Liam decided to begin polishing the balls he had on him so that they would look better for the upcoming battles.

Chuck decided to let his Pokémon out of their balls, to run around and stretch during the trip, while he himself took a nap.

After changing out of her bikini into her normal outfit, Sashia gave her now pink dyed hair a brush before she walked up to her companions as she said "Well, looks like Mike's gone on ahead once more. He wanted to go and train in mount silver until the pokemon league start. He tells me, he has a friend who lives at the base of the mountain, so I guess its just the four of us until the pokemon league". She stretched before she sent her team out to relax as well, she got Elsa to sit down and began to brush her snowy white fur which had got a little dirty during her training with her Ice Dino.

It wasn't long until the ferry docked. Liam healed his Pokémon and was ready to head for the Tower.

Once the ferry docked, Sashia returned all her Pokemon, all now combed and washed so they looked beautiful and clean before she patted Liam on the shoulder and said "So do you have a game plan for Palmer? He's consider one of the toughest Fronter brain out there though I hear Brandon now has an ace up his sleeves"

"This Frontier Brain is a girl." Liam said. "I also happen to know she has psychic pokémon, so I brought a team I felt is best equipped for it."

"From what I dug up about her, Salon Maiden Anabel makes her battle calls mentally," Shiranui added, "I plan to listen in on that."

"It should be fun." Liam said.

[Azure Flame]

"Certainly sounds interesting." Chuck said, having woken up from his nap and returning his Pokemon to their balls.

With that, it was time to head to the Tower. The Frontier Brain, Anabel was ready to go and explained that each trainer would use three Pokémon. She started off with Espeon, and Liam called out Hydro the Blastoise. Anabel began with Grass Knot, whihc dealt a good amount of damage. Liam called for a Dark Pulse, which Espeon jumped over and fired Swift. Hydro was pelted with the stars, until he rickorceted them back toward Espeon with Rapid Spin. Espeon fired off Shadow Ball and Hydro used Dark Pulse, which pushed the Shadow Ball back, making them both hit Espeon. Espeon next used Psychic and Hydro was KO'd.

Liam next called out Sherlock, the Shiny Alakazam. Alakazam finished Espeon off with a Shadow Ball, Anabel sent out her own Alakazam in response.

Anabel called for Psychic. Liam responded with Mega Evolution Psychic. Sherlock overpowered the other Alakazam. The battle was than a battle of the minds, which didn't take long for Sherlock to overcome. Sherlock finished the Alakazm off with a Charge Beam/Shadow Ball combo, but not after the other Alakazam got multiple good hits wth Shadow Ball.

Anabel's final Pokémon was Metagross. Metagross managed to finish off Sherlock after a well placed Meteor Mash.

Liam's final Pokémon was Jiriya the Greninja. After setting up with Double Team and Agility, Jiriya was hidden in the rafters, while he had multiple copies running around the stage. Anabel had realized that Jiriya has Protiean and was currently Psychic. She called for Pursuit, Which Liam called out for Night Slash to drop the damage. All of the clones lunged at Metagross, All of who were dispersed with Metor Mash. Anabel was surprised when Jiriya lunged from above and landed a direct hit to Metagross' head, KO'ing it. Anabel praised Jiriya on his stealth and awarded Liam the Ablity Symbol. She said that once Shiranui beat her, she would divulge the location of the final facility.

Chuck clapped his hands for his friend's victory.

Liam took his seat so Shiranui got compete for his symbol.

"Very well done!" Chuck said, clasping his friend on the shoulder.

"Thanks." Liam replied.

"Now it's Shiranui's turn." Chuck said, excited to see how that battle will turn out.

Sashia looked at Chuck before she snap her fingers and said "Now I know why you look familiar to me, your parents run the day care in Kalos. I pick up one of my Pokemon there. I know Liam and Shiranui have already told you my name but I was taught that you should be the one to introduce yourself. My name is Sasha Fertar, champion of the Aloha region and grand festival winner of Sinnoh and Unova".

"Nice to meet you!" Chuck said, taking her hand and shaking it. "I am Charles North Jr., but everyone just calls me Chuck! And yeah, my parents run the Daycare in Kalos, until recently I was helping them run it too. I had to cut my original journey short because Team Flare attacked and my father got injured, so I had to rush home and help out. Then after he got better, I just decided to stay. And now, four years later, I decided I wanted to resume my journey from where I left off. And after things are settled with the Contest here, I'm heading to Viridian City for my final badge."
