Name: Tobias Wolf
Alias: Echo
Affliation: Mystikos Clan
Abilities/powers:
Birth Mutation - Enhanced hearing
Acquired power - Dhamphir
Sex: Male
Age/Date of Birth: 16, July 11, 1983
General appearance: Tobias is a stocky, well-built football payer of a boy, standing at six foot at just 16. He has short blonde hair and brown eyes, though is eyes are now ever vacant as he does not and cannot use them. He does not wear a costume, and instead is likely to don jeans and a black cardigan, with a grey trenchcoat occasionally. He'll never, ever wear shades as in his opinion, that is a tired cliche of both the blind, and vampires.
Personality: Tobias' life thus far has made him a bitter individual, constantly seeking revenge and ever suspicious and distrustful of strangers. His English is good, if heavily accented, but he's become a boy of very few words. His views on Mutant rights are slightly different from Magneto's as he doesn't believe that mutants are superior, or the future. He instead believes that they're two sides at war. They will never, and should never get along. Humanity is to be feared more than mutants in his opinion, as there are more of them and they hold the positions of power, but to wipe humanity out is the goal of every mutant soldier in this war.
Special Skills: Being heavily into his fitness and sports as a child, Tobias is also fairly adept at Judo, and Greco-Roman Wrestling, which, in tandem with his newfound strength, make him a formidable unarmed opponent.
Place of birth: St Pölten, Austria
Medical information: Blind. Also needs to drink blood to live.
Brief History: Tobias' life was perfectly ordinary until his mutation manifested. He was a popular boy, very good at sports and keen to improve himself. His mutation shook his confidence in his normalcy, though it was easy enough to hide. It was occasionally remarked upon that he could hear things that nobody else could, bout people put this down to him paying more attention as opposed to being a mutant. Even so, he desperately wanted to talk to somebody about it.
Finally fessing up the courage to confess to his parents that he was a mutant, they refused to believe it, and had him tested. The tests showed that Tobias had the X-gene. His parents were distraught. They rejected their son, and searched the world for a 'cure', eventually finding a certain facility in Mexico. Tobias' family sent him away, and he was to never see them again.
To say the experiments Tobias was subject to were harsh was an understatement. The Doctors permanently blinded him for the sake of running better experiments on his hearing, and whether it was good enough to allow him to do everything a man with sight could do. His hearing allowed him to pick up the sounds made by everything around him, from heartbeats to swishes in the air (from sticks that they'd beat him with to test his mutation and reflexes).
Now he is free, and stronger than ever before from the Vampire blood in his veins, he does not wish for a society where humanity is tolerant of mutants, and they all live in peace. There's no justice in that. Humanity had their chance to be allowed life, and they lost it with what they did to him. That wasn't the only reason he agreed to be turned, however. He thought that the healing factor might restore his eyesight and allow him to be able to see beauty again. It didn't.
Relatives: None. The Mystikos Clan is his family now.
