Kyle sat between Ivy and the aisle. He knew if he didn't that she would be bouncing all over the bus. Ivy wasn't good at being still. He was glad that he heard about this special camp. It gave them a place to go for the summer. It would keep Ivy busy so that she wouldn't be get into trouble.

Ivy bounced in her seat. She could hardly wait to get to came. She wanted to move. She wanted to do something. She hated being still. She was glad that Kyle had found this camp. She couldn't wait to find out what they would do there.

Grim sighed. He sat behind the bouncing girl and the boy. He had been court ordered to go to this camp because he, "Was a danger to the general public".
He leaned back, and wondered what he had done to deserve this.

As he nibbled on an apple, Gredy felt a shiver course through his new found wings as he resisted the urge to spread them out more then they needed to. All things considered today wasn't a bad day; His eyes were a maroon color, his arms and shoulders were covered in sooty brown feathers and his face was a shade of blue... The fact that his hands were talon like did make holding the apple a lot easier and the wings coming out of his back was a welcome edition for the day; He couldn't wait for the bus ride to be over and for him to get some free time so he could spread his wings and give them a try while he had them.

He had actually had to look up what he was on google and was somewhat surprised to discover that he seemed to have taking on the aspects of a Hoatzin today; Gredy hadn't know what a Hoatzin was before, but if there was one thing about the random nature of his powers it was that it served to give him some experience when it came to animals.

Glancing around the bus, he had taken a seat to himself (due to the wings on his back he needed a bit of extra room) and he couldn't help but wonder what the people around him could do that enabled them to be on the bus, heading towards this summer camp.

Valencia sat near the end of the bus next to the window. She still couldn't believe that her parents got tricked with the camp flyer.
*Ahh, well at least they can just continue there shows. Not that they have ever worried about me...* She thought looking out of the window.
It is going to be a long ride, before they got to the camp place.

Valencia took a lollipop out of her jacked. "Yes, strawberry." she said to her self. *I wonder what the others are like...*
While thinking of that she lets the lollipop rapping fly up in to the air and let it bounce up and down on the beat of the music to what she was listening to.

James sat in the back of the bus, looking out the window. He'd actually been sent here by his adoptive parents due to the unstable nature of his powers. He glanced down at his hand, noticing it start to waver and flicker a bit, so he slid it into his pocket to hide it. He'd have to meditate again tonight to get his focus on his form back under control. After all he could technically be whatever he wanted to, and required a bit of focus to just stay in one form.

When Cecilia entered the bus, she quickly and semi-awkwardly made it to her seat at the front, settling her backpack on her lap. This wasn't very usual for her, but she would spend the next mile in thought. The camp flyer only gave so much information and her father specifically and repeatedly warned her to be careful, saying that a fair number of campers may not only have dangerous powers, but may also not know to control them - and that's not even considering the unstable (mentally or otherwise). It was a caution that she didn't pay mind to until she saw the bus. Unlike any she had seen, it had been apparently modified - from the thick, heavy chassis to the armored, almost impenetrable hull.

Now, in her seat, she tapped the reinforced half-inch thick glass of the window. Moving this hulk of a bus would be a daunting task, even for her. Cecilia tried to "reign in" her imagination regarding the kind of people it would take to call for this level of precaution. But maaaybe a long bus ride isn't the best place to start making friends, she thought, looking out to the ever passing scenery outside. She won't always have a view like this.

The bus pulled to a stop in front of a large cabin. Outside the cabin stood two people. The first was a tall man. He looked like someone who spent alot of time in the woods. The second was a small womsn who looked delicate. They smiled as the bus opened the doors.

The two half doors at the front of the bus folded to their respective sides under the sound of compressed air and, upon the driver's instruction, passengers began to file out. Cecilia hoisted her backpack over shoulder, stepping down from the intimidating transport. Upon seeing who she assumed to be the camp counselors, she was momentarily unsure what to do. After a friendly wave to the two of them, she decided to wait near the bus as more campers disembarked, anticipating a kind of group orientation.

Helena sat a few rows from the front and read a book. She usually didn't get carsick from reading while in a vehicle. The young woman didn't think anything would be different today, but it was. This wasn't an ordinary bus ride, it was a bus ride to a school for super powered beings. She set the book down and thought about this. Everyone in the bus was so different, but in a way they were all the same. Her thoughts continued to linger in this direction until the bus finally came to a stop. Helena didn't stand for a moment and waited for someone else to go. When Cecilia exited, Helena gave herself a shrug and exited the bus.

Cecilia was tempted to observe the campers leaving the bus. But she worried about spotting someone with a considerably altered physical appearance, perhaps someone sensitive about their looks. And what if she couldn't stop looking? What if they saw her staring? What if they then confronted her?

A nervous scratch of her cheek to lead her out of the hypothetical - surely that couldn't possibly happen. She reasoned that there couldn't be any harm in just peeking, so she turned her head to the transit's doors, seeing person after person step off. She didn't want to make any lasting impressions from this bout of curiosity, but she was at least somewhat relieved that none of the few individuals she saw appeared to be "made of rock", nor "majorly cybernetic", nor glowing in some way or fashion. After she noticed a young, seemingly normal, brunette leave the bus, she sighed in relief and resumed waiting as she was before.

Ivy ran off the bus, smoke trailing behind her, the minute that the doors opened. She couldnt wait to explore. She wanted to get to know everyone. She was so excited. She had never met anyone that was like her and her brother. She ran up to the first girl she saw and started to bounce around her. 'ISNT THIS EXCITING! I CANT WAIT TO SEE WHAT WE DO! I HAVE NEVER MET ANYONE WHO WAS LIKE ME! WHAT CAN YOU DO?"

Cecilia was at first bewildered, then delightfully so a moment later as she tried to make eye contact with the energetic Ivy, swiveling in place to try and catch up with her. "(Giggle) Me? Um... It's a little tricky. I can control the kinetic energy of things. I can make things move, stop, whatever," she explained happily, immediately annoyed at herself for her moderately flustered and simplistic description. "What can you do?" she asked in return, attempting to move on from her blunder quickly.

James let out a small sigh as he left the bus, clearly not wanting to be too sociable. Those who paid really close attention would see his form wavering, as if he wasn't quite fully in reality, much like a mirage would appear.

Kyle followed his sister. Hw normally would wait for others but they were in the middle of the woods and he couldn't leave Ivy alone. His sister didn't mean to hurt others. She simply had more energy then she could control. He sighed when he saw her lock onto someone. "I apologize. You'll have to forgive Ivy. She can be alittle overwhelming." Which as an understatement. Ivy was like the energizer bunny on PCP.

"Kinetic energy?" Helena asked, overhearing Ivy and Cecilia's conversation, "That's pretty amazing, I look forward to seeing that in action." She listened to Kyle's words and nodded. Perhaps that over activeness was a type of side effect to her powers? Or perhaps she suffered from ADHD. Either way, Helena didn't say anything about it and looked at her hand. There was an itch on her shoulder that seemed to not go away. She thought hard about her hand and about the anatomy of tigers. In a few seconds, her hand was transformed into a tiger's paw. The girl reached her back and carefully scratched her back. "What can you do?" she asked Kyle.

*James would get off the bus, looking around as he stretches. It was a long ride, a long time of sitting and it felt good to move again. Placing his hands behind his head as he smiles, looking at the camp and woods around him. It was nice being outside in nature to him, away from the hustle and bustle of towns and cities. He was free in a way, speaking up as he smiles but looking like he is talking to himself* "This should be fun, right buddy?"

"I get the feeling we made a mistake." *Says the voice in James's head, Neric was opposed to coming in the first place. Felt like something was off about it, plus he wasn't for nature like James is* "Remember I wasn't for this idea James." *James would laugh as he shakes his head, seeing the Void acting like this is new. Neric was never against the idea of doing things, this is a first* "Come on, it will be fun. Trust me." *Him looking at his hand, now it looks weird in a way to anyone watching him. Neric would respond quickly* "I've never been the one for fun James, even when I was in a younger form I didn't enjoy the idea of 'fun'."

"Well time to change that attitude of yours and teach you a thing or two. Who knows? Maybe you'll actually enjoy yourself." *The Void grumbling as James sighs, looking around to see where everyone is before going anywhere. Waiting for instructions from whoever is in charge. He would like this to be something fun for both him and Neric, hopefully the Void can have some sense come around and see that it's not that bad to have some time to relax*

Cecilia was at first a little embarrassed at being overheard. "Yeah, sure," she replied to Helena, wondering what kind of demonstration would be a good middle ground between "cool" and "too dangerous".

It was then that she saw Kyle approach the three of them and speak on behalf of his sprightly sister. "Oh? It's okay. She isn't a problem at all. If anything, it shows how excited she is to be here," she said giving a friendly smile to the two of them. The young kinetic manipulator turned her eyes to Helena, anticipating a similar sentiment, but instead witnessed her relatively minor feat of transformation, to which Cecilia was visibly taken aback for a second before immediately attempting to play it off, looking towards the siblings and cupping her left hand around her right elbow, positioning her right hand over her mouth for some kind of curious or contemplative effect at Helena's question. She was startled, but she sorely hoped it wasn't noticeable.

Kyle shook his head. "Trust me Ivy's behavior has nothing to do with excitement. She is always like this. She only has one speed." Which made things like school hard. Ivy couldn't sit still. Literally. He didnt know if it was lack of control or too much power for someone so young but whenever she was still Ivy started to smoke. The longer she was still the higher the chances that she would start on fire. Which was on of the reasons h ed hesitated to agree to this camp. Ivy in the woods wasn't exactly the best idea."I don't know of it is her power or just Ivy. She can creae create fire. My ability is water."

Helena caught Celcilia's surprise and smirked a bit. It would be rude to laugh, so she ignored the initial reaction for a moment. "Wow, fire and water," Helena muttered and followed up with, "Can you combine your powers? Like, she makes fire, you make water, and then there's just a bunch of steam?" It sounded like something from comics, but then again weren't they straight from the pages of fantasy and sci-fi? When she saw Celcilia's contemplative state, Helena chuckled aloud, "Don't worry, tiger hand is weird at first," she reformed it back into her own hand, "but you'll get used to it."

When Valencia noticed that they where at the camp place she stopped her music and puts her headset in her backpack. She wonders how the others would react to the camp place and the surroundings. Valencia observed them quietly from hear seat while waiting for the others to get out so she could stand up and walk outside.

Watching trough the window from her seat she could see a boy that didn't want to be really social with the rest of the group. It took Valencia's interest since she didn't want to be really social too.
