Drifter Chronicles is a High Fantasy based Role Play that is heavily inspired by Final Fantasy, Wild Arms, Dark Souls, Tiny bit of Steven Universe, Skies of Arcadia, Star Wars, Star Fox and Xenosaga. You'll have a lot of exploration, to adventure. In this Story, you died in some unfortunate accident. That Accident is entirely up to you, as well as the race of your character.
Because the character creation will be open ended; as in freedom of choice. I ask that you be original. Your character will appear as they did before they died; not some fleshy abomination that looks serrated by shrapnel. Be creative as you want. Were you a Star Ship Captain? A Serial Murderer? A Saint? A Hellion? Mage? Your backstory is up to you. Who you were may shape what you are, but not who you can become.
Your starting set piece will be on a peaceful island.
Rules
1. No God modding. I am the Game Manager, you should not have control over everything that goes on. It is player driven, a democracy to a degree. But you leave Encounters for me to set up.
2. Though Player Versus Player is allowed, I ask that it is not every fight if you wish to fight.
3. Respect the Co Gm, Myself and the others who are participating. It is a team effort.
4. Be open minded to ideas no matter how unusual. I cannot stress this enough when going into fantasy. If your character is... Capable of the unusual (Such as reproduction from just kissing another, or with the same gender, be respectful for the idea. It is fantasy. That and you're all technically aliens.)
5. I don't tolerate Homophobia. I myself might not be gay, or straight. But I really don't want any toxicity of bashing one another. You're here to have fun, not kill each other over beliefs.
6. If you have a Story Arc idea, don't be afraid to pitch it to me. I have no problems switching attention, to scenarios.
7. Please be active. Last thing I need is someone disappearing in the middle of something important. Granted I don't expect a post every hour.
8. At least a few paragraphs in each post. But no walls of text. The goal is to be able to read. Not squint because everything is mashed together. This is a Casual rp.
9. If you have problems, please tell me directly. I rather no one just attacking one another over something silly.
