Yeah, but Light'll survive a plane crash no problem. xD I'd think she'd want people who aren't nearly as durable to go first. Hence why I was thinking you wanted Light to go paragon on Penelope, IE save her from the people beating her up so she goes on trial.

Well, Connor will have Kalinda, and he can be back in moments, Phoebe will be alright, she could quite easily using vines like a graple to get over if need be, so that leaves Kyle and Tsura right? Phoebe won't leave the plane until everyone has. Cause thats just Phoebe.

Tsura is intangible when she goes Photonic so the crash would simply be an interesting observation for her of what happens to an aircraft in such an incident
