The bandit's group name is The Rabid Dogs, and they don't seem all that experienced, the Royal Army could easily defeat them, and yet nobody will stop them. Reward is 200,000 Jewels.

After she calms down a bit, Lucy rubs the back of her head. "Sorry... I was freaking out... I'm glad you're not angry..." She says.
Mephiles makes you able to hear this next part. "Do you know the definition of sentience?" Mephiles asks, and continues without waiting for an answer. "To be sentient means to have the ability to feel and perceive. Sentient beings also display desire, will and personality. So, by saying Roxas has no emotions, you are saying he cannot be sentient, and therefore cannot display the characteristics I have listed. And yet... I have noted that he's displayed EVERY characteristic mentioned!"

I say in Mephiles' psychotic, scratchy voice. I run at Abel and he sees me, swinging around so I impale myself on his spear. "HOW MANY TIMES DO I HAVE TO KILL YOU?!" He yells. I grab the spear with both hands and pull myself up until I'm close enough. "Let's get this over with Abel." I say before I summon my own black weapon and slice at him, he tries to get away, but his head is lopped off. "Well, that's over." I say, breaking off the head of the spear and pulling the rest out.
