The person moves, now on the opposite side of where you sent the rocket, in the open. He's wearing a black trench coat shredded at the tail, and black pants. His hair is long and unruly and he wears black boots. The mask he wears is in a demented smirk and there is a scar over the left eye. "Hello. I was just observing what just happened... I mean no harm to anyone..."
