I did research on that in the past during a bout of boredom. I think he's got a bit more control over himself than the average klepto, but yeah. Generally I'll make it depend on how bad his anxiety attacks are, it does say in his character profile he's a thief. If you're uncomfortable with the potential of your character losing some of his stuff, you let me know right away.
