed "Vampires" by surfacers, although in reality there are just as many lower class New Eurekans, who have likewise been nicknamed and are known now as "Moles")
-NATIVE:Yatusyanese
-NATIVE:Kohargalians
-NATIVE:Turenasians

Social Classes:

Language(s) Spoken:
-Burst
-SMOKEY
-Eurekan Burst
-Courbonnais
-Old Caidian
-Moletown "Mongrel" Caidian
-Kalvian
-Volkheimian
-Native Tongue's (Yatusyanese, Kohargalian, Turenasian)

Religions Practised: Like Freeport, there are many religions that are freely practised, and a government that believes in separation of church and state, however due to missionary sects as well as strongly engrained native religious belief's, religion still play's a greater role in society than in Freeport.

National Symbols:
- Flag:
- Colours:
- Creed: "Is a man not entitled to his brow?"

Government:
Individual -2--- State
Religious ---4- Secular
Democracy ---4- Autocracy
Dove ----5 Hawk
Isolationist 1---5 Interventionist (Special Case: Concerning politics in the south, they wish to be left alone, concerning politics in the north, they wish to expand further into the northern desert and stop any attempts of the south retaking it)
Summery: The Revolutionary Confederacy is under a revolutionary government that has recently overthrown colonial rule in a bloody revolutionary war with Freeport. Their stated reasons for revolution (Summarized) are as follow: They reject their colonial masters authority over them and their land. They reject the unfair taxes placed upon them and the minerals they personally dig from the earth. They reject the dependancy on food and water imported from the homeland from which the robber barons use to control them. They reject forced famine. They reject debt slavery. They reject their absence in the so called representation in democracy. They reject the mercanary armies from the south used to slay them. Desiring independence, freedom from tyranny and the right to do what they wish with what they rightfully own, they fought and they will continue to fight with any and all means possible.

Government-wise, the new revolutionary state is essentially a dictatorship led by a highly charismatic and popular autocrat who though holding absolute political power has mostly allowed the society to do as it wishes, making many within the state think him a kind of benevolent dictator. Despite being called an "Emperor" the revolutionary state isn't particularly loyal to the concepts of traditional monarchy or aristocracy, with the vast majority of the population loyal to the autocrat rather any form of monarchistic political platform. The expected political situation after the autocrats death is the establishment of a confederal republic or a constituional monarchy of some form.

Economy:
Capitalism -2--- Communism
Private --3-- Public
Inequality --3-- Equality
Summery: The economy of the Frontier is at the moment highly militarized and built around the philosophy of Total War due to only recently coming through existence via the action of violent revolution and civil war. The statistics above actually represent the frontier's "Desired economy", which is a decentralized internally free-market economy with protectionism against foreign interests(Freeport). At the moment it is a mixed economy, with the state nationalizing numerous Freeport corporate assets during the war or simply dividing it amongst smaller revolution-loyal companies. If not for the Frontier's insanely massive natural resources, the Frontier would be a doomed state economically.

Society:
Open 1---- Closed
Liberal --3-- Conservative
Tolerant 1---- Intolerant
Summery: The Frontier abides by most of the same civil rights, ethical standards and social norms as Freeport does. The area's where they differ however are extreme issues which obviously begun as the first drum beating in the early stages of the war. The biggest issue is the matter of economic freedom. While the Freeporters saw the merchants and tycoons simply utilizing their assured rights of economic freedom, the Frontiersmen saw this as blatant robbery and exploitation of their rights to happiness and success. Next up was the matter of conservation. The Frontiersmen were (once) extremely conservative(scale 5) against the highly liberal Freeporters, attempting to mantain what little control they had over their settler freedoms they once had. Nowadays they have become more liberal and reformist after the wave of revolutionary thought spread across the Frontier. (However their idea of "Reform" is much different from the Freeports idea of "Reform"). Once also remarkably xenophobic and parochial in concern to the natives as well as fighting between rival settler races (particularly those from Caidius and Courbonnais), the combination of revolutionary zeal and the uniting threat of a common enemy has caused the Frontiersmen to take a dramatic 180* turn concerning ethnic tolerance. It is now a matter of concern however if this new camaraderie will stand.

Military:
- Coat of Arms: WIP
- Size: 150,000(Active Standing Army), 500,000(Active Conscripts), 110,000(Native Warriors contributed by warlords and various tribes), 2,000,000-5,000,000(Available Manpower for Conscription under Total War policies)
Note: All reserves were called up to fight years ago and their numbers are combined with active conscripts.
Note: Total pre-RP deaths: Between 400,000 and 1.3 million casualties (This is military and civilian deaths)
- Branches:
- Readiness: FULL MOBILIZATION/TOTAL WAR/CONSCRIPTION ACTIVE (Already at war, first nation in the world to wage Total War)

History:
~International Relations:
-The Commonwealth of the Freeport States: Abysmal + At War (Note: The War is however in a ceasefire while negotiations are being made)

Notes: WIP to do: Flag, Coat of Arms, Military Details, People, Locations, Trade details, History, Relations, Adding all the wacky shit(Steam-wartrains, cowboys with robotic arms and underground cities, etc)

That little island on the north of the map, is it claimed? If not; that's where I'll be building my charming island paradise.

Edit: North east, that is.

Serp, I planned for the territory north of me at least as far as the 1st river to be mongol based horse lords who I regularly came in conflict with. If you were like east or northeast of the purple nation that would coincide well with my idea there.

My nation will also not view yours as legitimate though and has plans to destroy the horse lords and likely move against yours at the first opportunity.
