Matthew stands at around 6'2, 160 lbs. He is of a lean but defined build. He usually keeps his hair on the shorter side and a clean shaven face.
Skills:
Hacking: Aside from the charges against him, he is a well versed hacker. Capable of complex coding including worms and viruses and familiar with most backdoors, he can make his way around a server or computer easily. However, this doesn't mean he does it all the time, at least anymore. He has tamed himself and resists the urges to.
Parkour: Because of his involvement with many things, he had to learn an art of escape and what better way to escape in a concrete jungle than parkour. Over years of practice and near death experiences, he has gotten a firm grasp over the concept and implementation of the form capable of jumping a few stories unscathed, even more so with his abilities.

Silence: Able to silence his movements and the sound emitted from others' ears (In a sense making them deaf) for as long as he needs.
Frequency Change: Range from shattering glass, causing one's ears to ring to vibrating walls(like subwoofers)
Throw voice: In a sense speaking in one spot but hearing it in another place
Rythym:Condensing the sound waves under and around his feet he is able to move along them. Slowing down waves will decrease movement and vice versa
Intermediate Moves:(rating 3-4)
The Kick: Simply condensed sound energy ball but released in the form of a cone outward, its point at the palm of his hands. Capable of pushing back people and cars and occasionally lifting them off the ground if angled. It moves slower than scream but has much more shock and awe ability in its destructive capabilities.
Skream: Skream is similar to The Kick with the only difference being that it retains its condensed form but released in spear shape, able to penetrate solid objects. Skream moves faster than the kick which give it more penetration ability. He has used them in tandem before, allowing for a battle "with a beat". Accurate at 10 meters and loses accuracy from there on out.
Wall of Sound: Sound waves are brought together in order to create a visible wall of sound, able to block most attacks. From here he can still use Skream or Kick.
Advanced moves: (rating 5 and still improving on)
Crowd Control: A violent shock wave to blast back imposing foes with a follow up pulse that is strong enough to breakup the ground and hurl it as projectile debris. In a sense a sound grenade with a range of 12 meter radius.
Subsonic: This is a killing move as he manipulates the frequencies to a point that it is enough to stop a heart or rupture organs on one or multiple people. Range: 16 meters (cone shape) 18 meters (focused)
Supersonic: Decimating anything in its wake, this move is much faster than Subsonic and with just as much destructive force. range 20 meters (coned) 25 meters (focused)
SoundDome: He encases himself within a solid dome of sound and from within is capable of using most of his attacks from the inside however he can only hold this for a short time before it either disappears in violently or just ceases to exist.
