Adruin burst out laughing at the mention of god, he'd had enough of that old coot. Adruin wanted to serve heaven, so when the first brigade of angels showed up, he offered to join them in their quest to exterminate the abominations that were demon kind. However, it ended in their ultimate refusal, them attacking, and being slaughtered in a matter of seconds. The same went for hell, after he was rejected he grew a hatred of angels for a time and saught to exterminate them, but again was refused, attacked, and victorious. After that, well, he just stayed neutral, uncaring.
"Allow me to tell you something miss... Sorry what's your name? Anyways God doesn't make destiny, but we don't have free will either, really. It's kind of a paradox, there are three or four set paths we can take, and we can choose which path we want to be in based on our choices in life. We then end up where that path is supposed to place us. However, for some people like me, there are only two paths to take, and one is incredibly likely to happen. This is what a prophesy really is. For example, I was born into a prophesy. Whent something like..."And a child shall be born of chaos and order, and bring down it's leaders, untiring them forever." This basically means that a half angel, half demon will kill god and the devil and unite heaven and hell. Due to that if I die, it's straight to hell for me, god doesn't want anything to do with me because I might kill him. But, I don't want to, and if he left me alone, I'd not be killing his children. So, if he were to judge me it's be biased as hell. "

Lynn listened to him as she continued drinking the wolfsbane water. She let him finish talking before answering his question.
"I'm Lynn," she said, as she sat quietly in her seat. She looked down at the bottle in her hands, watching her peripheral vision turn hazy She liked that feeling.
"I'm sorry that your life all seems to be pushing down just one road. We are all born into a prophecy. My tribe's elder medium told me that my prophecy ended up with me dead to a vampire's hands within a few years. I do not accept that fate. I was never to go to this school but my master made me come," she said, then shrugged her shoulders.

"You're lucky, you haven't unwillingly made enemies with God, so at least you have a fair chance of judgement. But either way, unless a diviner stated it, you probably have other life choices you can make to avoid that outcome, for example, I bet they wouldn't have imagined that you'd make friends with the only evil angel in exsistance. Especially one so... Proficient in combat." As he said this, his karambits appeared out of the air in his hands, and he spun them on his fingers, hellfire trailing behind. He snapped his fingers and they disappeared again. He always had the biggest grin after being able to do that, because it was just so damn fun.

Sena was resting ontop of the guy's head as they were talking, but they started talking of fate, judgement, destinies and that stuff... Like listening to Pharii after she uses her ability. He yawned and took off, flying back to Pharii's cabin. Pharii was cleaning the knife with which she hit him earlier, a sight that made him shudder, because she intended on reusing it... Probably on him.
He landed on the rifle and nonchalantly said.
"I met some monsters over there."
Pharii just nodded and kept polishing the already quite clean knife.
"U-huh, I saw their lines."
He knew the conversation wouldn't go much further, Pharii was not much of a conversationalist, so he just sit there and stared out the window.

"I'm pleased to meet you as well, Retsu Goroshi. My you're cute." Yume said as frosty air flew off her lips. "You may call me Yume. . . Err. . ." She paused as she remembered that she actually forgot that her "surname" was suppose to be used for a second. "I mean, you may call me Yukimura Yume. . ." She never really used it in the village as it was the village's name and anytime anyone said anything it was "The Village" instead. It wasn't hard to remember, just not habitual. "Or just Yume if you like. Oh, and it's not problem for me. Helping you with your book and all. Kindness makes the world flow after all. . ." She remembered how everyone helped each other at her village.

Lynn chuckled after the karambits disappeared. She opened her suitcase, pulling out a polished box made of wood. She opened the lock and pulled the top of the box off. Inside were her fanblades. "I don't have much use for these, but on a new moon, I have plenty of use, as long as there is someone to fight," she commented, then locked her box again. She set the box in her suitcase and looked up at Adruin.
"So, you wish to have powerful allies of the mortal world?" she asked with a cocky smile. She threw her hands up with a shrug of her shoulder. "If you can't beat 'em, join 'em."

An ally of the mortal realm, seemed, legitimate. But just how good was she, could she slaughter an angel, butcher a demon? It all needed to be tested. He needed the strongest allies he could find, would she cut it? Even if she didn't, he was sure she'd still be useful, she could help provide him with support in singular combat, what ever she chose. He didn't care, so long as she was willing be his friend and ally, he'd take it.
"Sounds fine to me, but I'll have to asses your strength in battle, which means when we get the chance, you'll fight me, full on. If you're alright with it of course!" As he said this, he let fire emerge from his eyes, it was his favorite thing to do before a coming battle.

She chuckled, sitting back in her seat. She would get to fight at this school? It might not be so bad after all. She shrugged her shoulders, and smiled as her eyes glowed yellow with a black rim around her pupils. "I can't wait to spar with you... And I don't believe I ever got your name," she said.
