You'll sound fine man, I don't think I sound awesome, I hate the sound of my voice. I'm just lucky for this RP I'll naturally hear my more professional voice, since that's how I sound when speaking on purpose. If I had to hear my conversational voice I may die from the cringe

I'm in the same boat as all of you- I HATE my voice.
But I love talking, so I'm kind of stuck with it- hahaha.
Plus I am a part of a stream most of the time where im talking a lot.
I've heard both sides of the spectrum- "she sounds like a sex operator" and "she sounds like an ugly man"

Holy shit, I can't even begin to describe how many times I recorded myself doing my audio. My husband kept shooting me weird looks, as I'm sure anyone would if a mother was holding her fussy 6 month old and repeatedly saying "Nothing personal, it's just business"

Just wanted to say everyone's characters are looking great so far :)
Are we all in agreement that the monsters that are lurking out are in fact human?
If that is the case- would we want it to be one person or a couple?

I personally don't want our characters to be killed off- but should there be actual damage that can be done?

A group out in the wilds might be interesting, especially since they could split up and go after multiple characters after making it seem like there's only one killer out. Injuries could add some nice tension, though I wouldn't want anyone killed off, myself.

@MissCapnCrunch I'm always open to the potential of my character dying if I think it will contribute to the story greatly. The way I see it, it's just an opportunity to play two characters in one RP without having to juggle them both at the same time.

This sounds very interesting... I think I'll lurk a little to see how the posts work, because I'm very curious how the story unfolds through just voice acting.

Perhaps what I'm picturing in my head is incorrect, but that's why I'm curious :)

@Rekaigan It would work a lot like the Character sheets, where only the verbal parts are spoken everything else is typed as normal.

Do not worry about the double posting- I do it often in the OOC, just make sure to not do it in the IC. (But I know accidents happen) I'm glad you're feeling better! I hope you're back to 100% in no time. As for CS's yes, 1 CS for now. If we don't get the original 6 I had planned for (I made room to allow 8 people) then I would allow for multiple characters. But for now I think 1 per person is plenty of work- especially because of the voice acting integration.

Please play whatever gender role you are most comfortable with! I don't mind if it's a little uneven as long as everyone is happy and comfortable. So far we have 3 females and 2 males so it's not too unbalanced. :) Can't wait to see what you come up with though!

Your question may have already been answered, but yes- it's just putting a voice to a character in posts. It's something new to the guild I've been trying to get started a few times now, because I think it opens up some really cool opportunities. The ability to really bring some life to characters, when you're reading and hearing how the character sounds, feels, etc. Maybe I'm romanticizing it a little bit, but I think it's a cool thing to try :) I'm hoping for the best.
