@sakurasan My first guess would actually be her account is monitored and while she can interact with who she wants, certain behaviors still aren't allowed in her posts. Just based on how my first few years on the Internet went.

Of course, that might be wrong. Could be a personal thing.

Just try and ignore the fact that there is swearing since it's not your character swearing. ^^

Just ask them if they could change it up first.
